Very rude and unprofessional staff Kicked us out at 8 pm while we were in the middle of buying a stroller for my baby son. They forced us to pick something fast and leave. No respect for customer

Let’s open a store with doors that weigh one tonne and don’t open automatically. Let’s put all the merchandise upstairs with a lift that doesn’t work and definitely let’s NOT have any bathrooms or places to sit for a minute for all the pregnant women around. Pure amateurs.

The staff was extremely nice. I came here with a lots of questions about a car sitz for my baby and i found Anastasja who help me with such nice customer service. Is not common in Berlin. So thank u ❤️

You will have to wait forever for your oder and nobody would call you and keep you updated. And even if you call they think a customer is their slave and they have to wait as long as they decide. They do not even apologize. We bought babystraller and were promised that max. In 10 days it will be there. It is now more than two weeks and nobody is calling back. Will you keep same quite if you would deliver babystraller but we would not pay the bill? And by the way the straller is still not there... So think before buying something at their shop and if they say 10 days count with 20 days at least.

Its the most bad online shop in the world , jus got bed with missed part , after sending email , we got respond in 5 day that we need to contact with the Hersteller, there are so bad ,also no support , no refund ,i will go to the courts against them

Babywalz ist eine unzuverlässige Verkaufsseite. Sie haben vielleicht viele Angebote für Kunden, aber Sie müssen lange auf den Versand der Ware warten, und wenn Sie die Ware erhalten, wird Ihnen ein völlig anderes Modell des Produkts zugesandt als das, das Sie bestellt haben. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Wenn Sie Hilfe oder eine Rückerstattung für eine von Ihnen aufgegebene Bestellung benötigen, antworten sie nicht. Sie sind völlig dumm. Im Vergleich zu Babymarkt ist Babywalz schrecklich. Ich habe einen Reisebuggy für meinen Sohn bestellt, aber sie haben mir einen Kinderwagen in einer ganz anderen Farbe geschickt als die, die ich bestellt habe. Rufen Sie sie an und sie greifen nicht zum Telefon, senden keine E-Mails und antworten nicht. Ich weiß nicht, ob das normal ist!

Very bad customer service! The ladies that attend at the stroller & furniture section are very stressed and rude. They didn’t help at all. I have visited the Spandau filial and the customer service is way much better. It is a pity, they have a good selection of baby clothes and furniture, but I won’t come back.

Please please please… Do not order online - fraud!

I went to other shops before but this is where I had the best help from the crew. Saturdays is obviously busy but still they really helped me to understand what is best for me.

Have been here for a stroller consultation. Was very happy with the late evening appointment. No pressure to buy on the spot. I came with my list and they offered suggestions. I decided to buy the stroller in their online shop during the black week sales. I was very happy with the shipping and communication. Unfortunately the stroller carrier bag ripped after a short trip. I contacted the stroller company directly and they offered some solutions, but due to back orders, they suggested I come to baby-walz to see if they could do something temporary. In the end they repaired my bag for free! The staff is generally nice. Their English is only so-so (and my German is so-so), but we managed to communicate. Thank you!

Ich habe vor kurzem einen Kinderwagen bestellt, wo leider ein Artikel gefehlt hatte. Ich habe die Filiale kontaktiert und mir wurde direkt super schnell weitergeholfen. Der fehlende Artikel wurde schnell und kostenfrei zugesendet. Die Verkäufer waren ebenfalls sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Sortiment und die Beratung kann ich ausdrücklich empfehlen.

Toller Babyladen!!! Weil wir einen Termin dort in der Nähe hatten, sind wir danach spontan noch in den Laden gegangen. Wir wollten uns eigentlich nur erstmal einige Dinge anschauen und uns verschiedene Kinderwagen angucken. Doch die Beratung war so gut, dass wir den Kinderwagen (und andere Kleinigkeiten) gleich gekauft haben. Uns wurden verschiedenste Modelle gezeigt, Vor- und Nachteile erklärt und vor allem hat man sich Zeit genommen.. es war kein „schnell schnell was verkaufen..“ Wir haben wirklich ein für uns passendes Modell gefunden & da wir nicht von da kommen und nicht mit Auto da waren, wurde uns der Kinderwagen nach Hause geschickt was auch wunderbar geklappt hat. Alles in allem: toller Laden, tolle Produkte und tolle Verkäufer!!!

Der Laden hat uns durch die Schwangerschaft und die ersten Jahre begleitet. Komme immer wieder gerne hier hin. Nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Hier kann man sich noch beraten lassen und Produkte vor Ort vergleichen. Das ist bei Babyschalen, Kinderwagen etc. wertvoll. Und wir konnten unsere Modelle aus dem Lager bisher immer gleich mitnehmen.

Just terrible. I ordered swaddle bags for my newborn and haven't received them in over a month. I wrote emails, called the customer service and still no solution. The lady on the phone told me she can't help me and was rude and angry. She kept repeating that she can't help me and hang up on me. My baby lost a month without things that would've helped me smooth her, and I lost my time hoping. Not to mention that I lost my money as well.

We visited the shop today to buy the baby stroller and the experience was wonderful. The sales lady (Marie) took time and explained detailedly all options. She gave us personal advises, trained us on few things and was very caring. It was very helpful to make decision on what stroller to buy. We would definitely recommend to visit the store.

Große, übersichtliche Ausstellflächen mit allen wichtigen Herstellern. Baby Walz Charlottenburg überzeugt vor allem durch die sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiter/innen. Zudem hatte ich vor kurzem eine Reklamation, da wurde sich überragend darum gekümmert. Ich kann Euch den Laden sehr empfehlen!!

Super übersichtlicher Laden mit allem was das Babyzubehör braucht! Oft Angebote vorhanden. Super tolle Beratung vor allem bei Frau Oppel. Bis heute begleitet sie mich mit Rat und Tat beim Kauf der Babyartikel! Kann ich also nur weiterempfehlen ☺️

Like the things but with stroller it’s difficult. The door isn’t electric and to get to the second floor there’s a tiny lift which is not easy to use. Stairs aren’t an option with baby stroller.

The products we ordered from babywalz were really good and perfect quality. unfortunately what we ordered got delivered in 3 different packages, and the last package (which has the majority of our order) took 10 days from ordering until they got delivered! which is the opposite of what they sent me that my order will be delivered in 1-3 business days! because of the delay, we reached out to Babywalz customer service, and they were extremely rude, Yelled at me on the phone and hanged up, simply because i was frustrated with the delay in my order. So i won’t ever recommend purchasing anything from them, or will buy anything from them ever again!

Wir wurden nach der Buchung eines Termins 1,5 Stunden ausführlich und kompetent bei der Auswahl eines Kinderwagens beraten. Wir durften viel selbst ausprobieren und unsere Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet. Leider haben wir den Namen der netten Dame nicht mehr im Kopf. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.
