Als wir Angehörige angerufen haben, ob jemand nach ihr gucken kann, da wir sie telefonisch nicht erreichen konnten, hieß es leider nur " fahren sie doch selbst hin und gucken nach". Auch der Satz "24 Stunden für sie geöffnet" kann ich nicht bestätigen. Meine Oma ist leider verstorben und als wir bescheid geben wollten war um ca. 19 Uhr niemand da! Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir die Antwort " Wir müssen auch mal Feierabend machen" und man wusste nicht einmal wer sie ist! Zum krönenden Abschluss: Der Betreuungsvertrag hat eine Kündigungsfrist von 3 Monate... Abgesehen davon das nie eine Betreuung statt gefunden hat, müssen wir jetzt noch für 3 Monate eine Betreuung für eine tote Frau bezahlen... Würde das betreute Wohnen bei Jedermann auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!
