LOVE
culvers,
but
today’s
service
was
unacceptable.
i
received
a
raw
burger,
i
called
and
the
manager
Micah
offered
to
remake
it.
he
didn’t
apologize
once,
but
i
was
understanding
and
went
back.
i
got
home
with
my
REMADE
burger,
and
it
was
EVEN
WORSE
than
the
first.
completely
raw.
I
called
yet
again,
and
at
this
point
im
angry.
i’ve
had
a
long
day
at
work
and
was
just
looking
so
have
a
nice
dinner.
again,
not
once
did
micah
apologize.
i
told
him
i
wanted
a
refund
and
his
response
was
“okay”.
when
i
went
inside
there
was
a
different
manager,
an
older
guy
who
was
understanding
and
a
lot
more
polite.
but
this
is
ridiculous.
i
am
a
manager
myself,
and
the
behavior
from
micah
was
unacceptable.
customers
come
FIRST,
i
am
a
regular
so
if
you
want
to
keep
me
as
a
regular
customer
i’d
suggest
you’d
learn
some
manners.
