Our salesman, Chad, was great! We were in town for the holidays and decided to stop in to look. They were having a sale that was much better than our local store. Chad was able get us the sale price and get our furniture pieces shipped to our hometown Slumberland for pickup.

The store has advertisements that everything must go. When I walked into the store, the first person I encountered was a big guy wearing jeans and a t-shirt. He treated me as if I were invisible. Not a greeting, a smile, nothing. As I continued walking through the store, I noticed several mattresses laying on the showroom floor. I then encountered a very friendly man in a suit. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him. He showed me a frame and I wanted to buy it. When he checked inventory, he said they would have to order it and i could have it in 2 to 3 days. I declined. Well then he asked the big guy if he could sell me the display. This man said no because there was nothing to put in its place. And he still never made eye contact. He was walking away as he answered the question. I feel like if my skin had been a different color, then it would have been no problem. They had mattresses laying on the showroom floor, but the mattresses back in the sleep center had to be on a frame. Make it make sense.

Paula was so amazing to work with. Me and my husband are always so indecisive when picking out new furniture. We finally decided we had to have a new mattress after 10 years and Paula was so helpful with answering our millions of questions all 3 times we came back. This was by far the best furniture buying experiences I’ve ever had.

Our sales rep, was A number 1.....NISC (salesperson) was very helpful and knew EXACTLY, where everything was, that we were interested in! He was very knowledgeable and informative. We were very pleased with him, and our purchase!

Friendly, helpful, and sale prices were pretty good. Delivery charge is kind of high, but it is what it is. Pretty happy with our experience overall.
