It seems to get better every time we get it. Normally we dine in…. but this time we had it delivered. The delivery was fast and the driver was friendly. The food was incredible! The guacamole is delicious! The Mexican style tacos are outstanding…. And my tostada was perfect. I highly recommend Mi Jacalito Restaurant! Both dine in, takeout, and delivery.

It's all good. Had 2 Mexican and 2 American tacos. Delish! Clean. Friendly. Not super busy on a Friday night. Will go again.

Outstanding food and service! The atmosphere in the restaurant is so relaxing and calm, even though it’s busy. I really love the soup and the chips and salsa, afterwards my meal is so pleasing! Not to mention the staff are so friendly and welcoming! I highly encourage those who wish to eat authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go to! Also their breakfast is delicious, same with lunch and dinner. Keep up the great service and food!

The best prices around! I ordered 5 Ground beef tacos with sour cream and it was just over $10 which is the best price for the quality of food. If they had a drive through I’d be there all the time. The Jarritos drink that they sell is a bit overpriced, as you can get it from the store for about $1 and they sell it for over $3. It’s not a complaint just an observation. I Highly recommend trying this place.

Went in for some pre hiking food, let me tell you, this place, A flippin 1 !!!!!! The best steak nachos and corn tacos I've had in a long long time. You guys are my new taco shop, I don't care if it's not the best part of town, the food is worth it !!!

José was our waiter and serving all the customers around us. He was attentive and very pleasant. There was a hopping energy. The food was great! The decor was festive and fun. We had a great overall experience. We will be back and tell all our friends.

Recently went in for a lunch meeting. Haven't been there since I was a kid and it was still a grocery store as well as a restaurant. Man let me tell you the food was spot on and the serving staff even better. Loved it. Gonna be a regular again

Good service. Ok chicken taco, a little on the bland side as the chicken lacked flavor or seasoning. I had a bean tostada and just loved the crispness of the shell. The green salsa is delicious and added a lot to my taco and tostada. I was a little turned off by the $2 extra they charge for more chips n salsa. I'm so used to this being bottomless at most Mexican restaurants.

It is always a nice experience at Mi Jacalito: you get chips with salsa and a fresh, hot chicken noodle soup with your meal. The tacos are my favorite in Racine-- especially the al pastor tacos! The service is always top!

I dined here just once. It is a clean family friendly atmosphere. I ordered the tacos with rice and beans. Something about the meat I didn't care for. The texture and flavor was off to me. They could improve on the quality of the food they serve. Since this was my first and last visit, I give them a 3 Star rating because the service was excellent.

Very good Mexican food although the salsa and Pico was a bit on the hot side But my tacos were fantastic! The waitress was very nice and accommodating I want 2 Mexican style and 2 American style and she had no trouble getting it for me!

Seated right away. Nice staff authentic Mexican food. 2nd time we've dined in. Only issue is that both times we were charged more for food then what was priced on menu.

Really great food, honestly the best in town. Always fresh, tacos are always filled up. Rice & beans are made evenly. The horchata drink has a perfect texture & the right blend of flavors, elote in a cup perfect mix of ingredients. Lovely customer service, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I will always go here when they are open. My first option for Mexican food. I recommend coming here !

We discovered this gem a few weeks ago and have been there FIVE times! Food is amazingly good, staff is friendly and accommodating (they happily provided vegan options for my friend). It’s just delicious and we're bringing people all the time. Very reasonable prices, too!

This is a great smaller restaurant. They have great servers and they are very quick. Really good chicken noodle soup you get with your dinner. The salsa’s are spicy i like heat but keep that in mind. The best steak faijtas I’ve had in Wisconsin and great rice/beans. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in town after visiting the Zoo!

Food is really good and cheap on taco Tuesday 4 taco dinner for 7.50$ just wish I was able to change the way I want the tortilla without the price jumping up to 16$ and most the menu when trying to order online is in Spanish so had to order at the restaurant also paid for sour cream and they forgot to put that on the tacos

Food is always good. Some of the best service around. The place is spotless from top to bottom. Bathrooms are Very well kept!

Service was great. Very attentive staff. The Birra was not great. Had a couple of bones in the meat. The Guacamole tasted like milk was added to it. Wasn't a huge fan of the food.

This restaurant is an absolute local gem. It’s beautiful and clean inside, and the food is out of bounds delicious. The chicken soup is my go-to every time I have a cold- truly the best in town. We love it here! Please support this wonderful business!

Another one of our regular stops! The people friendly and super efficient! If you go you won't be disappointed! Its an authentic Mexican restaurant so don't try to order Chinese and complain! One star short because I wish they had a little more room! But go early and enjoy anything on the menu!
