I’ve recently been coming here to grab coffee before I go to work. The staff is always painfully slow and don’t seem to care much. Today there were 3 staffs and 3 people ahead of me and I waited 20 minutes for my regular brewed coffee with had half a glass of cream even though the cup had “light cream” written on it.

I waited over 10 min for a regular Americano. When I complained, the employee yelled at me, and continued to taunt me as I walked out the door. I have been a service employee for over 15 years, I would be embarrassed if I was this Starbucks location owner or manager and get rid of these employees immediately. If I was told that that employees were on a break and that I would have to wait 10 min, I wouldn’t have ordered. These are simple rules of customer service. Since I was yelled at and harassed, I will be making a more formal complaint.

As some have mentioned, this Starbucks is not at the location that Google Maps brings you (an auto shop) but inside of the Target by McDonald's. I have tried editing this via Google, hopefully it gets accepted. My first time in this Target. It's quaint - about a third of a normal one - but nice. Probably perfect for anyone living in the area (definitely those who live in the new apartments/condos above it!). Starbucks was great, staff was very friendly, drinks were made expertly, and I applaud the overall experience!

Inside the Target. 3-4 stars to the Sbux staff; they are kind & do their best. Seriously understaffed; often a line, ALWAYS a long wait for your drink. Don’t come here if in a rush. I work right down the street so will come here out of convenience; I prefer Milton Starbucks for a quicker experience/better quality pastries/food/drinks. ADVICE TO MANAGEMENT: put more staff on for each shift

Lol, this is the worst location, imagine being told they're out of coffee?🙄🤔... True story, after waiting a long time to be helped i was told they were out of coffee, not that they needed to make some, they said they had none! And they're constantly out of other items as well

This is inside of Target, and it was hard to find the entrance. They ran out of all refreshers except for pineapple drink. They should cross out the menu if they don't have them in store. Also employees didn't seem to know how to add funds to my gold card on my phone.

Had the best experience this morning with the woman working before 10. She was patient, thorough with getting my drink correct, and attentive to all others. I know it can be tough for some to wait for their orders but knowing our Starbies heros/sheros are making coffee magic it’s worth the wait! This is not my usual location I order from but I may just make it my usual since my experience was so delightful!

This starbucks needs HELP. Today they had two people working and for some reason turned off the sign and started turning people away..only 3 customers in line. I don’t know if they can’t hire people or what but someone please help them!!

Was there late morning, painful slow, unpleasant and unprofessional staff, she needed more proper training with basic customer service skills. Coffee wasn’t even good…. Avoid if you can
