We went in and were greeted by 2 employees, ordered our food and had it in about 2 minutes, food was great. Plus a very clean and organized restaurant. Will be back when in the area

First time customer. Had the peanut butter custard banana was crazy awesome. The staff (kassey) was super nice and friendly and helpful! Love the layout Was a good first time experience.

Service was fast. I ordered the Patty Melt with Cheese Curds. Honestly I couldn't injoy it because of the salt. Just felt that both menu items had way to much salt on both. Nice place though. People are friendly and the restaurant was clean. Update: tried Freddy's again. Got a single cheese burger on rye. Fresh lettuce, onion, tomato and taisted very good. Patty is kinda small and the cheese curds are still very salty. Found the staff friendly and willing to change up the order to your taste. 030222 Lunch

Today was my first visit in a long while and it seems like there has been a turn over for the better. Freddie’s is the best place in Hardin County for burgers! If you haven’t eaten here, I suggest you run tight over. The burgers at this place are awesome and the fries are just as special. This is the only place I will eat burgers…they do such a great job here! Their Hospitality is on level with Chick fil a.

Great place. Food was wonderful and only $20 for my husband and I to each get a burger and fries. Staff were super nice and manager David even came to our table personally to introduce himself and make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stop here again next time we’re in town!

Definitely 5 Stars...The food is so delicious. My favorite is the patty melt on rye & the fries are seasoned to perfection!!! Brittany (GM) made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions in a professional, yet friendly manner & didn't rush me!!! I was very pleased about my overall experience, not to mention how neat & clean the restaurant is kept!!! Totally my new one stop shop for burgers & custard!!! 💖

Absolutely wonderful restaurant!! Ibrahim took very good care of me and my wife, and we felt more than welcome the entire time. The wait staff worked harder than most of the upscale restaurants I have been to, which really shows how high the morale is at this location. The food was more than amazing, and I will definitely be back when I am back in town. Highly recommended, 11/10!

Lunch Time: Highly Recommended! Stopped by to get a bite on the way to work. Brittany (manager) who took my order greeted me with a smile, was very polite, and helpful. The food was really good as well. I really liked the fact that the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. The staff made sure I had everything I needed before leaving also. I received my food fresh, hot, & in a timely manner! I recommend trying the PBC (Peanut Butter Cup & Banana) milk shake, it's really good! Love the seasoned fries and burgers...Can't wait to try the chili dog next!

Freddy's is my favorite fast food burger. I live in Etown and have to drive a bit. I love that the bun comes out warm as well. That makes a huge difference. I love the fry sauce. So really good thing there isn't one in Etown!

I came in yesterday for lunch. I thought I would give Freddys a try again. I must say I was really impressed. The food was fresh. I didn’t have to ask for anything. The manager even came to our table to check on us. The employee at the register was very helpful and informative of everything on the menu. I ordered the pretzel burger. It was delicious thank you Freddys I will be back.

I love the old fashion look on the inside and their Frozen Custard is so good! I definitely recommend the Frozen Custard for sure but just to let you know, if you order online and get 2 (Medium) Frozen Custards, expect to pay around $16-$18.

Shoutout to Ibs!! I’m 17 and he was gracious enough to let me get a kids meal. I really enjoyed my experience here, I would leave 10 stars if I could. Great management.

My first experience was terrible. I’ve heard so many great reviews but my take out was terrible. The Concrete Sundaes were completely melted at time of pickup. Why put a Sundae in a bag of hot food? The burgers were burned and the onion rings wet. I paid $36 for two terrible meals of which I’ll never do again! I do not recommend Freddy’s for any type of take out. 😞

When I ask for no cheese, I ask for no cheese. This has been how many times now? Finally, when I’m actually looking forward to Freddies, they put EXACTLY what I cannot eat on it. I’m not going back, this spot isn’t worth it. At all. Never. The cheese smells like fermented sweat. Thank you!

Ordered double steakburger. It was greasy. Ordered onion rings. Couldn't eat-saturated in oil. Will not be going back. Steak & shake much much better no grease!

This place has great staff! YES the lobby is opened! YES the drive thru moves reasonable except I have bad luck. For example, when someone orders a HUGE meal and gets handed like 5 bags to them in the car in front of me. If u have a HUGE order go in! Overall great service though. Not their fault that people do this. I feel like ramming my car into them!

Finally ended up trying out this restaurant, we have 1 where we live but hadn't eaten there yet. It was really pretty good & will be in our options in future so that's a plus. They have burgers & fries similar to steak & shake but their menu has some other different items on it like hot dogs. It's kinda like a combo of Steak & Shake, Nathan's & Culver's as far as menu items. It has almost a Johnny Rockets atmosphere to me but it was casual dining & we were pleased with our visit & our food.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Delicious food, very reasonable prices and great service! Our order was prepared very quickly. While we were eating, we were checked on at least three times to see if we needed anything. This is the way food service should be done!

My husband and I went in the store to get carry out. Ordered, paid, sat for 30 minutes while all the other orders after us was served, it wasnt a busy night. I finally said something, they had to remake our order because the original was given out at the drive through. Everyone was all polite in the situation and we received 2 free combo meal coupons. I understand things happen.

We were craving malts so we headed over to Freddy's. I had a vanilla malt, my husband had chocolate and we split a patty melt. Everything was ridiculously good. That was the best patty melt I've ever had and the malt hit the spot for sure. Short wait, nice service. I've never had a bad experience here

Watch out Chic-Fil-A I have been 4 times with our basketball & volleyball team within a hour before closing! The employees have always treated us well, service has been great and we will continue to bring out team to Freddy's at this location! Their service is as good as any and the food is great! Great Christian atmosphere also!

This place truly such, they do not care if you ask them not to place something on your food. Tonight, I requested no onions, I have an allergy. Instead of honoring it, they added them. I asked them to make a new burger, they ignored me. I requested a refund and it was as if, she couldn't figure out the system. At the end of the day, I didn't get my food or a refund. It wasn't busy, there is no excuse for this nightmare. No worries, I won't return, lesson learned.

Dirty bathrooms and dining area. Every time we go in for ice cream, I end up cleaning my own table and seats. Ladies room in serious need of a deep clean. Stall doors, stall walls and walls in general just nasty. It’s been “Radcliffed.” I’ll drive to Shepherdsville before I come here again. Edit: Franchisee sitting right behind us while eating. Yes, we saw you. I don’t need to speak with him. He’s well aware. Do better.

My family visits all the time and we love it! This place is not only a great atmosphere but also great food! Of course my kids would love the ice cream but I personally love the Jalapeno Burger. I originally tried the Blue Cheese burger (whatever that is called) and wasn't a fan of it AT ALL. When I told the manager she promptly replaced it with my favorite burger thankfully. Great service and great food here!

This was my second time here. The first time was late just before they closed. My food was cold. I still wanted to give Freddie's another try. Cause I liked my burger. Hoping this time around it would be hot. But no chance. Again food was cold. Burger was warm and fries and onion rings turned hard after 30 seconds 👎

Management is always friendly with my family and I love seeing some of the familiar faces I see. I can count on them being open and even with what we see as limited staff, working hard to giving us great food at Freddy's! The ladies that work the ice cream are just fantastic with smiling faces that make my kids want to go there every time. It's definitely our family's first choice.

This place is our go-to now when we're craving quality fast food. Seems like everywhere else has cut back on taste and cooking to try to save time, so we've just been doing without. Have to order "well done" fries just to get fries that aren't soggy, sad potatoes. Not this place! The food always tastes great, service is fast, and the fries are always deliciously crispy!

The burgers are great they remind me of between a Culver's and a steak and shake. The buns are buttery the burgers are thick and seared. The sauce I checked out on one Burger it was good and there's a lot more to choose from so I'll try something different the next time. The other thing they have like Steak and Shake is the French fries. I am not a fan of the shoestring french fry they get cold fast. Enough said

Lunch was great today at Freddy’s. Had the new burger (don’t remember the name of it.) The lady upfront said it was the first one she had sold so she came to my table to check how it was. Great service and customer interaction. I will be back with my kids next time so they can try it!

This place is just like other restaurants it's hit or miss on food and service. My food was prepared wrong twice but once I got what I actually ordered it was good.

Ordered food and a sundae to go. Got my food and went to get my sundae. I asked for no cherry, it had a cherry. Guy remakes it and adds a cherry! Again told him no cherry. Remakes it yet again and again he added a cherry! Ugh he finally Fitbit right and now my food was cold. I get it people make mistakes. But seriously had to make the sundae four times to get it right? Then my food was cold?! Nope never again. He didn’t even apologise.

When they first opened it was always so clean and the staff was friendly. However we came today they were not busy at all. It was us two and another guess of 2 . It took 32 mins to get our food . It sat on the counter for 10 mins before they put fries on it. There was about 15 employees standing around doing nothing. Walking around talking and eating food at the front counter. The manager no where to be seen. No gloves on , soda machine broken, trash on the floors and overall nasty everywhere you look. Very disappointed! We will not be back that’s for sure.

I been through a few different Freddy’s restaurants, as I’ve traveled, it’s me and my wife’s favorite road trip meal. I’ve had some great experiences and some pretty frustrating ones , this by far has been the best. The workers were super nice and even though it took a little bit, the manager apologized when I got my food. They were super respectful and i of course enjoyed the food.

I have been to many fast food restaurants but this one was a different new level experience for me. I believe it was the general manager that was super nice and the food was too good.

I'm a burger guy! and hands down these are the best burgers that i have found in all my years! if you like steak n shake or 5 guys.... well they got nothing on this place. everyone there is also very friendly and helpful!

It was outstanding when it first opened. Great manager was there at first. I was so impressed I brought my sister and family. Oh my goodness. It had changed totally. Tables were all dirty drink station was dirty. Employees standing around talking

Food was great! Burgers were cooked fresh and seasoned well. Love the jalapeño fry sauce. Didn't care for the cheese sauce for the fries but they good and crispy. We will definitely be back!

I'm obsessed with Freddy's! The jalapeno burger is my absolute favorite and the cheese fries are the best! Whenever I'm craving a juicy burger, I always go to Freddy's. And they have the sweetest custard for a treat afterwards. The brownie delight is by far the best, especially if you're a chocolate lover (there's a hidden brownie at the bottom!!)but you also can't go wrong with the classic turtle. I have never sat inside & ate, I like to sit at home with my favorite TV shows or a good movie, and the delivery experience is always superb. Everything is packaged so neat, there's no mess, and they have never forgotten anything or ever gave me an incorrect item. Keep it up, Freddy's!

Really nice little steak burger dive. Service was friendly, food was hot and quick. Could use more of a selection, but over all a nice break from mainstream fastfood joints. Almost reminds me of Shake N Steak, but faster service and more family oriented. I highly recommend for a good burger and some show string fries! They have a frozen custard that's really good for dessert too.
