Culver’s food is always fresh and delicious! There is nothing better than their Butter Burgers or their Fish Sandwiches. The malts and custard are incredible! I would highly recommend Culver’s!

So decided to try the new culvers on Douglas Ave in Racine, big mistake! First off they got my order wrong (once I got home) 2nd all of our 3 burgers were all med rare to rare?? 3rd looking at the bun pics all 3 were butter burgers and those looked like Aldis hamburger buns?!?! I've been to other culvers and none of them ever looked like that!!! Not sure if they were in a big rush to open but they obviously missed out on some training somewhere. I'd steer clear of this place until they are up to snuff but in meantime I'm going to contact corporate. Very disappointed in $43 worth of food and half of it got tossed out!!

I really do love Culver’s, but when it’s almost time to close, around 8-9 o’clock, it’s almost like they get frantic and don’t know how to cook food all the way. My burger, and my parents burgers, were still pink! Take your time to cook the meat , don’t rush because you’re about to close. Every order should be fulfilled to its highest and best degree until you close.

Five stars for Dante who ran out our order. He was super friendly and was so sweet even though he had to run back and forth because his coworkers were forgetting items on our order. We ordered an Oreo shake and for the second Sunday in a row they gave us a concrete mixer. We told him about our missing ice cream and the mistake and he very quickly corrected the order for us even though his coworker(s) claimed they did it. I work at a restaurant and occasionally do curbside service which is a lot of back and forth so I’m very impressed he did it with the most pleasant attitude ever :)

This place is sacred to not only Racine but also to WISCONSIN ! pretzels bites are the best . Give the young lady Morgan M. a raise for her outstanding politeness and extraordinary social skills to make me and my family feel right at home being served !!

now i LOVE culvers, but today’s service was unacceptable. i received a raw burger, i called and the manager Micah offered to remake it. he didn’t apologize once, but i was understanding and went back. i got home with my REMADE burger, and it was EVEN WORSE than the first. completely raw. I called yet again, and at this point im angry. i’ve had a long day at work and was just looking so have a nice dinner. again, not once did micah apologize. i told him i wanted a refund and his response was “okay”. when i went inside there was a different manager, an older guy who was understanding and a lot more polite. but this is ridiculous. i am a manager myself, and the behavior from micah was unacceptable. customers come FIRST, i am a regular so if you want to keep me as a regular customer i’d suggest you’d learn some manners.

Finally got the Curderburger. Cool novelty item. But not worth $8. I'll probably get it once a year.

We will drive past other Culver’s to go to the Racine location. Kudos to these burger artists! Done during lunch rush and very timely execution. Well done!

As I walked in I was met with friendly faces and welcoming invites from the employees. As I was taking my order, I noticed their manager standing at them, staring at the girls, and ordering them around while he continued to stand. He ordered around one of his employees in a harsh and demeaning tone… she was clearly off put by his behavior toward her. I don’t believe the workers are treated fairly, or with respect, especially for all of the intense hard work they do. The manager is the ONLY person I had a problem with, every other employee was doing an amazing job.

Food was great, I enjoyed dining in and they didn't take long to bring out the food.

It was fun watching the team perform at optimal level while waiting for my order! Very impressive to see 15 plus people working together, helping each other, keeping things running smoothly, and having the customer as the main priority! Bravo! Go here if you want to see teamwork at its best!

Best fast food place I've been to and I've been to many. The food is great and reasonably priced. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. The cashier offered free cups for water.

Culver's is the best fast food. Butterburgers and curds and custard- you can't go wrong. prices are creeping higher but that's everywhere right now. place gets busy during popular hours and if you don't like crowds it can be a bit noisy and manic, but that comes with a good product.

I’ve had many pleasant experiences at this location. Today I had another exemplary experience due to Micah. Micah’s service was fast, and personable. Micah showed excellent customer care by taking extra time out of their day to help with questions at the drive through. 10/10 can’t wait to go back!

So I come here twice a week literally with no issues ever last week I came in asked for my family discount threw someone who works there, and I guess he wasn’t working and the manager that worked that night mr. Mitch with the colorful hair and he said if he’s not with you or working you can’t get the discount I said I have before and he said ascvers policies those are the rules ok cool,…. But I came in today and ask for it and as were trynna figure out if my family memeber works or not,….here enters mr. Mitch who comes raising his voice and becoming a bit belligerent saying that “didn’t I tell you you count do that!!” I was flabbergasted at the disrespect and how condescending he was towards me I come here twice a week to feed my family and I spend a minimum of 500$ a month we come here twice a week because I don’t like the service, attitude and the quality of other fast food restaurant so I choose Culver’s over anything and in my ten years of coming I have never felt like I never want to come back he didn’t even give me a chance to see if he was working he just came yelling I hope culver trains him better in the customer service department. I almost felt like he had a vendetta against me because I asked the last time I came for a discount. Do better buddy

If you have the option, go to the culvers out by the highway instead of this one. Every time I stop at this location my order is always wrong. Seems like they’ve gotten overwhelmed since adding the second drive-through lane pure chaos 75% the time the one I’ll buy the highway is much better and less busy

We like to eat on the patio when the weather permits. But the food comes quickly and they bring it out to the patio if you wish. The food is excellent. The custard also.

Everyone was very service-oriented and kind. The assistant manager Valerie seem to be way ahead of her. Her professionalism was absolutely impeccable. Just watching her work put a smile on my face. She gracefully handled the service counter and customers, as if she wrote the book on customer service.

It's a great place I use to go everyday n loved a good butter burger but now it's greasy butter on a bun . Disgusting . $10+ for a small fast food meal is outrageous as well . No more service from me

I wanted to get my dog a coat but because of health issues it's hard for me to get things to try fitting her. I would have needed some assistance, there was one person in the office was leaning back in his chair doing nothing the person at the front desk was chatting with him no one offered to help me fit my dog with a coat he did manage to tell me that it was the last day of the sale for those coats. but did not offer any kind of assistance bad customer service that's for sure.

Can be a bit noisy when in line but once you sit down, it's a lit better. Place is usually clean and right now, during the holidays, has additional decor.

Culvers never fails. They have the best chicken sandwich, but their burgers are so good that I can't resist. The staff is always outstanding, dining area always clean.

Done with this place… I try to give Culver’s an option to do better and they never can. The strawberry shake I ordered was WHITE. And tasted like vanilla with chunky bits of strawberry in it… it wasn’t blended. It wasn’t pink. It wasn’t tasty. It just tasted like milk? And strawberries. Definitely not a shake I am done with Culver’s nationwide

It was Friday Night and extremely busy but got my Fish Fry in about 10 minutes. We tried the Walleye and Haddock meals and both were very good. We got it to go so we could enjoy a classic WI fish fry at home with my elderly parents, and it did not disappoint. Keep up the good work!

My second tune trying Culver's (new to the area) This experience was as good as the first time. The service was outstanding and fast. The food was hot and delicious. I had a fish sandwich and a sourdough melt both were hot and tasted fresh

The last 2 times I have been there I asked for swiss cheese on my burger and they put American. My last order was missing fries and no spoons for soup! This Culvers is going down hill fast!! Inside the store smells. They need to replace the carpet and clean garbage cans.

It’s hard to pass by a Culver’s without stopping for a delicious meal or a snack. Try the fish—always cooked to perfection. And check out the selection of hand-packed pints. Service from the friendly team members is always excellent.
