Slow
service
The
service
was
bad,
very
slow,
I
had
to
request
for
room
cleaning
couple
of
times
till
it
was
cleaned
on
the
first
day.
I
had
to
request
for
additional
shower
towel,
floor
towel
face
towels
planting
of
times
till
I
got
it,
they
kept
saying
we
will
send
it
and
they
were
so
late
delivering
them.
The
toilet
lacked
any
vanity
set,
I
requested
it
they
said
they
will
provide
it
but
didn’t
see
anything.
Long
time
to
answer
the
phone
calls:
When
calling
the
house
keeping
and
the
restaurant
they
took
very
long
time
to
answer
almost
a
minute
and
more.
When
I
asked
to
order
for
a
breakfast
the
lady
asked
me
if
my
breakfast
was
included
in
the
booking
I
told
her
I
am
not
sure
she
relied
she
will
confirm
and
call
me
back
more
than
5
min
passed
and
she
didn’t
call,
so
I
called
the
front
desk/
reception
to
confirm
with
them
and
then
I
called
her
back
to
order
for
the
breakfast.
Broken
sink:
the
first
room
I
stayed
in,
the
sink
was
broken,
I
complained
about
it,
they
said
they
will
change
the
room
or
fixing
it,
so
I
agreed
to
check
the
second
room
first
I
didn’t
like
it
much,
so
I
asked
to
fixe
the
sink
it
was
a
big
mistake
since
they
fixed
it
with
a
heavy
chemical
that
gave
me
a
headache
and
almost
Suffocated
from
the
strong
smell,
so
I
requested
to
change
the
room
and
get
the
second
one..
and
they
were
late
in
sending
someone
to
pick
up
my
luggage
to
the
second
room,
when
I
went
down
to
the
reception
asking
why
they
are
late
they
replied
well
the
guy
when
for
a
break
and
is
coming
back!!
The
hotel
lacked
efficient
number
of
service
staff,
the
reservation
desk
was
lacking
of
staff
who
could
accommodate
the
guests..
Refusing
giving
second
room
card:
One
of
the
reservation
guys
when
I
asked
for
a
second
card
for
the
room
he
refused
and
insisted
that
I
have
booked
for
one
room
and
you
only
get
one
card,
I
told
him
that
I
tend
to
lose
my
card
key
I
need
2
cards,
in
case
I
forgot
one
in
the
room
or
loose
it..
The
deputy
manager
Bilal
was
very
helpful
and
very
kind,
he
gave
me
3
cards
instead
of
2
cards
and
told
me
if
I
didn’t
like
the
second
room
he
will
upgrade
my
room
to
a
suit.
I
thanked
him.
Checking
out
late:
When
it
turned
12pm
the
reservation
immediately
called
my
room
informing
me
of
the
check
out
time
at
12pm,
that
I
already
know.
I
have
requested
to
check
out
late
they
said
we
can’t
we
are
busy
I
have
told
them
to
ask
the
deputy
manager
I
need
it
till
1:30pm
at
least,
he
was
kind
enough
to
allow
it.
However,
After
that
the
receptionist
and
the
house
keeping
kept
on
harassing
me
calling
and
knocking
the
door
so
I
would
leave.
Telling
we
already
gave
you
late
check
out,
the
late
checkout
was
going
to
be
charged
if
you
are
late
more.
As
if
they
are
giving
me
a
charity
or
something.
I
think
I
had
a
bad
experience
so
at
least
I
should
been
compensated
properly.
I
would
never
recommend
this
hotels
to
anyone
and
if
anyone
asks
me
about
it
will
say
its
the
worst
experience..
