I suspect that some of the positive reviews here may have also been submitted by their friends. The office manager was very unprofessional and rude. She lied about insurance coverage charges and wanted to illegally force me to pay more than what is contractually and legally allowed. They denied me service because I refused to be forced to sign their illegal document. Check with your insurance so they won't cheat you. Another reviewer experienced a similar problem. Dr. Shaban was abrasive and quite aggressive in the dental procedure he was performing that it was hurting my mouth. It was almost as he had never done this work before. I have never had such a bad experience with a dentist such as this. Look elsewhere. There are better dentists out there.

I have been coming to this dental office for MANY YEARS and I have nothing but the best experience always. The entire staff including the doctor are phenomenal. I have referred people here as well and I have been a loyal client of them for years. They always come forward whenever I need them right away and do whatever it takes to make sure you are well taken care of, that’s hard to find in any other office. This is the only place I feel comfortable coming to. Thank you as always 😊

I have been a patient here for years and cannot speak highly enough about this practice. Even after moving from Quincy to Rockland, it is worth the drive to continue going there! What sold me immediately was their honesty. After being told by another dentist I had a cavity, I came to High Care for a second opinion and was assured it was nothing. Everything about the experience here is easy and efficient, they get you in and out and are all extremely friendly/attentive while doing so. I really enjoy chatting with Stella! The receptionist was extremely rude when I first booked my appointment. She was condescending and had a mood of disapproval when I scheduled my exam stating you haven’t seen a dentist since 2018. I’m not sure what her point in emphasizing that was because that is the year my mother died and whenever I come to a dentist it is super painful because I have sensitive teeth. I get here for my appointment and she mispronounces my name. Also going through these reviews you will see a lot of them are fake and friends of the business owner. I had X-rays taken and the dentist refused to serve me after I told him to simply warn me before lowering the chair I was in. He was also very condescending saying that’s what they do at a dentist, as if I have never been. He then told me he couldn’t serve me. I would beware of this dentist they seem racist

Horrible experience here. They refused me service after taking X-rays because I asked the doctor Moataz Shaban to simply warn me before lowering the chair. Because I was startled. Very unprofessional manner to act to a patient I made a complaint to masshealth and I will not be billed for the X-rays he took. I would beware of a place that has no bedside manner for their patients. Also if you go through their reviews you will notice they are friends and family of the business owner

I have been going here for two years. The people here are very nice and friendly. Teeth cleanings are every 6 months which is great. I would highly recommend!
