Nice and beautiful. But you can only visit the museum part. The palace part is still resided by royal family. So cannot go inside. Only you can take a tour from outside.Museum is nice and shows lots of collection tribal art, photos of royal Riyasat's of that time.

Never visit this is place. Over priced rooms , staff appears to be hideous. Visit at your own risk. They appear to be friendly but they are not.

Palace is huge & has good exterior looks. Property if given to right candidate for maintenance, can change its faith. Current management has made disaster of this Royal thing. It would be long list I put all issues we faced. Come on wake up, you have such wonderful estate. Maintain it as per its Status.

This heritage hotel looks more like a doll house and less like a hotel. Belonging to the royal family of Gujarat, this property has now been transformed to serve as a hotel. The different architectural style is what one appreciates here; the Romanesque dome, classical columns, Greek capitals, and Venetian doors and Gothic arches combine to create something as majestic as Rajvant Palace Resort. The hotel faces the famous Vijayraja Palace and is situated in one of the best locations of Rajpipla.

The palace over here is so beautiful with the historic monuments and artifacts which are here on display... Food provided is better in taste and low in cost.. Surroundings can be observed with small animals like rabbits, goose which gives relaxes to play with them...

Beware. They gave us a servant room for 1500/night. Terrible place to stay at. There is another hotel nearby that provides really good rooms for the same price.

Nice place to visit if you have about an hour. The palace has a museum. The stories of the guide makes it even more attractive.

Its an old palace made into a hotel. The maintenance is well below par. If you reach at night then you would never stay there. The lighting is minimal. The rooms are old and require a good amount of renovation. The swimming pool is not operational. They dont have a restaurant. Serve basic breakfast. Definitely not worth the money you pay. The staff though is very courteous and helpful. Till it is renovated suggest to skip and find alternate place.

An excellent example of modern palaces that were built in the last century. The small museum has a lot inside it, ranging from crockery to gramophones used in those days. Good room facility with locations that can be used for low budget film making. The place is serene.. but not a must to visit.

Beautiful place ... To be At ... Aur rahi haunted ki baat toh mujhe toh aisa kuch bhi nhi laga ... What a art work... authenticness of the place is still alive.... I'm at Rani Sahiba of Rajwant Palace and she was so so down to earth and wonderful so I feel that authenticity of the palace is due to simplicity and love of the people to whom it belongs.... and we should not forget the fact that this palace is of the great Manvendra Singh Gohil who is a first openly gay Prince in the world and he also runs a charity Lakshya trust which works with the LGBT community this shows the greatness of this people and Rajwant Palace itself it's a great place to visit....

Rajvant palace resort is a old palace, also known as Vijay raj Palace. It was built by Maharana chhatra Sighji for his Son Vijay raj Singhji in 1910 A.D.This palace is located in Rajpipla. Dist. Narmada. State-Gujarat. Probably with lack of interest or high maintenance costs the place is ignored. There is a museum in the palace with similar relics as one might find in a palace museum. The place is small, something like a small palace of the area.

The palace is in dire need of repairs. The exhibits are not really interesting as they are of a particular family. Yet, we found the rabbits fun and nothing more to the place more than that. It's unfortunate to see the big place in shambles.

Now NO MORE a palace resort for last 2 years. Just museum of history. 6th generation Royal couple stay here. Could be brought back to old glory, if present care taker comes forward.
