Horrible experience first time happened. Long time customer. Overcooked and extremely greasy almost dripping. Cardboard saturated and almost getting upset stomach. Ordered 4 for a get together only 1 got eaten

I always order Domino's....I love these pizza joints 😋....but never will I pay for a pizza sitting in someone's car for over 45 minutes....I always order from Domino's...they NEVER NEVER take more than 30 minutes from ordering to delivery to ur front 🚪

I ordered a pepperoni pizza, got cheese. I also ordered a Alfredo and got a bowl full of slimy cheese.. Never again. Idk who’s working put put the drugs down and pay tf attention because this is ridiculous. Disgusting. I got it delivered and it took almost an hour. Idk who needs to be fired but get it done.

I always order from this store - never had a problem. Today I'm missing my jalapenos! Otherwise it's always ready when they say it will be. Just stopped again today - no jalapenos again 😳😳

Horrible service I received my order and it was overcooked spoke with manager shawn and general manager mike about the order nothing was replaced. I’ve been ordering from them at least 4-5 times a week and i refuse to spend my money at domino’s anymore. Money is too tight for people to waste 30-40 dollars at any restaurant and receive horrible food and treatment.

Good pizza when they can make your order correct… I order pepperoni, hand tossed, with extra sauce. They gave me extra pepperoni and no sauce! Disgusting!

Food was good however service was poor

The driver delivered the wrong pizza and left. Would not respond to phone calls amd neither does the store. It constantly keeps you on hold.

To the wonderful brother who made the sexiest pizza I have ever seen, thank you. I came in after placing a mobile order for a pineapple pizza and some garlic bread or whatever, the employees were very nice and courteous, and my food is delicious. Excuse the photo, my girlfriend dug in before I could take it 😭

Just got a delivery from Michael, I think was his name. The weather is absolutely awful, but he delivered with a smile, and I really appreciate getting dinner delivered after a very long day. Thanks to Michael with the great red beard for making my day better

Fast online ordering and delivery. Food looked/tasted good. Driver polite.

Italian sandwich, never again. Don’t get the pasta dishes either, a frozen tv dinner is better and more than half the cost. You work hard to treat yourself sometimes and it’s not worth going to these places. I will still occasionally patronize the Mom and Pop places though. Better quality and quantity.

One of the best dominos around, pizza was delicious and the customer service was an A. I think the online ordering is down due to high demand and possibly understaffing which is completely understandable!

Ordered pizza and breadsticks for delivery, after 30 minutes I tracked it, said it was delivered. It was not. Called the store, they talked to the driver who said he delivered it, but he might have delivered it to the wrong house?? They told me they would send another one, so I had to wait another 25 minutes. When I get the pizza and breadsticks they look horrible! Hardly any pepperoni on the pizza and there is a bread bubble in the breadsticks that takes up half the order! You would have thought I would get some kind of coupon or something free…nope, nothing. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is at least they were hot.

Good location, have only had one issue here in the last year or so (one pizza wasn't made from our order) and we order from here every week at work. Good coupons online for Dominoes too (or in the app).

The kids who work here are sweet but they don't do "hot and ready" pizza pick ups so I'd recommend you just go home and order delivery

SO horrible. Placed a $40 order for delivery. Food doesn’t show up until over an hour later, everything is cold. I live not even two miles away lol. Delivery driver doesn’t say a word to me as he walks up to the door, very standoffish. Had to reheat everything from my order. $40 is almost 4 hours of work for the general public, we should NOT have to reheat the food. Called Domino’s as I’m waiting and am put on hold twice by the answering # menu. At home tracker is completely off and says my food hasn’t left the building yet even though I got a notification that it’s been out for delivery. Ringing for about 10 minutes each time I call wondering where the delivery driver is. Finally just gave up on trying to contact the Douglas Ave location. Called back the next day to speak to someone about the service and was given an office number. No answer. Left a voicemail and no call back… I’ve never had an experience like this with Domino’s. But this may very well be my last visit 🤦🏻‍♀️ sat in the hallway for an hour waiting for my food that night and I honestly didn’t even know if I’d get it! Insane. I hate to leave reviews as such because I’ve worked in food service (particularly pizza shops) but there was just no excuse for this. And to not even be able to talk to anyone about it? Very annoying lol. Communication from the Douglas Ave location is an absolute zero. Don’t waste your $ here.

We decided to order from here instead of the other name brand store for my daughter's birthday party. This is what she wanted to eat so we ordered . Pizza was great!! Pleasantly surprised by the taste and the price.

Used the app and they sent it to the wrong place once again this place saves my @$$ and starts making my pizza! This staff is amazing! I can’t recommend this dominos enough! Thank you guys for saving the day!!! Tried using the app and online but for what ever reason it was not working for me tonight. I called the store and got help over the phone and got my pizza ordered. The manager who help me was extremely nice and patient. I will be doing all of my pizza ordering from dominos from now on. I also want to mention that I had a bad experience here 2 yrs ago and they have completely changed staff and hired an amazing group! Thank you again and sorry on my behalf just glad this all worked out without!
