Walked in and felt the exact welcoming vibe you need when you are new to a place. The staff are pleasant and efficient. The coach found a perfect balance between easing me in to the the workout and making sure i push myself. Great experience up to now, i expect it will get better from here.

A great place for Adults and Adolescents to take Crossfit classes, learn Kickboxing, Boxing, weightlifting and others in a friendly team focused environment. Membership prices are very good and the gym is clean and well maintained. Management is friendly and the atmosphere focused bit welcoming. Not a place to just drop in to hang out but to engage in sweat producing sport!
