This park has no leases. Used too have leases. Lot rent was $190, moved up to $245 within 7 months moved up to $315 a month. This park including has a lot of fixed income individuals. How are we going to live if it keeps going up? I have not seen any improvements done yet as these new owners took over. Homes being broken into day & night. Needs police making rounds more often especially at night. People come in from the apartments right beside us and a lot of break ins happen no fence yet as promised. New homes coming in but no new owners much of what I've been told. If you say you are going to do something then back it up don't lie about it. I have a dead tree in my yard. And my neighbor fusses about it tells me to go to management. The new owners need to stand up and do what they say they are going to do. Different parks who are owned by these new owners have complains too. They don't like these new owners either. Raise rent on people that are fixed income and keep doing so, is not cool. Cut these dead trees down before they fall on homes and if they then you all are responsible to fix them. So which is more expensive fixing homes or cutting dead trees, and have police make rounds quite often.

Lot rent is to high!!!! It went up $125 in less then a year, what are you all thinking??? Nothing is fixed the roads are still in disrepair and people's houses are getting broken into.. I've lived here over 20 years and I am considering a huge move. UPDATED... Still no new rental contracts to be signed after 3 years???? Yet park people are being sighted for unreasonable requests.. like making dogs be on leashes inside a fenced yard.. they raised the lot rent up another 80 dollars in less than a year the state of Kentucky or News Enterprise needs to do a story on this.. something isn't right here.. why so many new managers in such a short time lol Dont move here ya'll .. find another place.. They can't sell these overpriced mobile homes they put in here so they are making the current residents pay for it.. bad business!

Lived here for 3 years and This is the worst and dirtiest Park in Radcliff I would not recommend to anyone and the new owners and managers are the worst. Lot rent went up four times in 3 years from 190 to 395 while the park got worse and dirtier and the theft got worse the park would not help with nothing All they ever say is call the cops. People would speed through the park and the drug use is insane. Before you buy home in this park you may want to speak to some of the people that live there first.

I live here and I really love how they are trying their best to keep the place clean BUT I do not like how they set up the payments and they also boosted up lot rent. Especially during the pandemic. Our lot rent used to be $190...People were having hard times to pay that but noooo they boosted it up to $245 and you HAVE TO pay it online which cost so altogether its about 253. Just dumb! The rules are some what just ridiculous but its slowly getting better.

Whew! Let me start by saying the owners of this place live in California. They don't care about the best interest of the residents- only about their profit margin. The entire place is constantly a construction site where repairs have been made but things weren't put back the way they were. Water mane breaks seem like a monthly occurrence. Crime is horrible both from outside people AND residents. You think HOAs are bad? This place has more rules than you'd have living in an apartment complex! Expect a price increase every single year (the maximum percent they're legally allowed). It almost seems they're taking advantage of people who can't afford to move. This is no reflection on the manager- they're just the messenger. I've seen nothing but acts of greed from the owners.

I know someone who lives in this park. Residents are being forced out by lot rent being raised several times. Kids can no longer have basketball goals, chairs cannot be in the yard. And now those who have a fence must remove it. The person I know paid $1300 to have one put up. I'm waiting for a no pet policy. The new management is not there for the long term tenents. They want them out. That is very clear. And scary for low income who have no where to go. I'm not misinformed. This things are happening

Before it was nice since the new owners has taken over it has gone down the drain would not rent or live here crime has gone up they are jacking the prices up over all staff is rude and disrespectful when it come to dealing with issues with in the park if your thinking of renting or buy here save your money and go somewhere else you will just be wasting your money here if I could I'd give negative stars

If you like your car watch the speed bumps. Or don't go there. Should use the speed bumps to fix the pot holes. But its not as bad as others. And they have cleaned up a lot.

Moved in a few months ago & at first was hesitant because I didn't know what to expect from a mobile home park..Owners seem absolutely amazing, the rules they have are more than understandable & it seems like the one star reviews lack logic. I applaud you all for your outstanding park & making this a family friendly environment! - our family appreciates everything you all do for us & the community! 💕

I've lived here for over several years and have seen this park go through some very positive changes. I'm very proud of where we are today! I stay here because it's nice and quiet for the size of the park especially!! The only thing I do not agree with is for the 3rd of 4th time now the lot rent has gone up. I own my home meaning I pay for everything including maintence and this pandemic and catching covid twice made it even harder for me to make it, not to mention lot rent went up AGAIN to $315! I understand the park needs work done but for it to come out of our pockets or included in rent is unfair. The amount is unfair in general. We are paying $315 for a CONCRETE SLAB! I will not be staying here much longer consider there is land you can purchase and pay that amount each month with the KY land co! $245 was enough. $315? For a concrete slab..my home is paid for! My first apartment was $350 a month. For anybody in general to charge LOT RENT that much is on some dog food! I don't care what went up, all these years people paid lot rent these slabs have been paid for hundreds of times I'm sure. I hate to move but fast traffic and SLAB RENT is unfortunately the down fall. Oh but the park manager is OUTSTANDING and I pray to god the park keeps this one because she is somebody we have been needing for many years! Good luck everybody

Parkside Manor is definitely turning around for the better. I have had a GREAT experience with purchasing a new home. The managers are super friendly and they really work with you. They listen if you have any questions or concerns. The maintenence crew is also very friendly. The managers and maintenence crews are working really hard to clean up and make this park a better and safer community for all. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend Parkside Manor to anyone looking for a new place to call home. I honestly cannot wait to see how the park flourishes after all the upgrades to the park are finished.

I want to show my appreciation to the manager Nicole, for all the help she has given us. This is definitely one of the better mobile home parks in Radcliff. It took us awhile to find a nice home and seeing her Facebook ad was a blessing to us. She walked us through the entire process and gave us a ton of helpful information. Even when I was apprehensive about a mobile home she calmed my fears, as I’ve never lived in one before. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We are so excited about our home and being a part of a community. My kids love the house already. I absolutely recommend this place and this manager, she’s awesome!!!

I don't personally live her but I have family that does. As always there are a ton of speed bumps. The roads are mostly kept up but there are a few spots that need attention. People generally keep to themselves. So it a nice area consider moving to.
