    The location and facilities are pretty ok. We visited this resort on a long national holiday when everyone was trying to go somewhere and famous places and roads and airports were stuffed with people. Fortunately, this place was not so crowded and we could enjoy the stay. It deserved attention that this place was very large and moving between the rooms and hall would take time and many steps. You could choose to walk or wait for the electricity bus. Great view, wide swimming pool. The breakfasts were buffet and well cooked. Our company has a problem with the dinner food in the company party on the last day. Almost all women and kids had problems with their stomachs and went to the toilet quite frequently. It ruined our impressions about FLC resorts indeed.

    Lovely hotel. Has 5 stars... But not 5 star service. Advice you eat out... Staff at restaurant were rude slow and presented us with someone eles bill at the end of the evening! Accommodation was worth 4 stars.

    I booked in for the Lux resort but upon arrival, I was told the reception has relocated to Grand FLC, waited awhile to check in and get to the room because there was only 1 receptionist and 1 cable car to move around this big resort. Once arrived at the room (we took a sea front villa), a window were broken and the view in front were covered with fence. Therefore with a beach front villa, you cant see the beach, and this wasnt told when I made the booking. Waited again for another 45’ still no one came to check us to another room..

    Every service from A-Z was the worst in VN. FLC Resort staffs are not trained to be work at a resort. Do not care about cutomers at all. I will never visit FLC again. * I saw the manager of FLC promised to others who made bad reviews that they will enhance their service, but I do not think anything changed in the past 2 years. I know because my friend visited here 2 years and he also experienced the worst service in VN. ** dear future customers, do not believe 5-star reviews. They might have been manipulated by the resort staffs

    While receptionist was friendly and helpful, ratio of staff to guest is low. Room was contructed with poor workmanship and lack functionality compared to hotels eg. Paris Deli in Đa Năng. Broken tiles in room and rust on laminate floor. Broken composite planks near swimming pool. Location is far from city center. Wish you can fix some short comings to match a 5 star resort.

    We booked here for 4 nights and only ended up staying 1 night. This place is a ghost town. Barely a soul in site. Although the room was nice and spacious its just a ton of walking to get to anywhere on the resort. No one helped us with our bags upon check in. They really want you to spend your money there as you can't bring in snacks or water, if you do it's 5,000,000 dong fee. After 1 night we decided to leave and booked another hotel in the city forfeiting the rest of the hotel cost.

    The instance you step into the reception, you are welcome by an absolutely stunning view of the beach! All the hotel rooms are spacious and have a balcony with amazing sea view. It's so close that you can see the beach and hear the waves. On certain zones, you also get to see the large swimming pool right in front of you. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of foods. I was here during mid-autumn festival and they even served mooncakes for this occasion, which is a bonus! There are also lots of activities to do, like a zoo safari and a beautiful golf club. The city centre is a bit far out so you may want to plan ahead to visit. Airport is about 30-40 mins away by car so quite accessible too.

    The employees are fine, I have no problem with the service. However, the facilities are terrible, they aren't well- maintained, this place doesn't deserved to be a 5-stars hotel at all. The elevators aren't working properly, they are too far from the receptions. We went on a company trips, thinking we would have been staying near each others, and yet, some of us are arranged in section 1, some are in section 2. As the hallway is too long, and the elevators are too far, it took us so much time just to visit each others' rooms. The balcony's doors are too heavy, some of them are stuck, there also isn't any hair drier in the room, or any bags for dirty laundry. Poor cleaning service, some rooms were feedbacked as smelly after cleaning. However, the room is spacious, which wasn't that bad. The hallway lamps weren't lighten up during the night time either. The buffet food isn't various, but the dessert are great.

    Not a five star hotel/ resort. - No welcome drinks on arrival - The in room fridge does not work both x2 hotels and x3 villas we have access to. - Stains on my bed sheets and pillows on arrival. - Breakfast buffet has very little variety, extremely bland and stale at best. - Large and fast cockroaches in our room. - Cannot bring any outside food and/ or drinks in or a 5 million vnd fine will be served. - We were served warm coconuts - Air-conditioner has not been maintained with the compressor rusted outside, leaving a nasty odour within the villa and hotels. - Shower over bathtub. Dangerous when stepping out. Also mouldy. - I was accused of stealing a large beach umbrella. Even though it didn't rain and it was in the cupboard ... where they keep it !! - Excellent service from the caddy drivers.

    Checking on 17th and check iut n 19th Marck, i stay 2 nights and i need to go down the reception and complain because i can not open my room. Staff service is so bad, and no responsibility w their job. Anyway this is worst service Thanks

    A very beautiful golf course, one of the most beautiful beach golf courses in Vietnam. The quality of the grass is excellent, the terrain is very beautiful and challenging, the charming natural scenery will make players more excited. Golf course with high difficulty including 1 Sea course and 1 Mountain course with very difficult challenges for Golfers. You should visit here.

    My family loved our stay here in this resort. We booked 1 room in the hotel and 1 villa for 4 nights. Pros - Big spacious room in the hotel and very clean. Bedroom separated from big living room area. - Very big spacious balcony with beach view. - Bed and pillows were amazing. - The villa was massive and beautiful. - The staff were friendly and welcoming. - Breakfast was decent and the coffee was actually good for a resort/hotel. Cons - The walk from my room to the restaurant was pretty far. - You had to be driven to the gym and villa, not much was walking distance unless you like walking for a while.

    We spent one night at the FLC resort after our Vietage train trip. I chose this resort because they had 4 bedroom villas that could accommodate my family of 8 under one roof with reasonable prices. The resort feels secluded and it looks like the expansion portion is half done, but we had a good stay! Some parts of the resort is a bit worn, but the villa was beautiful and HUGE. Plenty of room for everyone. The golf course view from the villa had an ocean view as well. We swam and biked. We wish we had time to check out the tennis court too! The duty manager, Vi, speaks good English and was extremely helpful and accommodating to ensure that our stay was smooth and comfortable. The rest of the staff was very welcoming too, from the bellhop to Mr Thien at the front desk to Ms Thuy at room service. Thank you to FLC for ensuring a good stay for our family.

    The good place for family travel to the beach. Event thought, it is far from Qui Nhon city, but they have the number in house service: restaurant, seafood, kid club, bicycle rent, amazing swing pool, bar, pup, tour to island(ki co, bai dua) The price is so so compare to HCM average price. Some weak point: 1. The room is nice, all view to the sea, but the bacony ceiling is dirty. 2. The clean up room service is supper slow. We had to wait until 3pm in order to clean up room 3. Welcome drink is not service. We have to remind hotel staff. The hotel staff focus to much on sale service rather than customer service. 4. The tour to island make us unhappy. We remind staff that we check out immediately after tour. But when checkout we do not have bill for tour. We have to pay tour fee after checkout. Recommend to improve service: 1. Maintaince bacony all room 2. Increase cleanup staff and try to clean up before 12pm 3. Focus on customer service than sale service

    Rooms (villas) and facilities were not too bad for an approximate 7 years old resort. The beach frint villas we stayed were spacious, beautiful view, although the pool looking out to the beach was bit lower tha the sand on the beach, so not able to fully view the ocean when in the pool. The bathroom and toilets are degrading without proper maintenance. Problems we had were clogged toilets and molds in couple showers. The worst thing we experienced was food. The set menu we had was too expensive ($550,000 VND per person for dinner), but the food was not up to the taste. The mix of courses didn't make any sense in terms of ethnic or fusion. We won't be back to this place again.

    Room is very spacious. Hotel is enormous with golf facility, conventional meeting rooms, etc. The hotel are a combination of 3 blocks, you need to travel by electric car. The only drawback is that it located quite far from the city center of Quy Nhon

    I dont know what the reviews are. I’ve went to flc so many times and it’s amazing they give u welcome drinks and the fridge works perfectly fine the resort is also the best place. Super clean and the beach is very clear. The buffet doesn’t have much food but they’re amazing

    Beautiful hotel resort and pool next to beach. Its a luxury hotel by name only. It didn't feel like luxury especially at breakfast time when there was so many people. It was so busy like a market. Dinner was like 5star with the service. reasonable price except add 5% service charge + 10% vat. The pool looked very inviting but did not swim in it. Needed more cleaning. Room was spacious for 3. Taxi from Qui Nhon was 280 000 vnd with a side tour on the main esplanade and back.

    Pros: has private beach and free parking. Cons: 1. The beach could be cleaned up some more. There was quite a bit of trash around. 2. The staff should learn how to interact and serve guests better. They were passively answering questions when asked rather than actively asking guests if they needed any help. 3. It would be great to install an outdoor shower stand to wash off sand from the beach before entering the hotel lobby. 4. The room could be cleaned better and the towels could be changed more often.

    The room, view, pool and beach are all lovely. Service is not up to par. Check in and check out process is particularly time consuming, each took me 30+ minutes because there were so many guests yet only 3 receptionists to handle both check in and check out. They also require 500k vnd in CASH deposit upon checkin and does not allow credit card.

    Very relaxing & picturesque place to spend time with family & friends. However, the food choices for breakfast is limited as compared to other hotels I’ve stayed with before. Hopefully they can add other choices. Overall, the attentiveness of the staffs, the facility & the overall hospitality, it is a highly recommended place. We’ll definitely go back here.

    If you want to have a relax holiday,this will not be holiday with enjoyable service, it is not the most ideal and best choice for it . If you only want to enjoy the good view and the infrastructure and don’t care about the food and service.you may consider staying here. Worse hotel experience. Poor internal communications between different departments from FLC. 1. Wrong pick up transportation from the airport- we booked private car but they mistook it and asked us to take shuttle. In the end they just sent some random taxi to send us to the hotel. 2. Poor communications from F&B department. We were told to move to different locations ( Terrance bay to Kyco ) because the “manager” misunderstood and gave us wrong directions. In the end we spent over 1 hour just to get a table. This is completely waste of time. 3. Poor damage control and customer service after filing complaints- we were told to wait over 1 hour AGAIN because the FLC poor internal communications and coordinations for the team. Worse service at all The photo shows the “manager” who gave us the wrong directions and made us end up spending over 1 hour just to find a table to have lunch

    No reasonable solutions for rooms booking and cancellation with A MONTH ahead and even with mail sent from Agoda and directly contacting with customer. Top services with the cost of customer throwing money out of the window. Thank you and never ever again booking here via anywhere else.

    Not a 5*. Everything, room, facilities, services are mediocre at best. Room is really bare, buffet with very few selection and out of food half of the time. Would stay elsewhere next time.

    Bad service We booked combo holiday in Bamboo Holiday but the resort said the booking code was not correct and asked us to call Bamboo Holiday hotline without helping us. We called the hotline many times but no one answer the call. They ruined our holiday

    There are many reasons why I rated this hotel 3 stars. First of all, the facility is really poor. I was shocked when I went to the swimming pool and the spa, the swimming pool facility is not maintained and there is only 1 lifeguard there. The spa looks exactly like it had been abandon few years ago. Second of all, the service is very poor. Yesterday, when i need to hung up my wet clothes, the door was too heavy so i called the service to help me but they didn’t. My flight was on 9:15 am, I came to the reception and said book a taxi at 7:30 am to the airport. But they forgot. I probably never gonna return to this resort anymore. By the way, this resort doesn’t deserve 5 stars.
