This is the best resort i have ever been in Quy Nhon, i love sea view and gadern with beautiful look. Open window, see all sea view. The best experience i have. Thanks Dankbaar team help me have a wonderful holiday, i'll come back

A beautiful hotel with a direct access to the ocean. We liked the spacious rooms, the swimming-pool and the menu of the breakfast at the restaurant. We less appreciated the frequent electricity cuts, the noisy karaokes in the hotel at night, the "free" lunch which was below average for Vietnamese standards and the rooms which are not well maintained (moist on the wall, some paint needed at some places, the damaged mirror). Overall a good resort with friendly people.

Could be an ok resort one day but very unprofessional and terrible restaurant. No welcome drinks on arrival. Pool closes at 6:30pm and drinks ordered by the pool weren’t out of the fridge. No information book in the hotel room and when we asked for a menu for room service they didn’t want us keeping it. We ordered food over the phone but didn’t understand what we wanted so came to the room and we pointed at the menu. Then took the menu back. Rang after 10 minutes to say they didn’t have what we ordered. Ordered something else but they didn’t have that either. Eventually got a schnitzel cut into pieces on some lettuce!? Our fridge in the room didn’t work and they did nothing about fixing it. My wife went to the spa area and asked about massage. They said no massage today. She said how about tomorrow and they laughed at her so she left. After one night of our three night stay we moved to a different hotel even though they wouldn’t refund our two nights. The reviews on booking dot com must be fake. No way this place gets such a high score. The only positives were the room size and the fact that it’s on the water. Local area has very few places to eat or drink. Dank by name..

The overall experience was pretty damn amazing. Our room (which there were many like it) was rather special. Overlooking the beach, it was just about close enough to jump into from the balcony. The view was breathtaking and well worth it to go beachside. From what I understand, the ownership recently changed, so there were many things happening. For this reason I can understand some of the mess: some of the beach was slightly dirty and there was a lot of construction, but I cannot fault them for it because of the transition to new ownership. My only complaint is that we would have appreciated a little more of a warm welcome to the room - decoration, comped beer or wine, faster room service - but all inconsequential gripes to the overall experience. We will definitely come back again.

Worst resort I have ever stayed!!! The room smells, the air condition does not work but the staff just said that they have "reset" twice, which does not help a thing and they still do not support me to change room. And the refridge is always room temperature but when I asked them, they just said "oh it's always like that".... I would strongly recommend you to choose a city hotel if you want to stay in the center. Do not ever come to this resort.

Nice view and location but the staff are a bit inexperience. Food can be improved to better serve clients.
