Girl taking the orders has the worse attitude. Hire better employees that actually want to do their jobs. Orders the spicy delux sandwich and half of it was raw. Will never be going back to this location.

1 out of 5 stars is way way too high of a rating to give this establishment. The wait time for my order was excruciatingly long, and it seemed like they were deliberately taking forever to prepare my food. The employees were equally disappointing, displaying rudeness and a complete lack of courtesy. Slamming the window, no communication and having to bring a Spanish speaking employee to try and figure out what was wrong. I speak perfect English. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment. I strongly advise against dining here if you value your time and expect basic courtesy from the staff. The Night Shift staff that worked on 9/3 should all be fired. They are all a complete joke. Especially the manager Jada

every time i come here they are stellar. i don't have the bad experiences others have. not sure if that's because people don't understand what working here entails or I just give people grace because at the end of the day waiting a bit longer is not exruciating as some have said. it happens, could have saved me from getting in an accident, who knows. they're great though and I appreciate they're open 24 hours.

6/24 last night the lady manager was doing a phenomenal job at helping new employees learn and was helping drive through with an issue. She was on top of her game and wanted to make sure my wife and I had everything correct. That is out standing work ethics and customer service. Way better than how this location use to run. She deserves a raise.

Dining room was clean. Only highlight. My girlfriend put a pickup order, I came to pick it up, they missed an item in my order, I had to waste my time and let the rest of my order go cold while I walked in to fix their mistake, then I get home and find out that they messed up not one, not two, but three things in one order, it seriously must take some sort of arcane wizardry to fill 2 large fries NOT EVEN half way, forget an item, and then give me an extra of another item on accident. Food was barely warm when I got home from my 3 minute drive, this place boils my blood and I have no idea why I keep coming back other than the bleak and desperate hope that somebody acquires first grade reading comprehension.

Showed at 1215, Google says open 24 hrs. No one ever said anything. Are they open or closed. 2 people at least inside, say something if you are closed. Showed again at 1115, now said they close at 11. Please update everything. They are either lazy or incompetent. Food is never what it should be. Don't waste your time.

This is the second time this week I was given the wrong coke. That'd why you need to stop making so many drinks ahead of time. they are either watered down.becayr they sat there too long or you're people are missing the diet and regular cokes!!

This was the worst staff of people not working together I gave ever seen. No one was working up front or acknowledging the group of people standing in line. Zero social skills whatsoever. LONG wait time for small orders.
