Lived there awhile. Too many drug dealers. In one location for me. Was always worried about my personal belongings. The owners watch the wrong people way to much and only worry about making money but not listening to the complaints of the good tenants.

Madden mobile home park is wonderful. I have owned a home there since 2015. They always work with me. They know how to talk to me with respect and always give me the time and understanding I need. They keep it nice here for everyone and I feel safe having my kids there.

Cheryl is a great manger of Madsen mobile home park! She got me in ASAP when she could and for that I'm so thankful for her!!

Masden Mobile Home Park is a wonderful place to live the owner and property managers and maintenance keep the grounds very clean and they're constantly updating the trailer models. On a personal level they are very pleasant, kind and considerate of the tenants that they rent to. And if you need help with your lawn Mr Masden is nice enough to come and mow it for you!. I would recommend anyone I knew looking to rent to check this place out.

I love my trailer park their employees are so polite and they truly make you feel like they care. They look out for you ....like one time I had almost forgot it was trash day and the manager of the park called and reminded me so luckily for me I didn't have trash over flowing that week cause she took the time to call me

I am a current resident i know alot of cats roam the area. I love it here but my cat ran out the door sometime last night. If you find him please let me know. He is my emotional support animal. Lot #37.

Clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly. Nice mobile homes from what I could tell.

This is a GREAT Trailerhood.....so much Nicer and WELLKEPT THAN A TRADITIONAL TRAILER park!!

Very Well kept Up place so clean and Quiet (yes there are kids That are sometimes loud but that's kids) just got Black top put down and Speed Bumps and i couldn' Be anymore Happier !!😍 Maintenance is always here to help the day you call in a issue.! And Lady's at the Office Is SUPER Sweet and Helpful 10/10 for sure for me

This is a neighbor everyone is respectful to one another. People who oversee Madden is Great People. Neat Clean Quiet. Very place live. If you live here be thankful and honored. Especially Now

Could have had better amenities but it was a nice and quiet community
