I had a haircut there and it looked pretty awesome . There are some very remarkable signs of professionalism at this place. And who doesn't love to just close their eyes , sit back and have a lovely time getting hair washed . This is the just the right spot for that in the town .

They have no knowlege how to cut hair for an individual person...every person has not same quality hair,u are a proffesional hair cutter when u tackle all kinds of hair....if u cant,u r not professional.

Worst service. Too much attitude of staff and had the worst hair cut. Local saloons are better than this one. The person who did my hair cut had no idea of hair styles. Just waste of money.

I must say 1 stop parlour both for men and women at Ranaghat. All the staffs are highly trained and they are very professional. Great service and pocket friendly. Well maintained .

Though they use the brand name LOReal, it's actually an different salon. They give the bill headed with "Fashion Zone". Except two/ three experts, all staffs are average. But the worst thing is their products. The products they use is very low quality and not up to the mark at all. Finally 3 star for their service, not products.

I had a haircut and O3 facial treatment there . I found the staff extremely helpful and professional and they knew what they were doing.

Haven't knowledge of professional hair cutting & also not care the client properly. Owner should see the matter and do the needful for the customers. Utterly disappointed.

Their service has dropped from brilliant to terribly shocking over the years. The staff are so unfriendly and unprofessional to say the least. I have been using their services over the last few years but gosh my recent experience at this place definitely will be my last. Honestly the amount of disrespect, rudeness and ignorance expressed by the staff there is absolutely unacceptable as a customer.

I called for appointment and discuss the price also.but I visited the saloon it's totally different behaviour and rude.and also my number is blocked . How so Unprofessional???
