Beacon has excellent food and service! I had their prime rib sandwich (with grilled onions of course) and every bite was delicious! The meat was extremely tender and tore right apart with every bite. I give them extra points for their crispy fries, which resemble thin-cut "steak fries". I can tell the staff and owner really care about the experiences of their guests, and that was reflected in their sincere discussions with us. It is very rare these days to find a restaurant that has as much integrity in their work as this one. I will definitely be back!

On a Saturday night it was empty... bartender had a rude attitude. No pool table anymore, The place sure has changed since changing back to the beacon. Never again will we stop there. Nice try but good luck to the place!

20 min for carryout is not 35 min once I get there "because a big chicken order came in". Not to mention who cooks chicken and seafood in the same oil??? Bartender almost seemed indignant that I didn't want to wait. Won't be back.

Always great food and a casual and clean atmosphere. Bartenders Kim and Erin are friendly and make an amazing drink! Try the fried chicken. You won’t be disappointed. Best in the city.

Service was excellent. Fast and friendly. We had the fish fry it was great. Even tried the Key Lime Pie. Definately would go back again

I've been here a few times and have tried several of the apps and meals. Haven't been disappointed yet!! Just an all round good time and excellent place to watch a Packer game.

The Beacon Tavern's fried fish and fried chicken are both so good and their flat crispy fries are amazing. The wait staff are excellent!

Ever since the reopening a couple years back this place has vastly improved. now, I've only eaten the prime rib sandwich here,which was delicious by the way, and if you get it to go it comes deconstructed so that you put it together at home.😘 Perfecto. 👌🏽 I've yet to try the burger, but when I do I'll come back and revisit this review.

I absolutely love their stuffed shrimp dinner!I can’t find anything g around like it ! The food is always well made and delicious regardless if we eat in or take out ! Everyone is very nice and always willing to have a great conversation

The atmosphere was amazing. I felt as if I was at a high class restaurant. My wife got the chicken breast sandwich (pictured below) she loved. I got the burger and the quality of the meat was amazing! The sweet potato fries were the best I’ve had! Also the cheese curds were the best! Highly recommend

Great selection of beer and a nice assortment of specialty cocktails. We stopped in on a weeknight and service was slow. One bartender on duty handling a couple of tables. Will stop back once things are a little more back to normal.

Always consistent with the food. Tastes good and they have some different options to typical pub food. Right now they even have some seafood options for Lent. We’ve had takeout and was good too besides they forgot the ketchup. Not sure why other reviewers complain so much.

Party of 6 on a Tuesday night. We called ahead, got seated immediately, a slow night for them but we wanted to make sure there was a cook on board because it was nearly 7pm. No problem getting a table but don't try 7pm on a Friday night! The fish fry is well worth waiting for through. We had a sweet server who got our drinks and orders in short order. We had a wide variety and everything was very good. The Beacon is an old Racine establishment, recently remodeled from front to back and top to bottom and worth the wait of the remodel! You did a great job Danny! Yes he's back! With daily specials on the menu and at the bar. If you're bored on a Sunday stop in and try their Chicken...Yum!
