His behavior is very dirty. They do not even talk properly with their customer. If he passes through his service, then believe me, no one should go there. It is a very bad service center. It would be better You will be better to go to Raiganj. I will never go to you. If you can change the people here, who work, then I too go next time.

Had Good experience. I had back camera issue on MI A2,I went there and showed them the problem.They told me to give them 1-2hrs for checking. After 1hr they contacted me and told me,they have to keep the phone because the camera need to be change. They also told me it will take approximately 6-7day. After 4th day one of representative called me and told me that my phone is ready and please come and collect it. On 5th day i went there and collected the phone. And it is fine now. The stuff behavior is very good, if u worried about your device while they kept it u can contact them and ask the current status of it(which i did 😝, and they assured me,it is ok and will be repaired soon). Anyway, the service center is good, less crowded, well placed (near raiganj public bus stand, railway station and police station). I am very happy with their service and thanks.

A battery replacement takes 11 days. Very bad service.

The owner of the service center is a really very good person. he help me a lot. The behaviour of employee also are very good. i not found display of my phone redmi note 9 pro max from very big big service center but here avilable stock have so i recived immedietly & they give my phone in approx one and half and hour. And at last sevice are realy very good. Most thank To owner of the shop shib sankar sarkar sir.

Quick resolution and nice behavior

My experience is not good. I went there to repair my broken phone camera which I've bought 25th of sept. they said as it is a new model so they don't have the camera lenses. They asked me to pay the full payment and wait till they call me and I did it. They also said it'll take 1 week . After 10 days I went again and they told me it's still isn't available and told me to come 3 days . After 15 days I went again and believe me they don't have the lenses so they refunded the amount and told me they will call whenever it'll available. Now it's almost 1 month and the haven't call me yet. What a harrasment 👎👎

Authorised Mi mobile service centre of Raiganj.All type Mi, Poco Mobile & accessories repair here.Parts are some time not available. Staffs behaviour is good.Centre owner is a good person.The place is quite inside from the main road. Besides that they're also the authorised service centre of Realme and Gionee.
