The air conditioner is broke and it is over 100 degrees in this store. The employees should not be working in these conditions and the food is not able to stay cold people can get sick. You should let the employees go home as even with ovens on it super hot! I can't believe you would make your employees work in this heat. I have been in the store for 2 minutes picking up a door dash order and have asthma I could not breathe! The health department needs to see this!

Too crowded, chairs blocking the door, over whelmed employees. It was a mess. I walked out so I wouldn't make extra work for the employees. I can't believe the owner expects people to work like that.

The food is good and I get a wrap or bread sometime and the staff was nice to me 🙂👍🏾

I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches. They were made in less than 10 minutes

Just walked into the restaurant to witness a staff member cussing out a customer. The customer told us he tried to use a coupon and then that was when one of the workers started getting angry with him. Right after the customers left, they started cussing us out too because we were recording their obnoxious behavior. I regret ever using my money here.

Young people work here. The young ladies here do an outstanding job. They deserve praise from the owner of this store. The ladies are NEVER rude. They are 10 stars 🌟!

Im not sure what you think a melt is but a "melt" is called a melt because it's supposed to have 3x the cheese and be melted and warm. Thought the first time was just an accident but twice now I got less cheese than a classic sandwich (1 1/2 peices of cheese on the entire footlong, and not even the cheese I requested), and meat was refrigerator cold. Waste of money every time I have come to this location. If you don't go in, and watch them make it, it will not be correct. I'm not picky, but I do like at the minimum receiving what I pay for. They also will not bring out curbside orders. They just stand there and look at you outside waiting for you to come in.

7-7-2023 I called at 2258 because our sandwiches weren't even warm and about the poor delivery. She couldn't understand me (the word warm) after I repeated it several times! So she hung up on me! WOW! Maybe she shouldn't work there! 🤬 I called back but no answer and I got disconnected! Sandwiches weren't marked either! Not happy with the driver either, dropped the sandwiches on the front door stoop! Didn't follow Special Instructions! Which said "Please deliver to back door!" A female was listed for delivery but it was a male that was talking loud on his phone and delivered my order! She said that they have no control over that! Too bad that there's charges plus a tip! Won't order from that location again! Will only order from a different location from now on as I had no problem with them, only no receipt! And I can't put the location number online as it won't take it! Very frustrating!

The hours clearly aren’t properly posted online! Went on a Wednesday at 6pm and the employees closed the store. And had horrible attitudes!

It’s no way to see through this glass sign. I dont know what the ownership is trying to hide but you have to look around to see what you can get. It’s all about simplify your customer’s experience? The Lady behind the counter was friendy, and fast! Food was tasty! I look forward to see this nasty sign out of the glass!

I am at the Subway’s on Lathrop Ave. The place is filthy. Two young girls working and not cleaning up when it only had 3 customers who were all eating. Won’t be back to this one.

The staff is very ghetto, sandwiches were just thrown together like a 2 year old made them.. never going to that subway again..

The sign here says there's supposed to be open until 11pm and it's only 8 abd there closed abd i got an attitude from the last in the parking lot whotold me to leave she wasn't opening up the store again abd all i did was look at the signfor the time they close very rude woman it's the last time I'm coming back cuz everytime I've been here outta been nasty looking not clean and they over charged trying to say i asked for extra

I ordered 4 sandwiches. 3 of them the bread was hard, don't know if was old or what. The 4th one was completely wrong. So I called them and they said they would correct it. Got there and they said no one called and argued. Corrected it eventually, but all the hassle. NO MORE
