Fair product variety and quality, though most items availability on the website are not updated They tell you that items are out of stock before delivering in my last order all items were out of stock which os frustrating, the phone/whatsapp support is horrible and have no good knowledge of their products, they give you misleading and wrong information.

I had very bad experience with this company. I got APS with 200AH battery system. At startup, I’ve noticed that the battery is not working properly. I returned the system twice in one month and raised my problem several times. Every-time they check and tell a story. Each time they fix it and guarantee it will be working properly but never happened. After sometime the battery status become very bad. I raised again my problem and they informed that this battery batch is not good and it is out of warranty so they are not able to do anything. They knew initially it is a bad product and didn’t take proper action. Their service is very bad, They are not professional supplier. Bad unorganized management. Rubbish products. Be ware when you want to deal with them. Don’t trust,

I asked my friend to buy for me a dimmer from there and they gave him a wrong one and since it was summer we were not able to use it and during winter when it was the time to use it . It burnt out. My friend and he was his customer since 2003 went to the shop and asked about the problem and the manager there answered him in a rude way it's not my problem that my employee gave you wrong one ...

This shop has everything you can imagine, and if they don't, they can get it. But i have had bad experiences with their computer repairs services on multiple occasions. They returned my laptops full of dust and scratches and missing screws, to cover up that they lost the screws, they stick those super annoying ekt stickers on the screw holes. Also installing any computer software is a nightmare with them.

Very bad after sale service. Bought two alarm systems to my shops, the alarm removal machine was malfunctioning, when i visited them they told me that there is no warranty on their systems, and if i want to fix it i have to pay and wait six days although i was in the sale week and my shop was very crowded and i cant remove the alarm tags to my clients, so i had to bought a new machine. Disapointing!!
