I
recently
had
an
absolutely
terrible
experience
at
Max
Outlet,
and
I
feel
compelled
to
warn
others
about
the
rude
and
unprofessional
behavior
of
one
of
their
staff
members.
On
February
16th,
2023,
I
was
in
the
store
around
9.15pm
trying
to
pay
my
bill,
and
the
billing
staff
member
made
me
wait
for
over
25
minutes
without
any
acknowledgement
or
assistance.
When
I
asked
him
for
help,
he
responded
with
an
appalling
attitude
and
told
me
that
it
was
his
wish
to
work
based
on
his
convenience,
and
that
I
should
be
happy
to
wait
as
long
as
he
deemed
necessary.
This
is
an
absolutely
absurd
mentality
to
have
towards
customer
service.
As
a
customer,
I
expect
to
be
treated
with
respect
and
receive
timely
assistance
when
I
require
it.
The
staff
member's
behavior
was
not
only
unprofessional,
but
also
completely
unacceptable.
It
is
clear
that
he
has
a
serious
mentality
issue,
and
management
needs
to
think
carefully
before
recruiting
such
staff
members.
As
a
result
of
this
experience,
I
felt
extremely
uncomfortable
and
disappointed.
It
was
one
of
the
worst
experiences
of
my
life.
I
have
decided
that
I
will
not
be
visiting
this
outlet
again.
If
the
management
of
Max
Outlet
cannot
ensure
that
their
staff
are
providing
excellent
customer
service,
then
I
cannot
recommend
that
anyone
visit
their
store.
I
urge
anyone
considering
shopping
at
this
establishment
to
think
twice
before
doing
so.
Overall,
I
am
extremely
disappointed
with
the
behavior
of
the
billing
staff
member
at
Max
Outlet,
and
I
would
not
recommend
anyone
to
visit
this
outlet
