I
could
give
them

stars
I
would,
where
to
even
begin
with
how
HORRIBLE
and
TERRIBLE
our
service
was
yesterday.
My
husband
and
I
decided
to
give
them
another
chance
since
we
had
nothing
but
bad
experiences
when
we
have
gone
to
the
actual
establishment.
I
ordered
our
food
online
at
6:13
pm
and
received
a
confirmation
email
saying
our
food
would
be
ready
for
pick
up
at
6:50.
I
thought
I
was
a
decent
wait
time
knowing
that
I
placed
it
online
and
take
out
so
we
wouldn’t
have
to
dine
in.
My
husband
goes
to
pick
up
our
food
at
6:56
and
is
told
our
food
is
not
ready.
And
when
he
asks
the
girl
working
the
front
counter
she
said
she
can’t
check
if
they
are
working
on
it
but
that
the
only
2
people
working
are
managers
and
they
are
cooking
all
the
orders.
He
called
me
and
told
me
what
the
girl
said
to
him
I
then
asked
him
did
they
could
let
us
know
when
we
can
come
back
for
our
food
?
She
said
they
had
no
way
of
communication
with
the
cooks
and
she
didn’t
know.
So
he
then
proceeded
to
come
home
and
wait,
I
tried
calling
them
back
before
he
left
home
again
to
see
if
our
food
was
ready.
I
was
put
on
hold
for
over
5
minutes
the
FIRST
TIME
I
CALLED.
I
called
again
and
it
was
like
my
call
was
being
ignored
and
forwarded
to
a
voicemail.
After
calling
back
another
5
times
I
finally
had
someone
pick
up
and
when
I
asked
if
I
could
check
on
the
status
of
my
order
she
said
okay
hold
up
and
before
I
could
even
say
the
name
of
the
order
she
put
me
on
hold
AGAIN
FOR
ANOTHER
5
MINUTES.
So
I
call
back
and
mind
you
this
is
already
8:02
pm
she
finally
answers
and
I
just
spill
out
the
name
order
before
she
tried
to
tell
me
again
to
hold,
she
tells
me
my
food
is
ready.
My
husband
gets
are
food
gets
home
and
the
food
is
cold
and
feels
like
it
was
sitting
under
a
heat
lamp
for
a
while
and
was
dried
out.
Their
customer
service
skills
are
terrible
and
the
food
was
disgusting.
Never
wasting
me
time
or
money
on
B
dubs
ever
again.
