This is one of the pathetic Hotel I have ever visited. Staff laughs at you when asked about food... most non serious people ever met. Even the management is not serious about the complaints... All must take their own water bottles as they even don't give that... Lights of corridor are turned off everytime. When there is no light, you have to call nearly 4-5 times for generator backup... till then, may be, the light is back... Thr elderly have to wait for more than 45 minutes to have food and then have medicine... it happened thrice during visit. Must never visit...

Taste was good but the paratha that we ordered is little bit raw nd the service is not good I've to wait for water for 5 min whn i need it most , there's only one waiter who handles the restaurant. Almost 50% items are out of stock, even in deserts there's only icecream.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff at the reception as well as the restaurant is friendly and provided fantastic service. The rooms are clean and up to date. The food was great too, especially the special Champaran Mutton. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Rajgir.

Reception & lounge is well decorated and impressive. Rooms are good. Parking area is huge. Some ground development is required. Restaurant staff need to improve their communication skill. It was difficult to make them understand the requirements and that resulted in huge excessive orders. Moreover, though there was no other guest in the restaurant at that moment, they took nearly one hour to serve‼️

It was a negative encounter. My money was wasted on that. I reserved two rooms, but they weren't all that clean. The bed's linen had already been made up. It was altered despite being instructed to do so after several hours of the night. Even liquid hand soap was absent from the restroom. The room service doesn't clean. At the front desk or in the hotel, nobody pays attention. Even two hours later, when asked for water, it is not provided. It will take at least an hour to get food if you order it. The hotel's management, which is only apparent from the outside, does not actually exist. I won't go again and I won't let anyone know. I traveled with my family and felt awful that this hotel was the reason the trip didn't go smoothly. I'm hoping the hotel will view it favorably. This is a description of my experience.

We stayed in this hotel from July 12 . Very bad experience with service. We booked two rooms but both room bed sheets, towels and dirty pillows. One comforter had a blood spot. The room service girl was rude. It looks like they didn't get training on how to behave with your customers.

It's a really beautiful place to visit. The location is excellent. The Hotel is beautifully made. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious. Hospitality is good. The food is woww too good, from hotel you can feel you are at hill station.

Overall nice stay .. Room service is good.. Food quality is good .. nicely located.. Room size is little bit low, but rooms are neat & clean.. So it is overall a good stay

Everything is fine but the location is not so good maybe it's in developing area but yeah hotel is very good

The most pathetic hotel ever experienced even guest house are better than this. They make their hotel like hospital where u can only experience the thing which is a naphthelene balls.. Smells like he'll which make u sick and after complaining the Ower motherf*Cher was asking for photos of that balls even the staff can smell that pathetic odor.. they don't have even room freshener even opening window was not allowed... initially they told breakfast is included but during checkout they asking for breakfast payments we went for vacation but got hospitalised.. they don't give a damm about medication only mention in their list only.. they have nothing... please never go to this place

We stayed at the hotel with family and had a very nice time. The hotel is located a few mins away from the main center which makes it calm and relaxing. The hotel staff is also very helpful and cooperative. The restaurant at the hotel is clean, hygienic and taste is good too! We were very satisfied with our stay.
