The entrance fee was 50,000 VND and they told us the water park section and kayaking were closed. We decided to go in anyway because there are fun things to do like archery and a rock climbing wall. However, it turned out all of the attractions and rides were closed. So we paid 50k for absolutely nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Theme park - LOL!! Stay away - total ripoff. 170,000 VND entrance fee for two boys and an adult to access a coffee shop, merry-go-round, and children's playsets? No swimming except for hotel guests. This place should NOT be charging the public for admission. The coffee shop service was good. SHAME on the desperate owners as they are earning their increasingly bad reputation.

Location was lovely and it has potential but the only swimming area is with the inflatables and the water was dirty and the bottom of the pool slimey! The guards said you had to wear life jackets which is ridiculous. The showers and toilets were clean but lots of the attractions didn't seem to be working. You have to pay more to swim than the entrance fee. You get free water on entry but it was hot! This requires great improvement to be s tourist attraction!

There are about 5 or 6 games, mostly thrilling, you can swim or kayak - ing there. They gave you a free water bottle for 1 at the entrance, meal is reasonable, about 3 dollars. 9 am is a good time to start.

Took my family there. We were not happy. First off, I understand that there a cost for the entry, but then just to go swimming it was additional and the cost was more then the entry admission it self. Water was slimy and dirty. Not coming back.

This square is fun at night. Next to beach. Great fresh air. Windy. Roller skating and board skating for hire. Close to night-life food street. :)

As a foreign visitor avoid this place like the plague. It is worse than a waste of money as it is a Health and Safety and regulation nightmare. You only discover that you have to wear a ridiculous life-jacket after you've paid the extra to enter the water (see previous reviews) and then only by being man handled by an assistant. The tiles are lethally slippy and the unfiltered seawater (for evidence see the size of the fish!) Is disgusting in appearance. No-one speaks a word of English (and I do realise it's Vietnam not Skegness but it advertises itself as a resort and as such it's a disgrace). The notices and rules could at least be printed in English to read before you go in - or not. The facilities may have been good once but are now tatty and shamelessly money-grabbing - I do urge you to avoid this foreign tourist rip-off.
