    Truly the second awful experience I had at this location. Called at 11am and asked for two stylists who have done a great job in the past; apparently, Lucy picked up my call and said that one wasn't working today and the other would get here in the afternoon. So I decided to have a reservation with Lucy (the person I'm sure I was talking to). I asked: Is Lucy working today? - yes. what time is she available today? - 11:30am. Okay, can I please make a reservation with her at 11:30? - sure. What's your name and phone number… I gave her my name and number. Thanked her for scheduling me. - See you then. So I got there at 11:38 am and she was with a client. She finished at 12:06 pm. I waited for Lucy to call me but instead, she ignored me, swept the floor and then went to the back. Another stylist came to me and asked my name. I gave it to her and she said I was unassigned…! Unbelievable. Now, I used to make reservations with Lucy in the past. But she has the bad habit of over scheduling and overlaping her times. Last time I had her cut my hair, I waited nearly 45 minutes because she had to take 2 other people before me, and they were scheduled at the same time!!! So I started having other stylist work with me and because she (Lucy) noticed, today she just decided to waste my time again, not put me on the schedule and not do her job. I ended up leaving the place without getting anything. Someone has to have a talk with Lucy… this is just business, not personal relationships. If she is busy, then she can have her peers take in clients and not waste their time waiting for her. And if she sees the clients she knows with other stylists, she has to understand that she is just providing a service. Something her peers can do as well. Instead of thinking “Oh that person is cheating on me. So I'm not even scheduling them anymore.” Just unprofessional and pathetic.

    Today was second time in a very short period where I have walked in and been told I will be tended shortly only to be then passed over for someone else who also walked in behind me. I don't understand. I've been a customer before. Maybe the stylists have an issue with me for some reason. But it's lame. I know I tip 20 bucks everytime I have been there to any stylist who cuts my hair. And I am not a rude person. So I can't figure it. Guess I gotta find another location though. They wasted 20 minutes of my time today and I can't afford that either.

    Called at the last moment before closing on Saturday I came, had little bit conversation, the cut was quick, lady was pretty friendly, forgot to ask her name. But thanks a lot. My wife likes the haircut))

    Worst ever haircut experience. My haircut was done in just 5 mins. It was the worst haircut I ever got till date. The hairs from backside were uneven. No blades were used to cut extra hairs from the sides. At the end of the haircut the barber didn’t even show the backside in mirror so I couldn’t complain or make her do some changes. After returning home, I realized how bad the haircut really was. When I reached back to barber shop, they told me they would charge me extra $25 for fixing the hair. I was like what the heck!

    i I booked online at 5pm and I picked Lucy only because I already had two of the other ladies may and Mona and they gave me awful haircut long time ago. I weighed it today at for an hour and a half for Lucy to finish up the customer that she had, she said to me that I can’t have anyone else other than her because she was taking so long. I had my sister out in the car. She has a husband who has cancer and she needed to get home to take care of him. I am very angry that’s the reason why I don’t go there anymore but I compromise with my sister. Once again, Lucy said that it was OK if I took someone else because she was taking too long.

    Since meeting Crissie several years ago, she has been outstanding! She does an amazing job, she is always friendly and always helpful when I need a haircut on short notice.Truly a consummate Professional!
