I came to the city centre almaza branch. I had a great experience and Mai there was very helpful. She stayed with us for a whole 2 hours until me and my family all tried on the dresses we wanted and eventually got.

Mr Ahmed the manager was so professional and welcoming, the tailor was polite , patient and did what i wanted. The sales associates weren’t professional they helped me with the zipper when i asked of course, but they weren’t smiling and one of them asked me to hurry up because the tailor has work for other customers!! Mr. Ahmed apologized and managed it professionally.
