NO minimum age specified and on the website it says "In order not to scare the younger visitors too much, they will be guided through the garden by good spirits between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., past any particularly scary situations. This means bad dreams on Halloween are out of the question.” We booked our tickets in advance. We were let in at 3:35 p.m., making us almost the first! Then (as our tour had already started), we were asked almost bluntly by an employee whether our children weren't too small for that (again: that's when it started - no turning back). I responded by quoting the words from the homepage (see above). Then again really unfriendly: “Well I didn’t write that!” And now about the tour itself: There was ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION given to children!!! They were frightened just like adults! A particularly bad situation was: A child who was running in our group was attacked(!) at a station, then grabbed and carried away. It screamed “Help oh no, please don’t, ahhh” loudly while kicking. It happened very quickly and everyone in our group was visibly shocked by this threatening situation!!!! Our children screamed, panicked (again: PANIC!!!), cried like there was no tomorrow and clung to mom. It was absolutely terrible! TERRIBLE!!! But our “guide” (who felt like he was only 15 himself) simply continued to lead us on the rope that we were all supposed to hold on to. We later understood that the kid who was caught (maybe around 9 years old) was himself an actor and was accordingly initiated. (????) How can you do something like that in front of young children's eyes??? It was an absolutely dramatic situation. The rest was correspondingly scary and not for children who, due to developmental and age-related reasons, can hardly distinguish between the fictional and real worlds. Who is responsible for the fact that the specified time for the little ones was not adhered to? We saw several children crying. Several!!! “So bad dreams are out of the question on Halloween.”????? Way too scary for children. It was specifically described that there is a children's performance for children in which the scary parts are not shown. All the little kids were crying. I cannot recommend it for children under 10. There was screaming and scaring and it looked very real. It is not clear from the videos that the children are being shouted at and that one child is being dragged out of the queue. We didn't know that it was a teammate. Eine super Location mit coolen Lichteffekten, gruselige und aufwendige Kostüme, sehr kurze Wartezeiten. Die Schauspieler haben sich viel Mühe gegeben und waren mit Leidenschaft dabei. Wir haben die Veranstaltung sehr genossen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr.

Wunderbarer Halloween Abend. Trotz Corona Vorschriften, war es sehr schön und gruselig gemacht. Manchmal hätte es ein Stück langsamer gehen können. Man konnte gar nicht alle Darsteller komplett anschauen. Nichtsdestotrotz super gemacht. Wir kommen gern wieder. Ps. Die Tomatensuppe war auch lecker.
