If you are driving your own bike or car for interview then you have to park it outside. There is an apptituide test which you have do it first before the operation round which ever level you have applied for either entry level or top management level. The New facilty in Porur - One Paramount is topnotch very big facility compared to Perugudi and ample space for parking. Workspace has been build so nicely and was glad and happy to back to office after 2.5 years

I would suggest not to join accounts payable team in Maersk Chennai because the people managers are so toxic with unimaginable deadlines / Weekend stretch . Toxic work culture where something difficult to sustain and work. I’m blaming the team not the company because of this toxic managers from BPO sectors they implementing BPO culture in a product company literally spoiling the reputation of Maersk .

I saw the comments of few rating Maersk as a bad company and Blaming the HR, i been working in Maersk for almost 3yrs now, HR are good, They understand employees and new comers well, I missed the first schedule of interview, gave a callback and i was asked to be there the very next day, So anyone who talks or comments ill about HR must think twice on where the lack, It's a good place to work when it comes to enhancing their career, Lot of training programme, really friendly environment, Managers and leads give importance to employees and family, With new Office, I loved the parking the lifts, Cafeteria, The big floor, I don't demand much coz from sal to designation, The Management understands and does the best, I look after my work and work with vision, I am proud to be a part of Maersk family 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is best place to work with. The office space offers modern furniture and Agile office spaces. With all modern amenities this is very cozy place to work at. The views from the cafeteria are mind blowing with close encounters with birds like kite. (Few glimpses in the attached images)

Security asked to park car at outside service road; but, traffic police are around that location to tow and make fine amount... Prefer to go only by bike or public transport, if going for interview...
