Have well maintained showroom. Both Car & Bike parking available. Affordable to buy during sale period. Staff response good. Some times sizes not available during sale period. Dresses bought in max showroom have same color even after multiple washes.

The collection is good. However, right from security order you what to do or what not to do. And behaviour of these people are like they are the boss. No value for customer. Please avoid this place if you need true shopping experience.

Good place and environment with ample parking facility. Good number of trial rooms to avoid waiting period. Collections were moderate.. but couldn't actually find valid discounts even at the time of festival. The coupons we receive on purchase of 3k+ should be feasible for redeeming on our next purchase of worth atleast 1k to 1.5k. Making it redeemable within 3-4days only for purchase worth 2.5k or 4k is of no use. Not consumer friendly.

Good collections with good discounts. Variety of colors to choose from. Kurti, Maxi, salwar sets...were my shopping zone. Got 2 for 1100 in an offer and still good material and design.

Lots of new collections and new arrivals.. can pick in all ranges and varieties.. Will surely get confused what to buy because of the options available.. If you plan to buy 2 items, you il end up buying 10 cause of the collections available 😁 Happy shopping makalae...!

Very bad experience. They are only allowing to trial 2 items only . I asked them how will I know if another dress suits me . They said everything is same size no difference . Without trial how can we decide which will suit us the most . I hope they change this rule .

After done shopping entered into bill counter and did card swipe it was debited the amount but in their machine it's shown as declined. After some times, am ok to raise complaint with bank side for this transaction and asked manager to do Gpay option. He was not at all accepted firstly and treated unfairly. Is the gapy option is acceptable from all max show room right. After half n hour talks he asked me to Gpay and it got paid. If someone card is declined they has to show some other payment options. But its not done over here. There is no que behind me. Only one person stands behind me in the billing counter too. Due to hurry missed to carry a cash from my end. It was a worst experience ever. Please keep cash in hand always when you go to buy this shop.

Very well stocked. The sales staff is helpful. The billing staff need to be better trained for faster billing and packaging

Best location for max. A single floor showroom with dresses distributed for all. Suitable for working people and for kids. Feel like less collections, but ok as it is max as prices are concerned. Have ample parking and restaurants above like barbeque nation and paradise.

The showroom has some good offers when visited today. Poor rating for overall experience primarily due to Tempe staff I encountered. Made some purchases as well inspite of the irritable behaviour of one of the staff. Some of the T-shirts are arranged one over the other and they seem to be more bothered about leaving it as it is, not quite happy with our checking them out. One guy kept coming back, following us and bothering us with irritating questions Of what is the size repeatedly. This even as we were very particular in picking up only the exact size we wanted. If the showroom and staff are so concerned, they should keep all clothes in a hanger and not arrange them one over the other in the first place. Also, the offers provided for the purchase - I purchased from another max last week where , apart from the same Marvel offer, they also provided an offer for VIP suitcase on purchase of 7000 value at 700. A much better deal than the Marvel stuff alone. This may be area or zone dependant, not sure why offers like these should vary between showrooms in the country.

Good place, but cannot find size varieties for any products. For almost every product you cannot find any S and XS sizes for Women and M is too large for men. However you can find vast collection.

I recently had an absolutely terrible experience at Max Outlet, and I feel compelled to warn others about the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of their staff members. On February 16th, 2023, I was in the store around 9.15pm trying to pay my bill, and the billing staff member made me wait for over 25 minutes without any acknowledgement or assistance. When I asked him for help, he responded with an appalling attitude and told me that it was his wish to work based on his convenience, and that I should be happy to wait as long as he deemed necessary. This is an absolutely absurd mentality to have towards customer service. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive timely assistance when I require it. The staff member's behavior was not only unprofessional, but also completely unacceptable. It is clear that he has a serious mentality issue, and management needs to think carefully before recruiting such staff members. As a result of this experience, I felt extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I have decided that I will not be visiting this outlet again. If the management of Max Outlet cannot ensure that their staff are providing excellent customer service, then I cannot recommend that anyone visit their store. I urge anyone considering shopping at this establishment to think twice before doing so. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the billing staff member at Max Outlet, and I would not recommend anyone to visit this outlet

The problem is the entrance. Entrance to parking access area is like a platform where I skid my bike today. Pathetic entrance which is height from road. Very risky to enter with two wheeler inside. Otherwise shop is too good.

Poor dress collection, poor staff response from your side. Highly disappointed from this branch. Is this the way your staff treats customers. Please look into this.

Collection is not attractive. Kids footwear is not at all good. Always the same worst models. I would suggest them to revisit on the collection.

Max is one of the favourite places i would like to shop for. They have a wide range of collection's. But the prices are slightly higher when compared to the middle class family/salary. The quality is amazing when compared to other shoppers.

Nice dress collection. But all are slim fit. S, M, L only mostly available. We can find less XL, XXL shirt or t-shirt.

Good variety of collection at affordable price you can get. Good parking space is there.

Very badly maintained max store I've ever seen. So poor. Shoes for women were all dust and wonder how would some buy when it so dirty. They didn't bother much about it when it was brought to their attention.

This review is not about the max shop. It is about the building owner and the asholes standing there as security. Very very pathetic security fks and the owner of the building should be as well. I parked the car in the max parking and I thought to buy a water bottle next shop before enter max. The security bastrs littrelly abused me and started to tease for going outside. They are such morons . If you wanted to visit max and parked your vehicle there , donot dare to step out of the building, and ready to get abuse from the building owner. But max management not having any control over them. So better donot go there with vehicle just go by walking such shameless people running this shops.

I must express my disappointment with today's shopping experience. Regrettably, the billing section missed to remove the Bluetooth tracker, leading to an audible alert upon our exit from the shop. This situation was rather embarrassing.

The quality of the clothes are very good. The cost is a little Higher. Collections & offers are not much in the showroom. But online there are many attractive collections & offers.. service of the staff is very good.

There's a staff called sandhya at this showroom she's very polite and gentle.... Collections are wow but the sizes weren't available at the time I went. But I'm satisfied with the quality that lasts for ages

No one to help. The only girl was so disinterested. Another one was on the phone. One was seen only folding the spread out clothes. It was like a free for all. They should be taught customer relationship and garment merchandising job. Poor response but don't know how they survive.

Two star given is for not having sizes in pollar collar shirts.... Shop looks huge but collection is less when I visited this Porur branch... Not satisfied when compared with Periyar Nagar Max branch.

There is no proper offer in Chennai max, you have to buy the clothes with MRP.... Bangalore Max is far better.

Shop has a good collection for the entire family.special & exclusive collection for ladies and kids.Imitation jewellery,bags and sun glasses are available here. Shop is exactly in the same complex of barbeque nation porur.vast area and covid protocol followed here.Thanks 🙏👍

Max store is good and a genuine product.The quality of Max brand either it's shirt or pants all are good quality. Only thing is that Max should reduced the number of design, as this confuses the customer what to buy. 😊

I literally wait for 15 min to place bill they send me another counter and another counter but no one is coming to bill for my cloths... when I ask them they told very lethargically one by one only we can billing ... but seriously only one person infront of the que... they doing work like tortoise I hate this shop for this worst experience 😒

I prefer Max for casual clothes, boxers and sports wear in affordable price, or else you have to go Vadapalani or Valasaravakkam for branded clothes. They have good parking facilities for both car and two-wheeler. You get nice T-shirts for just 300 - 500Rs, and Track pants for just 600 to 1000Rs. I say, its worth for this money, and also easy returns available, except some clothes. (Whatever I told about this shop, I wanna take it back.. Because, the track pants torn within two days after bought it😆😆. I asked for return but they ignored it. I didn't expect this, quality of clothes is poor) 😡

Today went to Max fashion after seeing the below message "LAST 2 DAYS of Max Fashion SALE- FLAT 50% OFF! Get Flat 50% OFF on all discounted garments. ONLY 16-17 July. Rush NOW! TnC". Its a fake message. It should be mentioned as "UPTO 50% OFF on ONLY selected garments". Most of the dresses in kids section have a separate tag as 30% off. Few have only Rs.50 OFF but kept under the tag 50% OFF.I'm a regular customer of Max just because of the quality of their products.But now totally disappointed to see this kind of untrue messages from Max like other shops which wastes of time. Your regular price is fine for the quality you provide. We do not want this kind of untrue discount offers. Max, You can retain your customers, if you avoid sending such untrue doscount messages at least in future.
