    Terrible service!!! This place really knows how to waste their time. My friend I waited an hour for our food, It leaves me questioning why they took forever? The food we order wasn’t exact and wrong, so we waited an hour just for our food to come out wrong? This isn’t the first time this establishment has treated us like we didn’t belong here. This place has lost a loyal customer and I will never step a foot into this restaurant again! I highly don’t recommend coming here if you don’t got all the time in the world.

    We went there for dinner. Walked in to get a table and was told there was a 15-minute wait because they only had two servers. (There were only 5 tables being waited on.) I said we would go to the bar and get waited on there. The bartender Benjamin was extremely nice. We placed our food order, and he told us they were a little behind. We said it's ok. While we waited for food, there was a lot going on around the tables. There were adults pasted out on the tables. Waitresses were nowhere. When they did come from the back, one of the girls was on facetime. Went to use the bathroom, and it smelled like someone was smoking pot in there. We received our food, and the potions were small, and the chicken was overcooked. Im a bit sad that this restaurant is going downhill. Don't think I will be going back anytime soon.

    This was the worst experience of my life. I went here with my family and was treated so poorly i waited to be seated and no staff members greeted me after 10 mins i seated myself after waiting. A white father n son came in they were greeted and told that it was a 45 minute wait because there was only 1 cook. I felt so dismissed especially being African American

    Came in 06/03/22 around 8:30, waited to be seated with my family for my younger brothers graduation and absolutely no one was at the check in desk. Went to ask a worker for a check in, mind you they close at 12 am right, he said give me a second to grab a manager of some sort. He said something to her to get her attention then I saw her walk up a little ways, proceeded to chat to a coworker and walk away. We waited a good 5 minutes before finally leaving but what in the world kind of service is that?

    No greeting when we initially came in...then the greeting we did get was not friendly....like we were inconveniencing the waiter. Should've followed my gut and left. Were seated by a friendlier waitress at a booth that was super sticky. Ordered a 20 Boneless wing plate with 4 different sauces. the waitress brought the plate and couldn't tell us which sauce was which....we had to guess by tasting....she brought no plates for us and two napkins. We had to ask for extra napkins. The wings were overcooked and very chewy and hard. We had to ask for water refills...just very disappointing. We will not be returning. Definitely not worth it and not a good experience for $40.

    Today was the first time I've eaten at Buffalo. No one was there to take my order then a young black male came over and started to take my order while he was getting my information this young lady name Connie came up being very rude and rolling her eyes at him while I was asking a question to him she was very nasty. I told her he was helping me and no need to be mean and nasty to her coworkers. So I was waiting about 15min or so she came out the back with the food she place them on the counter in back of her and started to work on something else then when I go up 15min later and asked her was that my food she said yes and she will give it to me when she finishes with a custom who came in after she put my food behind her. I waited then when she gave it to me she shoved the bag into my hand. What she displayed in front of me towards her coworker was rude and instead of giving me my food when she came from the kitchen wasn't good customer service. I wonder if I hadn't asked her was she going to let me continue to wait for my food. I was very pleasant to her even after she did what at the end..... No more wings from your place. The food was good but the fries were cold.

    I would give it no stars, but this is so disgusting. I ordered food online, and this is what I received! I ordered lemon pepper and habanero mango wings. The wings are hard as a rock, too. I wouldn’t recommend this

    If I could give them 0 stars I would, where to even begin with how HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE our service was yesterday. My husband and I decided to give them another chance since we had nothing but bad experiences when we have gone to the actual establishment. I ordered our food online at 6:13 pm and received a confirmation email saying our food would be ready for pick up at 6:50. I thought I was a decent wait time knowing that I placed it online and take out so we wouldn’t have to dine in. My husband goes to pick up our food at 6:56 and is told our food is not ready. And when he asks the girl working the front counter she said she can’t check if they are working on it but that the only 2 people working are managers and they are cooking all the orders. He called me and told me what the girl said to him I then asked him did they could let us know when we can come back for our food ? She said they had no way of communication with the cooks and she didn’t know. So he then proceeded to come home and wait, I tried calling them back before he left home again to see if our food was ready. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes the FIRST TIME I CALLED. I called again and it was like my call was being ignored and forwarded to a voicemail. After calling back another 5 times I finally had someone pick up and when I asked if I could check on the status of my order she said okay hold up and before I could even say the name of the order she put me on hold AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES. So I call back and mind you this is already 8:02 pm she finally answers and I just spill out the name order before she tried to tell me again to hold, she tells me my food is ready. My husband gets are food gets home and the food is cold and feels like it was sitting under a heat lamp for a while and was dried out. Their customer service skills are terrible and the food was disgusting. Never wasting me time or money on B dubs ever again.

    Went out to celebrate a graduation dinner with a party of 6 and told that to the waitress. Completely ignored when asked for refills, had to remind the waitstaff of an order 3+ times, and the entree for someone in my party was so late that it was cold. Waitress never came by to make sure we had a good time or had anything. Only gave us 3 plates and forks when there was 4 of us there (we were waiting on the other 2 people at the time). We asked before we started ordering to split the bill and they never did. The manager adjusted our bill but did not reprimand or apologize to us for the waitresses actions and the waitress circled our table like a hawk until we left. The waitress never even cleaned off any part of the table until we left. I worked in the service industry for 6 years and other people at my table have worked in customer service too. I understand there are staff issues, but the place was almost empty when we got there. I also tried to call and reserve space ahead of time and told that they don't do reservations. We tried to be understanding, but this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. On top of that being for a celebration for graduation ceremony.

    Placed an order for pick up at 6:35. Arrived right at 6:35 and the food was not ready for me to leave for 20 minutes past that time. Mind you the dining room is only a third full at this point. Then they have the audacity to charge me a $.99 carry out fee for me to wait 20 minutes past the time to pick up my food. when you ask for an update the employees look at you like you’re inconveniencing them for having to go back and look for your carry out food. This restaurant has always struggled with the lack of management and lack of employees that give even 10% care. They will be better off cleaning house and starting over. But it starts from the top the store demands a new general manager. Worst at Buffalo wild wings in southeastern Wisconsin.

    What a joke. Walked at 8:25 on a Thursday night. A dozen people at the bar. Sat down to have a beer and some food. 10 minutes later I had yet to be acknowledged by the bartender. Got up and walked out. She had ample opportunity to greet meet and serve me a beer. Whats that take 1 minute? Lazy, unmotivated, do the bare minimum of an employee. This happened on Oct 6, 2022.

    I received a gift card is the only reason I went. Prices were good, service is terrible. With my 100 dollar gift card I ate there 3 times, eating in other tables were being tended it took 15 minutes to even get our drinks ordered. The second another couple and i were told dine in was closed as my take out order was being made they sat 2 people... this last time I stood and waited to pick up my take out order almost 10 minutes and not one employee was out front serving anyone and my food sat in a hotbox and drink on a counter while I waited to even see a worker... I wont be back. UPDATE: The store manager reached our and offered me a gift card, I went back at my children's request and the service was much better! It makes me confident that customers are heard. I WILL be back!

    It's a 50/50 shot you get a good experience here and when it's not good, it's terrible. Recently waited well over an hour for a few wings and fries when the resturaunt had about 6-8 tables in it. When I got the food, the wings were good but the fries were old as dirt, not even my toddler ate them. Ridiculous the way it's managed.

    Don't bother going to this location. The service was absolutely horrendous. After being seated, no one came to greet us or say hello for more than 20 minutes. We were forced to ask both the bartender and a different waitress for help before anyone came to serve us. After ordering our food (which was very straight forward and not a complicated order), it took 28 minutes before it was delivered. If you want wings, go elsewhere.

    Reduced staff, but our waitress was wonderful! The rest of the staff (3) walked around like zombies during the lunch hour. I would hate to see this place if more than 5 customers were there.

    Restraunt was almost empty only people at 3 tables when we came in. Stood for a fewin before anyone even greeted us then a few more to be seated. No bartender so we were told we could only get beer or a few basic drinks so we opted out of that sadly why have a sports bar with no bar is beyond me. As for the service extremely slow and non attentive. The food was worse. First time I've been to a buffalo wild wings and thought I would not come back. The fries tasted either rotten or old just something was wrong with them. Our children would not even eat them so that says a lot. Kinda hated the Mac and cheese I tried tasted off as well. My burger was good but that's the only positive of the whole experience. Would not recommend this location to anyone. And being short staffed is not an excuse for bad product. I'm willing to wait because of staffing issues but having bad tasting food, dirty cups and not being able to provide one of the main things people go to your restraunt for being alcohol. Why even open the doors?

    The girl who cleaned our table off after we sat down, was incredibly nice. But our server not so much. First off, we only got 13 out of the 15 wings we ordered I had to go to the bar for my own refill. She never came back and asked how the food was. Seemed very put out when we asked for a box. 2 pm on a Sunday it wasn’t very busy. We like the food but the service is always bad and we keep giving it another try and regretting it.

    Matt was our server and he did an excellent job. He was fast, efficient and very friendly. The food was also good. I would give a 5 star rating if it weren’t for the manager (I think) being very aggressive towards the employees, loud enough for everyone to hear in the restaurant. I’m not sure his name but he is bald with a beard and glasses. It was very off putting to watch employees be belittled by this man in front of all the customers. I’d be embarrassed if I were him.

    One placed my order ahead of time and it says will be ready by 610pm then at 620 my food finally comes out but my mistake for not checking my food but I paid for service. Short 10+ wings and ALL my food was cold. I get it being busy but cold will never work. So then I call and they said they’ll replace missing food instead of whole order or I can come back for refund but I don’t want to wait around any longer. This is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

    If I could I would leave no Star not even one I come from Kenosha I should had checked my order wan i got home I was shocked what I was charged 20$ it was smallest pises hard and dry like little children played with i didn't fell going back from Kenosha to Racine it was night but please who ever made that food should not be working there is a shame to think that is acceptable no excuses for Upsolutly non never will stop there again I wish I had tack the photo of it !

    This used to be a great place. Lack of management, friendly employees, and food standards has really made it unpleasant. We used to love coming here but, due to multiple bad service experiences we will never be back. Take the extra time and go to kenosha.

    We went here to celebrate my father in-laws 75th birthday. The staff was amazing! They worked incredibly hard to make his day a special one! We had about 30 people including kids and they were prompt and courteous during our entire visit. Would highly recommend. Special shout out to Eric the bartender. He was amazing!

    Asked for no tomato you see the tomato’s there. The food was so cold I felt like I was chewing on rubber with onion rings. The wrap is drenched in cold sauce. Everything is cold. Beyond mad. This place is trash. Done wasting my money here.

    Went to a different location two months ago, waited in the front for half an hour and no one even said "hey its gonna be a moment". We ended up leaving This location we decided to order via the app. No major issues, it was ready 20 minutes later. Unfortunately I made it home to find out there were no sauces included, a bit disappointed because that like half the point of going. Honestly i only went because I recieved a gift card. Food is overall alright. Won't go back unless I recieve another gift card.

    Yeah...so I was reminded again why I don't come here or even order from here. Employees seem so unhappy there. Hostess basically walked us to our table, threw our menus down without even looking at us and kept walking straight to the kitchen. Didn't offer a highchair for our 1 year old, even the server didn't ask if we wanted one. Food took forever even though the restaurant wasn't busy, and when we got our food, the two kids meals fries were cold and so overcooked my daughter wouldn't eat them. For the amount you charge for food...just do better.

    Came in for dinner and ordered their new buffalo chicken sandwich, the sandwich was not cooked all the way and our server was very kind about it. Went out of my way to write a review because it seemed like she was busy with a lot of tables and not much help. Now a days it hard to find good employees that care about their job. We had a good experience. I think her name was Carla.

    BW's is what it is. You know what your getting and the food is consistent in quality and taste. The bartender was great! I worked with him years ago and thought he was great then too! He just jumped in wherever and helped everybody. They were short staffed just like all the food places these days. It's so nice to see when people care about their jobs!

    The waitress was a but confused and she confused us to. She said their was no cheder cheese curds then their was. I finished my drink before I got my food and never got a refill until I was about to leave and was watered down. But the food was good and she got our order right.

    Perfect wings. Place is looking a little decrepit, though; food and debris scattered around the floor of the dining area, including a very prominent lemon wedge and other food scraps between the tables that I noticed on the way in and that were still there when we left, and they were by no means so busy that there was no opportunity for the staff to have cleaned up at least the worst of it. Considerable trash on the floor of the restroom, too. If pride in the facility's appearance is fading, food prep and quality will likely soon follow. We'll keep going for the food until it goes downhill or the atmosphere becomes too depressing. Gotta hand it to the waitress, though: she was excellent. Sorry I didn't catch her name.

    Just ate during a pretty slow hour, and service was great. Everyone was nice, not to loud and good channels on. Food was also very good, and price was fair. All in all no complaints would go to again.

    Danielle was the best! We had a party of 12 last minute and she accommodated well. Drinks and food were all served in a timely manner she checked on us repeatedly. She had numerous other tables but seemed calm and collected not only with us but the other tables as well!! Best server ever wanted her to drink with us but she said that was not allowed

    Went there yesterday to celebrate our grandson birthday. Crumbs in the booth, Place not busy. Waitress was nice Did not take away empty appetizer plates after eating and never gave us plates per person to eat them Had to use our napkins. When order came my order was wrong but did not notice until she left. Took awhile for her to come back. She put in our order and once it came it was good. Everyone was half way done eating. Waited a while to get check dropped off. Noticed we were charge 2 times for my order. Told her and it took 20 minutes more for her com come back with correct bill.
