We stay at the place next door. We wanted to sit on the beach on front of their bungalows, which are facing the beach (it is really just 20 metres wide, so there isn‘t much of a choice). A security guy came and told us to leave, then the manager. We are almost sure it is a public beach and on top, there were no other people, neither at the beach nor in the bungalows. When I asked if it was their private property, he sidestepped. This behaviour seems over the top to me. And it is not okay asking people to leave a public space while suggesting it is not.

It has been an incredible and unforgettable 4 months of living at Casa Marina. From June to the end of October, I enjoyed everything: hospitable and generous staff, beautiful views, waterfalls, fabulous sea and the most delicious fruits! With all my heart and soul, I am grateful to the hotel staff for the warmth, care and smiles on their faces. My every day was like a holiday! The location of the hotel is the best in Quy Nhon! Just 15 minutes drive from the bustling city. Surrounded by mountains, tropical plants and all around the sea. You can only dream of such beauties. Thank you very much for everything and for these wonderful memories of a lifetime. I will definitely visit Casa Marina Resort next time. See you soon ✨☀️🤗

As a couple we stayed for 2 days. Weather was amazing and the place it self is beautiful. They have a pool and beach front. Pool and beach was dirty, beach had rubbish all over it which was disappointing. We had to ask staff to clean pool. They have a beach bar at which we also had to ask to open for us. The staff saw us walking around and still had to go to reception and ask them to tell there staff to open the bar, clean the pool etc. There was no one here, it was very quite. No atmosphere at all here. There are other resorts along the beach and which we had a look and met people in a hostel next door. The drink was cheaper. It is about a 20/30 drive from the city. They charge you if you order food from outside the resort. The food was lovely and staff were nice but not much English. The guy at reception is lovely and makes sure everything is done for you. The price to stay here is not worth it. They deffo over charge here. Grab don't come out here if your looking to get one from the resort. The resort book you a taxi and its expensive enough. The rooms are lovely and air con is great. If we had the choose we would Quy Nhon city it self. Better and cheaper hotels with pool and beach. There is no shops are anything near. We had to walk next door to get cigarettes etc. Pool closes at 6 and bar closes at 10. Beach bar closes at 10 or 11 as well. TV in the room has netfilx.

Very nice resort. The plus points are: near the city about 15 mins drive, clean and comfy; staff are very friendly and helpful (I travel with 3 children, they help me alot when i ask for support). Very convinient to find a nearby restaurants to eat. The village next door has many nice seafood restaurants. The seafood at Life is the beach is very fresh, good price and well cooked. Pizza, pasta, burger at Heaven is excellent. My kids love it Not so good points: breakfast is not that diversed, the food at the hotel isnt good, swimming pool is small but it is ok. The lifeguard is very caring. Casa resort has a good spa. I did 60 mins body massage costs me VND 680 thousand.

Can't say for other rooms, but ours facing the bushy hill is a bit musty and dark. The furniture is old. Make sure to bring mosquito repellent. The pool is salt watered. The only upsides are friendly staff and the beach is next to some local restaurants which offer fresh and affordable seafood.

Don't try to take their laundry bag otherwise you will be in their firing line. The resort caters mainly to the locals and their food items are basically for them only . You have to sign a waiver form for not bringing any food/drinks from outside. There is a small village just next to the resort where there are small homestays, small grocery stores and few restaurants as well. English is a problem for the staff except for the general manager and a waiter in the restaurant who works in the afternoon shift.

I stayed in Princess Nam Phuong room, which has an amazing view & very spacious with three ensuite bedrooms. The furnitures are basic but meet all the requirements, except no bathtub. The surroundings are well taken care & bring an authentic sense of old time. The resort is just next to the sea so great location. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Massage service is quite good for a 3* resort. However, there are still some draw backs which interfere the comfortableness of guests: 1) The cleaning service start at around 8:00- 8:30am & cleaning staff just walked in the room which is illogical & annoying.,.., Guests came here for relax & enjoy the slow life, who would get up at 8:00am? Also, the check-in is 2pm, so the cleaning should start at around 10:00-11:00am instead, like other resorts. 2) The dining room is hot and does not have many choices for breakfast while the daily main dish (noodle) usually is poorly cooked & presented. (The sets for lunch & dinner are quite good but the portions are very little).

Resort is very nice, lots of plants and green areas. Bungalows at the beach, where we stayed were nice, great bathroom, extra comfy bed. Super friendly and helpfull staff. Restaurant with pretty good food (sets for 2). Some cons-dogs on the beach and some trash throwed by the sea. Worth to Wear swimming shoes due to the rocks. Pool bar was ok, but if you want some change there is close hostel with nice bar and some fresh sea food bars in the village (going from the beach or through the hostel).

3rd Oct 2023 at 8pm.The hotel is nice but the security and receptionist were awful. We paid alot of money with expect we gonna have good services but never been treated awful like this before.they won't allow u bring foods from outside , they will put the charge on it which is understandable but the security was stop us going to our room which we paid for.he didn't give any option that service charge which we willing to pay,he just violently stop us enter to out room like we bringing some weapon,we called the receptionist,on 3 Oct 2023 around 8pm.we complained about the way security treated us but she actually told us it's right for him to do that so,she said if we bring the food in thr room ,it will be charge so it's ok for us, but to stop guest going to their room is very unacceptable, she was rude when she actually just saying that right to let security acted like that to the guests, we paid for 4 rooms for 5 nights,we still ordering the foods in their restaurant everyday, but to be treated like this ,we really feel awful and we wouldn't come back to this resort again, just actually ruined our holidays, we suppose to be happy and relax but this is not worth the value of money we paid for.and the transit car from reception to the room was terrible, they don't use electric car, they used petrol car,it pretty noisy and smell badly if petrol, 1 night we back in the rain with the baby ,the driver wasn't good trained ,he couodnt drive as he said he couldn't see ,he hit the wall and broke the side mirror, we still keep quiet, then he started the engine again and the car just about to hit the wall back ward and forward,it was 3 times he did that before we asked he to stop and change the driver ,then the female receptionist have to cone to drive us back to the room,it was so dangerous to let the staff that not well train to drive like this ,specially we have the baby with us,the car is not working properly, they drive so fast or it will stop the machine,it could cause accidents any time specially on the hill,so we not gonna use it again and rather to walk.this cars nit really for 4 star hotel .and the staff attitude properly worse than 1* hotel ,really upset the guests with words and action.the cleaner are quite nice thought.Wish we never book it here.Cant way to get back to our city. This is just ruined our mood for our holidays. Not recommended at all.

Stayed at one of the bungalows for 7 nights: Totally relaxed and ready to go back to our daily work routine. Professional service. One of the last pristine beaches in Vietnam.

Great place to stay. Strong ac. Golf cart to bring you up and down the slope. Recommend the beach side rooms. Unfortunately the seafood from the fishing village no longer is allowed to serve guest on the beach. Due to foreigners complaints. The seafood room service made this place very unique.

Good choice in price range, unique location with well service style. Friendly staff. The landscape is in harmony with the surrounding nature, the architecture does not affect to much the environment

Pleasant resort ... simple ...located quiet far from the city 38 to 40km from airport ... located close to a fishing village where you can buy in some small shops some snacks and some fruits ... F&B choice at hotel very basic ... A la carte menu very basic ... we didn't try at any time of the dinner ... during our stay ... breakfast very basic with some rotation of dishes during 5 days ... beautifull pool done in the way that you feel going inside the sea as a texture ... bio salt foltwring of water ... matter some holes all around that could affect client if not carefull ... all staff around the resort are very pleasant ... for dinner you might have a chance to get dinner at a local restaurant close by the first one on your left when you go down to the beach from resort (some picks in attachment) very fresh ... average price ... very good taste and flavors ... amazing local people that try them best to serve you at best the second one of these local restaurant more professional might help you more with a better set up more choice ... matter taste very poor and quiet expensive mostly due that they are registered and get hygiene certification by gov. As what staff told us ... more choice too ... you got an other place at the end of the beach ... we didn't tried they got pizza with fire wood ... on the right side you got Avani (from Anantara group) private beach even you can't access by the beach you get blocked by security ... beach of Casa Marina quiet big ... might be more pleasant if they would make a better cleaning of the beach and make some pole in the area where people might be carefull when swimming ... all in all ... pleasant place ... a small suggestion with lower prices in F&B with a better choice in food and beverage and something more sexy / appealing you might keep more your clients in house ... Regarding the general maintenance ... humidity issues in bathroom, water stopper in lavabo ... paint stands still remaind from construction time or from some maintenance work that has been done (R231) beautifull view ... our 2 first days as it was full at our arrival we stayed in R404 very pleasant ... beautifull view ... big room ... beeing from hospitality some comments might hurt ... in my point of view reviews should support to become better and improve ... thanks for the stay and thanks to the team ... (no management or guest comments to fill) just wanted to say was pleasant and relaxing thanks to all team that really tried them best ... 🐞🐞🐞🍀🍀🍀🦋🦋🦋🌞🌞🌞💖💖💖🌻🌻🌻🌟🌟🌟🦚🦚🦚🙏🙏🙏

The pre-payment regulation which is applied by this resort turned out to be an endless story. Starting some week before our stay, I had 20 messages exchanged with staff about the international bank transfer, during our stay, this remained unresolved, and when they finally, two weeks after we checked out, they will try to return the sum, but of course deducting the bank transfer fee, which amounts to almost half of the total amount. Of course, I myself payed international bank fees in the first round. Staff was incompetent and rather rude all along the way. It is a beautiful location though.

The room has nice set up and stunning view, good beach. They just need good maintenance, as the door is almost broken, we found our door completely open when we get back from the beach. Swimming pool has weird design and not really nice imo. The whole resort only has one baby dining chair, so many family has to carry their babies around at breakfast. Breakfast has very limited choice, warm yogurt and fruit was served. I liked their bún cá though. Their staff need abit of training as they look very sad when they served food to the guests. Their club house is another nightmare, its hot and dirty and smells really bad.

+ Room garden view, but quite small garden :). See photo. Decorations normal, colors is boring, furniture quite traditional and old. Bed is OK. Pillow quite thick. Floor is concrete floor. + There is a small bus take you from restaurant to the room + There is swimming pool, billiard's room, but swimming pool quite small + The beach is all of big slippery stone, you cannot run on it. No sand under the water. This is a big disadvantage. + Food. Ok
