this hotel is very good The staffs are very friendly and kind. We always eat in the hotel restaurant and everything is very good and the waiter bar men wally is very attentive and very friendly. The ones who clean are very friendly too and are very flexible when I ask them for something they do it right away and very well. and we have been in this hotel for a long time and one of them called Thomesh gave us a beautiful surprise on the last day! He has made some beautiful towel swans above the beds. The children and I have been very excited about these details. We are very happy to be able to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is well managed and maintained. The personnel is very professional and hard working. The food is very good and diversified. During the long weekend of National Day, on Saturday, the dinner was a buffet at the pool. Yesterday, in the lobby, Christmas Tree Lighting event was organized, with a choral music - Christmas songs. I have a very pleasant stay. By chance, I will enjoy it another 2weeks.

Amazing experience. It's a very nice hotel with a nice view and rooms that are neat and clean. The buffet is also very good. We had a wonderful night, and the staff was extremely polite and organized a lovely surprise cake for my wife's birthday. We would like to express our appreciation to staff.

My stay here was the best. The breakfast in the morning was good. Staffs here are really sweet.The swimming pool is also huge. And there is lifeguard there at all times. Rooms are big and clean. Nice place for staycation and calm place. Ms.Christine was very good at our service.

I visited as a part of a school party and the hotel and facilities were as I would expect. Unfortunately the service was not. It must be hard for a hotel to accommodate student groups, but in accepting that, they take the booking knowing what to expect. Consequently I'd expect the service to be no different from any other paying guest. I did not appreciate seeing and hearing staff complain about the extra work entailed by catering to the group, or the poor quality food served or the, at times, incredibly slow room service. There were individual cases of perfectly good service but on the whole it has left me with a rather poor impression of this hotel and I would not return as a holiday guest.

Amazing hotel, good facilities with gym, pool, jacuzzi. The king suite was good with pool view. The prices are good. The buffet was great with an inter-continental breakfast and a variety of foods for dinner. Overall experience was amazing......

Just Wooow, we had an amazing 4days stay. The staff were welcoming n made u feel at home. A big thank you to Arnes n Patience who served us at the buffet during dinner n breakfast. Win Thu the awesome housekeeper he made sure we lacked nothing n our room was sorted. Breath taking view of the sunset from the pool n also from the bar, gym is well equipped n above all they have a Guest Laundry (loved the concept) though the also have room laundry service. I could say a lot of good things about the hotel but let me stop here. 🥰💓

I would say the ambience here is good, food is good. Mostly staffs are welcoming and hospitable except few(hope they improve with time), Mr. Waseem from house keeping department is awesome. PS: Reviewing after 20+* days of stay this year at this property.

It was a fantastic stay, me and my husband had a great time. Room was spacious and we had given a wonderful view, staff are accommodating and one of the best breakfast. Our favorite waffles and omelette of course. Hotel is nearby to the shopping malls which is an advantage for us. And we also enjoyed walking around the hotel premises in their corniche area while watching the sunset. We will definitely come back again.

This hotel deserves more than a thousand stars. It was a place like home to me, my husband and kids. The staff is so welcoming, hospitable and friendly. Every one is so nice. The food 🤔Been to many hotels before in UAE but these people have the most tasty food . Felt bad to leave but their service and food are so exceptional. The food is worth every penny. The staff are amazing, the rooms are refreshing. I wished i could stay for a life time😊😊😊

The overall experience wasn’t very positive unfortunately due to the housekeeping service. The first day when we checked in, we didn’t find any towels in the room nor bathroom amenities, such as basic soap! In fact, the second day, the room wasn’t even cleaned until 6 o’clock in afternoon when we came back from the beach (keeping in mind that we left the hotel around 10am). Then, we had to go down to the reception to wait wearing our wet beach attire… However, we enjoyed the service at the restaurant, the staff was very kind.

Hats off to Ms Lorry and her Team at front desk. They made my stay wonderful. Not only the service in the hotel is good but they care for you and you feel you are at home. Any requests are completed in minutes and they make sure that no errors are left. Amazing breakfast restaurant team very helpful Housekeeping superb. Once again thanks for Miss Lorry to give us such a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, my experience is mixed. The hotel itself is clean, and the room was comfortable but the carpets were not looking neat. Also, I feel compelled to share my disappointment regarding the dinner buffet. The buffet options were surprisingly limited, with not many dishes to choose from. The taste of the food was also quite disappointing. Additionally, the beverage selection was lacking, as only water was available. I ended up going back to my room to order dinner through food delivery app. While the accommodation was satisfactory, the dining experience fell short. I hope the hotel management considers enhancing the variety and quality of their dining options to provide a more enjoyable experience for guests.

Great value accommodation. Sheets and towels were great quality. Bathroom amenities were great. Valet parking was prompt and careful. Staff were friendly and helpful, a great place to stay. A little further away from the more popular areas, a short drive to Flamingo beach and cafes.

Hotel staff are very welcoming. Location very nice next to water. Beautiful garden and pool area, ambience very pleasing. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. Ms Sandra our cleaning lady very well mannered with very pleasant and charming personality.

The dinner was good, although the selection of items was slightly limited, the taste was still incredible. However, the breakfast spread was absolutely awesome! They offered a wide variety of dishes, catering to South Indian, North Indian, and English breakfast preferences. The hotel bar offered a pleasant surprise with reasonable prices for alcohol, allowing us to unwind and enjoy our evenings. The overall experience was top-notch. The valet parking staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional service, swiftly getting our vehicles even in the hot sun. Fell short of expectations : A very long disappointing Review We arrived at 3 pm on Sunday, and the valet didn't even assist us in parking our car. Is it because we are not local residents of higher means? The room we booked was a King bed, and upon checking in, they told us we were upgraded. When we opened the room, it didn't have a balcony, and it still had a king bed. I don't know how they told me it's an "UPGRADE." Also, the first floor was a smoking room, which we did not request at all. The bell boy was kind enough to contact the front desk since he could sense that we were really struggling with the smell in the room. When he called, he told us that we were upgraded AGAIN. So imagine being upgraded twice. Your heart might flutter. When we reached the second room, there was a twin bed? How in the world is a twin bed an upgrade from a King bed? There was not a good selection on the breakfast menu. The towel attendant at the pool is always out of his working area, so we have to look for him just to ask for a towel. It is normal to expect an apology and an inquiry upon checking out about the hassle we experienced during check-in. However, nothing was heard from the front desk. As a hotelier who has worked with 5-star hotels, I didn't expect that I would have to give this kind of review for a so-called "HILTON Hotel." I will definitely not go back, I don't recommend it, and I am removing my membership with Hilton Honors.

This was a beautiful hotel which I’d definitely stay at again. It is walking distance to shops and malls, has a great breakfast and a stunning pool! The rooms are simple in design but have very comfortable beds, an effective AC system and luxurious soft towels. If you stay at any Hilton you can access the beach at Hilton Beach Resort at a discounted rate (30 AED vs. 100 AED) which is definitely a great day out.

The hotel is located in the center of the city with easy access to beach and shopping malls. It has a huge beautiful landscape area. The rooms and clean and hygiene with all the facilities. The pool is good for adults and kids as well, really enjoyable. It has a well equipped gym also. The staffs are friendly and the we enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Rates are economical, it is value for money.

An amazing long business stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, the food was fantastic, variety of cuisines to suit everyone. The staffs were friendly, polite, professional and very helpful. We loved the facilities and ambiances. Overall experience was over the mark.

An amazing hotel! The rooms are fairly, but very nicely presented. The lobby too, especially the small glass square in the middle. Also being one of the first hotels I went to, and I'd go again :) Deserves 5 stars. ( Tho I do find the lobby snacks and restaurants especially expensive.)

Considering the price for our family of 6, the price was too good to be true. Had lots of fun , breakfast buffet was amazing. Would not recommend to opt for buffer dinner as options were limited. Nina, the concierge was so helpful...swift check-in and check-out.

Short and sweet stay. Rooms and bathrooms are small but all conveniences are available inside room. Crowded season means the pool is too full and the breakfast wait for a table is long. Happy hour at the bar is also nice.

Lovely hotel. Rooms could be a little bigger, but worth for the price paid. Pool and gym area amazing. I went in summer, but could have been nicer during winter. Service is excellent.

Rooms are clean and tidy however it is not rennovated properly , the head board fabric are damaged and not fixed. Dental kit was not kept inside the room and is available only upon request. Rooms were not ready during check in time ,however we have been granted late check out . Breakfast buffet is nice, worth taking room with breakfast included.

Stayed 4 nights and the service was great. Great front desk staff, good food and the house keeping staff did a great job. The rooms were clean, stocked and if needing anything they responded quickly. Will stay again next time I am in town. I would like to acknowledge some staff. Shane in the restaurant and at the front desk both Nader and Mosap. All 3 went above and beyond to make out stay excellent.

The stay is as wonderful as it could be. The best feeling is the coziness you start feeling from the main entrance itself. The front desk staff was polite and nice. They will assist you with your requests. The Garden Grill restaurant has a nice view with amazing staff. Specially Erandi and Mohamed made my dining experience so memorable ❤️ would definitely visit this cozy place again for sure 😊

Weekends are more lively and more crowded at the breakfast than the rest of the week, sometimes children are noisy but all the staff is always doing its best to make guests feeling well. Swimming pool guys very friendly and always ready to help you. Good room service, Maris and her colleagues all professional with a smile. Reception and lobby staff make you feel at home.

Check in was breezy thanks to the Egyptian gentleman (can'tremember his name) at the front desk. Well mannered and respectful staff. Always eager to help. The room was spacious and clean with an amazing view. A place to go when you wanna escape the city craziness 🙂

Very nice hotel and service was very good. The property is housed in a very large space and is maintained very well. Pool access is from morning 7am till sunset, after sunset it's not allowed to use the pool. Rooms are spacious and clean with all standard amenities. Complementary breakfast is from morning 7am till 11am and they have continental as well as asian spreads. Overall the experience was very good and nothing to complain.

Nice place to stay! Affordable and pleasant enough. The rooms may need a little bit of upgrading in style but otherwise acceptable. Buffet breakfast is fantastic! You have plenty of options and at a fraction of the cost compared to other hotels. Mohamed from the The Grille is very friendly and assured us we are having a good time.

The stay was absolutely amazing and we were pleasantly surprised by all the improvements they have made since our last visit. Right when we checked in, the housekeeping supervisor DIPIN personally came to greet us, which made us feel incredibly welcome. We even requested a birthday setup and they went above and beyond to make it happen

Food and drinks are tasty and so yummy. Waiters that continuously assisted me and my friend with beautiful smile and desire to help, and were working so hard to providing good service to us, i so so give then credit because of their good service.
