Not the first time I've paid for extra sauce on an item only to receive no sauce at all. It's one thing to get the normal amount of sauce, but to get none at all when I paid for extra seems intentional. Call me crazy but I don't like spending my hard earned money to not get what I pay for.

I placed an order in drive thru and when I received the order it was completely different from what I asked for. I also had not gotten a receipt. so I called and they said if I come back they will have my correct order ready but when I picked it up and got home I realized it’s a totally different order again! I’m very unhappy with this and will not be going to this location again!

Been in the drive thru for about 15 min. Haven't even ordered yetOnly 3 people ahead of me. Not really sure what's going on, but I can't leave because there are cars behind me. Never again.

Placed an order through the Taco Bell site for delivery, food never arrived. Called the store, and the night manager acted like she had no clue you could place a delivery order on their app. Would not even try to help correct the problem. Out of money and the food. This is typical for this location in Racine.

Slow service inside and out. And they never put everything you pay for in the bag almost every order I have to call them but who remembers food they owe you when you're hungry enough to come back here ?

I've gotten takeout (usually door dash pickup) t from this store multiple times and my food was always ready before the estimated time, warm, and they are good with customizations (I am vegan and any vegan TB lovers know you get home sometimes with cheese and sour cream on your food despite ordering without). Never a problem at this store. Nothing bad to say about the food or employees at all. 👍

Josie is the best. We got there and we got the best service from her!! Even though it was a drive thru she still did a phenomenal job!! It was around 1:55am and she took excellent care of us!! Everyone needs a Josie in their life!!

Order was accurate, service was a little slow, but there was a long line, so understandable. Soda was flat. Overall I’d say the Taco Bell off of Washington in Racine is a better bet, but this one will do in a pinch.

Stopped going here years ago when a bean burrito I bought contained nothing but a plastic bag. I'm serious, it was stuffed with a thick plastic bag with its corner cut off that probably originally contained the beans. Manager was completely uninterested in even hearing my complaint. This was several years ago though, but I doubt they've improved.

Drive thru staff ok, food fine, did not get sauce I asked for. Pulled around to go inside, front doors locked, it's 1030am and sign says open at 9

Poor non friendly service, dirty and a lack of essentials. Instead of a quick mop, red liquid was all over the floor with a wet floor sign. No lids, no hot sauce. Stunk due to spilled drink on the floor

On behalf of everyone inside and the drive thru between 7 to 8 pm on 8/3, what in the actual f. I don't mind waiting a while, but 50 minutes in the drive through only to be missing items, items made incorrectly, and only 3 potatoes on the spicy potato tacos. Do better, or close if you can't handle it. My order was $11, and not complicated at all.

And they actually serve food... unlike their competition on Washington. I drive 3 miles past Washington to go to this location. Thanks for your fantastic service!!!

They never seem to get my special order right ever. I can't have cheese or tomatos, so when I say no cheese or tomatoes they say ok but there's always cheese and tomatoes on my food. I refuse to even go here anymore.

Went there a couple months ago. Long line, no sauce eventhough they asked me if I wanted any and said yes. This all is normal for this taco bell. The Weird thing that happened was after I paid the lady in the drive thru said my payment did not go through eventhough I got the notification from the bank on my phone... kinda fishy as she asked for my card back. I showed her my phone notification instead, she said nevermind everything is okay... I refuse to go back.

I would appreciate it if they cooked my quesadilla next time :) Also didn’t give me a straw for my drink, or the sauce I asked for.

I have to say you guys are the best I'm living in Kenosha I work in Racine and I always stop by you guys and you are one of the kind and one of the best taco bells and I will never buy them and Kenosha because you guys are the best the the staff is very nice and the manager is absolutely hard working including the staff very respectful keep up the good work !

This is the slowest taco bell I've ever been to. Not only slow but also short and rude. The food is rarely right and they usually are out of something. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

They always forget my food and are very disrespectful. They never answer the phone when I try and call to tell them. However, one very nice lady helped me and was very respectful!

Updated on 8/6/2022 ——— We went to this store and waited in the drive thru for an hour just to be told that their system was “updating” and they “couldn’t take or give orders” including the Mobile ones. However, we were lied to because after that another worker said that they could in fact give us our order! Like what in the world? And to add, the worker had a very bad attitude.

Ordered 2 crunchy beef burritos. There was no crunch Very little beef/burger Some cheese and some sour cream. Way below the average for Taco 🌮Bell Service was polite

Seriously the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. I placed a mobile order. I went to pick it up and it took 40 minutes for them to make it. They messed up some of my items and took another 15 minutes to remake a Chalupa. I tried asking for a refund and the manager refused to help me. Awful customer service and terrible food.

I ordered the party nachos and all I got was chips with meat and a little cheese. They forgot a taco supreme I ordered. Tried to call back several times to let them know but all I got was a busy signal. **Update** When I finally did get ahold of someone the manager replaced the whole order free of charge. He was very well mannered. For that I will say 3 stars.

First, there was a 4 mile drive thru line and I had placed an order for pick up in the lobby and the lobby was closed. It took an hour to get through the line and even before we made it up to the window, a staff member came up and said that they ran out of food and it would be another 30 minutes. We got to the window and that lady said that their system was down, which doesnt match up with being out of food. Anyways, they had our food because we placed it beforehand but my cinnamon twists were rock hard and disgusting. This place is terrible and I will not be back.

i ordered a classic combo and a double beefy burrito and this is what i got this is the 10th time ive had to complain about a racine taco bell green bay road for the most part...

We now have self checkout. Why not have make your own food too?! Then you could bypass the rude overpaid employees. Your order would actually be correct and not cold or old. Just pay people to cook meat and beans and chop stuff up. Throw it out there like a buffet. And boom people might actually be happy!

Why add a take out option when the staff won't come over to help you? In fact why do you even have a lobby? Next time, you should whisper to your coworker that you don't want to come help me.
