    I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was the worst experience we've had with any Hilton property, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When I expressed this concerns to the management, they simply said, 'That is your choice.' We were a family of four, including two toddlers, and we were hoping for a comfortable stay based on our positive experiences with DoubleTree and Hilton hotels in the past around the world. However, this hotel fell extremely far short of our expectations. Upon arrival, we found that there were absolutely no towels in our room. We requested towels at check-in, but they never arrived, despite numerous reminders. Additionally, the shower head was broken, and I doubt it broke just before our stay. The worst aspect of our stay was the abysmal customer service. Even the management team lacked basic communication skills with guests. Finally, the hotel's location was extremely inconvenient, situated in the middle of nowhere. I'm baffled as to how this hotel is allowed to carry the Hilton brand name. It's a complete disappointment.

    The hotel staff and services are excellent. The best hotel I have stayed in a very long time. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and polite. John, the concierge went way beyond the call of duties to make our stay joyful. If there is more than 5 stars, I will give to him a 10. He deserves 10 stars. 100% in everything. Loveth and Habeeba and all the restaurant staff too were extremely professional, nice, caring and very helpful. Overall, an excellent experience. A big thanks to all the staff 👌 👏 👍 🙌 😀

    My family and I recently had an extremely disappointing experience during our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was far from satisfactory, and the attitude we encountered from both the reception staff ,May, and the duty manager,billal, was simply disrespectful. Our request to cancel our reservation was met with unwarranted resistance, and we were pressured to stay against our wishes. The staff even raised their voices in a public area, causing distress to my children. This is not only poor customer service but also a breach of security and safety. To make matters worse, an attempt to take our car without permission added further inconvenience. It took an excessive three hours to resolve this issue, which left us frustrated and dissatisfied. Our stay at your hotel should have been a pleasant experience, but it was marred by these numerous problems. We hope that the mangment can take these issues seriously and work to improve the quality of service you offer to future Not recommend at all Stay away from it

    Unfortunately, the stay was not pleasant at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel .. We arrived from Sharjah at 12:30 in the evening .. The payment process was completed early .. and the employee asked us to wait a bit to give us the rooms .. The delay occurred and we contacted customer service by phone Unfortunately, the method was very bad, as the female employee told us that if you wish, you can withdraw the amount or wait until 3 o'clock in the afternoon. !! .. And we were told to wait 20 minutes to receive the room, and we waited for half an hour .. After that, I contacted the receptionist to hand us the rooms .. But he came and accused me of raising my voice against the employee and he unjustly screamed and defended!! .. And this is not a method for dealing with visitors .. This is evidence that he did not enter a course concerned with distinguishing between the tone of voice of the visitors, whether they were upset or something else .. He needs an intensive course in the way of dealing and self-respect in order to reflect on the visitors .. And he declared And he said we have empty rooms, but you will not take them until 3 o'clock .. When I demanded a refund, he hesitated and we were handed one room at 1:44 in the evening .. I am the other room exactly 3, and this indicates that the visitor is not satisfied .. As for the room, we faced a problem And it is that the door of the room opens without a card, and they were contacted about this problem and it was solved .. But why was it not solved from the beginning .. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience, but I will repeat my visit to this hotel and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!! And after all of this, we were delayed in the check-out date, and one of the employees stated that we would not send anyone to look for the mini to pay and delay them in carrying the luggage.

    - Location is somehow okay... a little bit away 15 to 20min walk from the shops and downtown. - Housekeeping are not cleaning out my room from the past 3 days and no amenities until you ask... Towels smelling very bad after laundry. They are not changing our bedsheets from the pas 4 days - TV is not working sometimes; and has very limited channels - staff are not friendly. - entrance and lobby looks dirty specially the first carpet in the entrance. - elevators take time due to staff extensive usage. - Food is mostly asians not continental. - Don't think of setting outside the coffee shop you will be a very great meal to mosquitoes 🦟🦟🦟 🦟 - PRICES ARE TOO MUCH FOR THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE. - Make a good decision before thinking about staying in this hotel. - Receptionists are good. The only (+) For this hotel. - i have stayed in 100s of hotels around the world and this one with name of HILTON on it is among the worst.

    Even though it is a 4 star hotel, their entrance, reception outside premises is not even equal to a 3 Star hotel. No valet parking, the backside parking area doesn't have any gate, it's open for all, very limited space for parking. If are late in the night then you have to park outside near the bushes. I have been to Double Tree Majaz Sharjah, you can find the huge difference in both the properties. The deluxe room which I got for our family was just ok. The duty manager didn't allow me or explain about the upgrade I have got and just cancelled the upgrade and allotted a deluxe room when I just questioned about the room view. He should have allowed me to see both the rooms so I could have chosen the best one. Reception staff was nice, I like their signature cookies which are being served on arrival. Kids have enjoyed breakfast and swimming pool. Breakfast is good and worth adding to your package. Rest of the staff and services are good.

    We had an amazing stay here. Ambiance of the hotel is just superb. You will surely enjoy the stay here. Staff are quite friendly and co operative. And my my breakfast here is so delicious and so many items to choose. Waw, the one thing that is best here is breakfast, it’s suitable for all nationalities, amazing it was. I would love to visit here again

    Das Hotel selbst ist guter gehobener Standart. Das Essen lecker und der Service hervorragend. Einzig der Standort ist ungünstig. Zum Baden oder Einkaufen muss man sehr lange und langweilig fahren. Die Kosten für ein Taxi sind dabei enorm.

    Check in yesterday. Check in process took only 15min. Upon entering in room feel pleasant. Room was very clean and well organized. Evening visited to rooftop swimming pool where my kids had fun. A small bar is set up which is nice. Next day morning went for breakfast … delicious verity of food choices are available. From live omelette cooking till very delicious hot tea. All staff observed during stay was very kind and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Habiba she took care of you asking things which make your breakfast experience special…. Love to visit again. My kid’s enjoyed stay

    Will start to say many thanks for the podium restaurant crew who extended very good service and kindness. Talking about the suite 1401 that I stayed two days in, if you switch on the AC in the hall the bedroom will freeze no balance. No smart TV there. Hall sitting cushions not clean have stains. AC in corridors lounge, restaurant, and Gym, seemed not working really HOT. Sauna and steam rooms CLOSED not operating but why?? We have been given the room without toilets tissues, sope, shampoo, received after an hour from requesting them. Very small pool. Finally! When I booked, I got the privilege to enter Murjan Island by Hilton, they you guys changed your word you said WE CAN'T!! you can enter only Hampton instead!! I guess I made a wrong choice!

    I don't recommend this hotel at all. There is smell in rooms, the service is not good I have asked for towel to the room at least for 5 times. The beach is 30 minutes away from the hotel, although on the site it is said access to the beach/ Don't waste your money and time

    It's just a home away from home experience. Reception is dupur cool and the housekeeping team is prompt on request. I will visit again. Rooms are well maintained and clean

    Slow service The service was bad, very slow, I had to request for room cleaning couple of times till it was cleaned on the first day. I had to request for additional shower towel, floor towel face towels planting of times till I got it, they kept saying we will send it and they were so late delivering them. The toilet lacked any vanity set, I requested it they said they will provide it but didn’t see anything. Long time to answer the phone calls: When calling the house keeping and the restaurant they took very long time to answer almost a minute and more. When I asked to order for a breakfast the lady asked me if my breakfast was included in the booking I told her I am not sure she relied she will confirm and call me back more than 5 min passed and she didn’t call, so I called the front desk/ reception to confirm with them and then I called her back to order for the breakfast. Broken sink: the first room I stayed in, the sink was broken, I complained about it, they said they will change the room or fixing it, so I agreed to check the second room first I didn’t like it much, so I asked to fixe the sink it was a big mistake since they fixed it with a heavy chemical that gave me a headache and almost Suffocated from the strong smell, so I requested to change the room and get the second one.. and they were late in sending someone to pick up my luggage to the second room, when I went down to the reception asking why they are late they replied well the guy when for a break and is coming back!! The hotel lacked efficient number of service staff, the reservation desk was lacking of staff who could accommodate the guests.. Refusing giving second room card: One of the reservation guys when I asked for a second card for the room he refused and insisted that I have booked for one room and you only get one card, I told him that I tend to lose my card key I need 2 cards, in case I forgot one in the room or loose it.. The deputy manager Bilal was very helpful and very kind, he gave me 3 cards instead of 2 cards and told me if I didn’t like the second room he will upgrade my room to a suit. I thanked him. Checking out late: When it turned 12pm the reservation immediately called my room informing me of the check out time at 12pm, that I already know. I have requested to check out late they said we can’t we are busy I have told them to ask the deputy manager I need it till 1:30pm at least, he was kind enough to allow it. However, After that the receptionist and the house keeping kept on harassing me calling and knocking the door so I would leave. Telling we already gave you late check out, the late checkout was going to be charged if you are late more. As if they are giving me a charity or something. I think I had a bad experience so at least I should been compensated properly. I would never recommend this hotels to anyone and if anyone asks me about it will say its the worst experience..

    This place is really nice. Food is nice and staffs are really good. Rooms are very neat and tidy, special thanks to housekeeping staffs for being so helpful. Altogether it has been a good experience

    Our stay was really amazing I just love the hospitality of all the staff most especially in the restaurant who serve us during breakfast they are all accommodating and very helpful. Delicious foods and fresh. My little girl love’s the cute cupcakes prepared for her on her 6th birthday.

    I always preferred to stay because of amazing team they have, but i noticed this time the lady in reception “May “she should not handle the front area ,the way she dealt treat us we never had it before.The manager Bilal was really helpful and he managed that negative situation with her and even he gave us a complimentary upgrade. Rooms were very clean and filled all our needs ,the amazing welcome deco from housekeeping team was mind blowing , i really got happy in a way that good team still exist.Food was good too but the service team needs improvement too.

    This hotel ticks all the boxes; perfectly located, great atmosphere, and well managed. The check-in process was seamless with friendly staff. Room was compact and spotless. We had no noise at all affecting our stay from the busy streets. Breakfast, while it's nothing fancy, there's enough choice to satisfy most. Can heartily recommend.

    I had an amazing experience in this hotel where I stayed over 21 months. All the staff are impeccably welcoming, from the General manager to the house keepers, restaurant staff, and even the front desk officers. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come again and again with my family. Thank you double tree by Hilton, Al jaza road RAK.

    Lovely location at the corniche. The staff is very hospitable and try to give their best service to each individual. We totally enjoyed the yummy breakfast. Ms Habeeba made us a very nice coffee and ice-cream cake which really made our day.

    Good hotel, they give you a free cookie when you check in. Parking was in the back. The bar at the top serves sheesha but it was expensive and not good at all. I had a problem with hot water in my room.

    The hotel is generally nice, except some rooms have unpleasant odor and things like slippers, towels, or robe are not always in the room, I had to ask them several times. The staff is generally nice and welcoming, especially workers in the kitchen. Breakfasts are tasty. Also there is a transfer to the beach and pool, which is a big advantage. Generally it was a nice and budget friendly stay.

    We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 children, and booked 2 rooms. The check-in process was very quick, the staff was very friendly. The hotel itself needs renovation and updating of the facilities. The air conditioner in corridors does not work and it is extremely hot. The elevators work very slowly, so one of the days when a lot of guests came back from the beach and all of them were waiting for elevators for such a long time, we preferred to go up to the 9th floor by the stairs. One of our rooms had a terrible smell of humidity. The the sinks and shower glass in the bathrooms were dirty. The food was ok, staff of the restaurant was friendly and helpful. But the most worst experience was when during our last breakfast, one of the managers came to us while we are eating and told us that one of our rooms breakfast was not reservated and was not paid. We felt so humiliated in that moment, we did check in, and checked all the details, it was the hotel'a internal mistake, but instead to check it, the manager decided to do it during our breakfast with us. Later, they apologized for the inconvenience. When we checked out, they said us "see you next time" , but the only word I could reply them was " goodbye"....

    At the booking site, they say beach access were given. They do. But it was so far away (30-40mins drive towards Dubai) from the hotel. It was never convenient. Food was not that good and not much of a choice. But it was ok. Location - nothing around. Literally nothing around. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There was a small pool roof top but not good as they advertised. Rooms are nice, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I will not visit here again...

    The hotel is located in the business district of the town. The good things: there is free parking, free cookies and free access to Hampton Beach resort. The bad things: super slow and crowded elevators, the hotel is not clean (one of the showers had mold, small stains on the sheets, mold in the stairs). In the middle: OK breakfast with varieties of options. The dining room is not big so you might need to wait for a table to be cleaned and they did not refill all the dishes. The pool of on the roof has nice views but a bit cold and small (and closed 17:40). We choose the hotel based on the good price for a holiday weekend but not sure we will come back.
