yesterday
for
a
general
cleaning
and
I
was
so
pleased
with
the
expert
professional
care
offered
by
the
oral
hygienist,
Mari.
Not
only
did
Mari
do
an
outstanding
job
of
cleaning
my
teeth;
she
also
offered
me
excellent
advice
regarding
how/
when
to
brush,
floss
and
use
a
water
pic.
Mari
answered
all
of
my
questions
with
admirable
patience
and
attentiveness.
She
is
also
amazingly
knowledgeable
about
her
field.
I
learned
so
much
from
her
during
this
one
visit—
and
she
is
also
very
kind
and
thoughtful!
Thank

such

positive
and
educative
experience—
and
for
cleaning
my
teeth
carefully
and
thoroughly!!
This
was
my
first
visit
at
Dental
Spa
Main
Line
and
I
was
a
bit
apprehensive
because,
owing
to
Covid
and
other
factors,
I
had
not
been
to
a
dentist
in
a
good
stretch
(My
own
beloved
dentist
had
retired
at
the
age
of
eighty).
However,
as
soon
as
I
walked
into
their
lovely,
soothingly
decorated
office,
I
began
to
relax.
The
front
desk
administrative
assistant,
Ashley,
had
been
remarkably
helpful
and
gracious
even
before
I
met
her
(when
I
needed
to
complete
patient
forms
online)
and
Ashley
was
equally
warm
and
thoughtful
when
I
met
her
in
person.
Then
the
dental
technician/
oral
hygienist
Louisa
assisted
me
--and
she
was
so
kind,
supportive,
and
positive
in
her
approach!
Louisa
helped
me
to
relax
even
more!
I
then
met
with
Dr.
Nicole
Deakins,
who
was
wonderfully
attentive
to
all
my
questions---and
she
was
so
warm,
friendly,
and
considerate
from
the
very
start!
Dr.
Deakins
did
a
very
thorough
dental
evaluation
and
carefully
explained
everything
to
me
as
she
went.
She
is
both
very
personable,
an
excellent
communicator,
and
quintessentially
professional--a
very
appealing
combination
for
a
dentist!
Moreover,
Dr.
Deakins
graciously
offered
me
very
practical
and
workable
options
regarding
a
treatment
plan
moving
forward
and
I
am
very
thankful
for
her
thoughtfulness!
This
dental
team
truly
cares
about
their
patients
and
they
do
an
outstanding
job
of
conveying
that
caring
concern
to
their
patients.
I
could
tell
that
Dr.
Deakins
is
an
exceptionally
conscientious
dentist
and
I
know
fully
that
I
can
trust
my
teeth
to
her
expert
care!
Although
one
does
not
"look
forward"
to
going
to
the
dentist,
I
can
honestly
say
that
I
look
forward
to
the
very
high
caliber
of
dental
care
which
Dr.
Nicole
Deakins
and
her
clinical
team
will
be
providing
for
me.
I
highly
recommend
this
practice!
