It is different than the USA. It feels as if the animals are roaming free because you can get close and personal but even better that they are well contained. Except all the iguanas! A must experience place. Wear mosquito repellent!

Fabulous! I have traveled all the world and have seen dozens and dozens of zoos. This was the most enjoyable best zoo I have ever visited in my life. To begin with the animal collection is fabulous. Everything is here you can imagine and more! Second is the greenery The verdant collection of plants trees bushes incredibly Rich greenery. It is the most fabulous green collection of plants and trees I have ever been in in my life and finally the zoo is easy as pie to navigate because it's all on one trail One path so you just keep walking and you can't miss anything you get to see everything.

Beautiful zoo with a variety of animals

Super cool place to visit. Very clean and organized. Didnt find much in varierty of food but then again its a ZOO we are there for the animals. A must do in Cali.

Nice Zoo with a focus on sustainability, environment and well being of the animals. It is quite educating and I would recommend visiting if you are in the area. It's also a short walk away from San Antonio which I also would recommend visit.

A must visit with your family and friends if you are in Cali. Beautiful zoo and well organized. Animals are supposed to be on recovery, and those who can be free are the ones that stay.

Beautiful zoo! The park is amazing with green tropical landscape, huge trees and a variety of plants and flowers. Big enough to see different species and spend have a day with a lot of fun. Not many choices for food and drinks, also quite expensive.

Even if some animals were asleep and one place during renovation I still loved it.
