I visited 5MM with my husband during Durga Puja. It was my first visit and I chose to visit this place after checking the reviews. But the experience was very disappointing. In the entrance, there was a pre-booking counter, where the staff members asked us to pay 4000 in advance including cover charge. They mentioned that the excess amount will be adjusted from the bill. So, we made the payment and entered the pub. The place was very noisy, so we chose a corner and sat there. The seating arrangements in the corner are very uncomfortable, so I asked the staff members for a chair, they didn't respond. There were many empty chairs, then we had to get one. Food quality was good. We were happy with every dish served. But what made us disappointed that even though our final bill was 3200, they denied to refund the excess amount. Instead they said to buy an extra drink or some extra food or some merchandise from their collections. We were full and not ready to purchase any merchandise. So, they finally insisted us to pack some food. And we had to accept it unwillingly. Very disappointed with their policies. 👎👎👎👎👎 Overall rating 5/10 (rating for food only)

The gastropub exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance is cozy yet trendy, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or a special date night. I highly recommend trying their best seller food- Coin luchi with kosha mangsho. It was delicious and bursting with flavor. The fusion of flavors in all of their dishes were simply outstanding. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Located beside Infinity Benchmark Sector V .. The ambience is good but food quality and taste is average.. Mocktails are too sweet to handle so the KungPao Chicken and the Hakka Noodles tastes like street noodles.. Service was given nice Avishek did good job keep it up..

We went after seeing a review in Facebook. And we didn't regret it. So many items in the buffet, we couldn't finish tasting everything. We almost slipped the main course. But all the items are delicious. Service top notch. Special mention: Valet parking available. Kids friendly. Looking forward to visiting again.

4.5 stars for me. Great ambience. Tasty food. The buffet was satisfying. Only downside for me was the lack of some good main course options. There could've been 2-3 more items. Service was on time. Overall, a great experience and would like to visit it again. Definitely recommended.

The ambience of the place is great. It has a really well decorated bar section, a pool table, a DJ section, a huge display screen, a cool smoking room with a carbon table in it and a photo section which makes the place really aesthetic. The DJ is of great quality and the songs being played lifted everyone's mood in the pub. The food is great apart from the hookah.

Last month I visited them and totally amazed with the ambience & service. Indoor games like pool, carrom etc can be played here. Ideal for a drink anf a bite with friends. funky, well designed and specious. good cocktails. selection of beers could be better, but they had Caldera, and we just loved it. the snavks and the food were great. our server was engaging and chatty. i spent a great evening with a friend of mine.

So we went to Five Mad Man for lunch. Three of us went, which is located in Salt Lake Sector 5 area opposite to Pantaloons. Three of us went, all three girls. We are basically school friends and went for lunch together. So, first we entered and ambience was quite good, not that bad, but food quality we felt very average. Ambience was little dark, but as we went during afternoon it was almost empty, so it was peaceful. So after clicking few pictures, we started with our lunch and lunch was very very average. First we ordered our Vietnamese roll as starter. That was pathetic simply. And then the roll is basically blunched vegetables wrapped with cabbage. When we have asked, before taking the order the guy told it would be like a spring roll, but it wasn't even like a spring roll. It was not properly cooked, it was almost raw vegetables given to us, and then, but the taste overall was pathetic, not at all good. So after that they had some special hours going on for specific menu for that where you get lesser price for selected items. And from there we ordered three different mocktails. One is orange juice base, one is pineapple juice base and another one is blue lagoon. Mocktails were also very good, that was still fine, not that bad. But then we ordered Burger. Burger size was a jumbo but taste wise it is like very very average but they served that burger with potato wedges that was crispy and tasty that few potato wedges only. As our food experience was not that great, so we couldn't able to take risk and order more, so that was, like that's all experience we had.

Most happening place in town...The music,the crowd, and the food are too good...You can find live music shows, music album launch and many more activities. Highly recommended.

Overall a great experience.We tried their buffet. Service is excellent. Food is quite unique and freshly made when we gave order. You should try once to change your appetite.

Not a bad experience but not good enough to me, specially sitting system , i don't like that. I visited lots of pub but this type of in appropriate sitting system i didn't expect. What ever come to the others points, atmosphere was nice, specially at the late night I loved the atmosphere. Food i don't like so much in term of taste only dessert i like, exept that i don't like other dishes. Overall experience was good.price range was bit high . Also u will have happy hour if u visit from 11am to 7 pm

FiveMadMen is one of the most happening places in Sector V area... Specially talking about the ladies night, it's full on fun and great band music. Food is great, ambience is awesome. Lastly I celebrated my birthday, along with my girl gang and they absolutely loved every moment of it... Must visit!!

We went here to watch live football & enjoy drinks. They have a huge screen where you can enjoy live screenings. Ambience & music is pretty good here, we tried LIIT, Manhattan, whisky sour all were pretty good. In food the jerk chicken pizza & fish n chips was delicious, Korean fried chicken was ok. The waiters here seems to be inexperienced they can't handle huge crowd there was delay in service during peak hours.

It is located opposite of pantaloons, Sector V. Atmosphere is awesome but the music is too loud. There is option to sit outside where less music is audible. Live performance in inner area, also table pool is there. Washroom is bit small. Foods are awesome and mocktail so . Bit costly if you don't have any offer.

I visited this place last week - Friday. They had a live band performance. It was amazing. I really liked the ambience. Food was okay However, there's a bit of delay in their service. Still recommend.

Beautiful Bar cum Resturant at Sector V, Solt Lake, Kolkata. Nice food, Environment is so chill and well decorated. But price is very high. Music system available, Jambo screen for video, separate smoking area, billiard board and any kinds of soft drinks & alcohol available.

It's located at Saltlake sec v.. opposite of Pantaloons near Time Square. It's a very spacious pub... The behaviour of the staff is really appreciable. The atmosphere is good.. Neat and clean.. Also there is a gaming area (Carrom, billiard) Must Try- Chiken afgani Tangdi

The place looked like it was under construction??? However the drinks were good, I loved the wide range of cocktails they had. The nachos and spaghetti was nice. The staff again were great, very hospitable and they made sure everything served matched our expectations. Also, the churros I'd recommend that to everyone who visits the place!

Ok first thing first they have good ambience and we thought food was good too until we taste the fish tikka, that was 785/- dish gandharaj bhetki tikka. The fish was not fresh at all they tried really hard to make the orginal taste gone but nothing work I guess. Pizza was good, wings was good. Now coming to the main point we had bill amount of 2200/- and after GST they are charging 5% of service charges extra with service charge tax 🙂 I mean what? After asking they said it's optional so why they don't take our opinion 🙂 so if you are visiting there and you are planning to have drinks please go through the bill once before paying 🙂 they are charging people extra intentionally.

Though the ambience is good but food quality and taste is average. We have tried the sunday buffet menu. Last but not the least this is a good place for friends hang out.

Beer N BBQ Buffet with Live Music 🎶 📍Timing: 1pm-4pm on Sundays Every Sundays at Five Mad Men pub you can indulge yourself in some delicious and yet a different kinda spread buffet from the rest in the town. From the greens to the grills they have it all. Starting from the Cold cuts, cheese platter, Chicken pineapple salsa corn salad , a lot of dressings and a lot more from their salad section. You also have your charcoal burgers both in Veg and Non-veg . The Mac and Chesse was simply yum , In this brunch menu you also have some PIMENTO RICE with exotic veg la king as well as Chicken Stroganoff. The best part was their grill section where you have a huge option but my personal favorites were SEAFOOD SKEWERS, CHICKEN AND BELL PEPPER SHASHLIK, PORK SAUSAGE,MANGO KASUNDI . There were more items in the veg section as well. Now coming to the my favorite section, this is definitely one of the best dessert section in any buffet I have had till date. Was totally in love with the CUPCAKES, APPLE PIE , GOOEY CHOCOLATE CAKE AND THE PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE 🥂 And the cherry on the top was definitely the LIVE MUSIC 🎶

Yesterday, in the evening, I happened to have one of the worst dining or should I say "almost dining" experiences of my life at this aforementioned establishment. The staff let me and my friend into the lobby and took our contact information. They then proceeded to make us wait for five minutes, after having already decided they would not let us inside their establishment. They said it was because we weren't wearing the appropriate footwear and it was also mentioned that "we don't look right". With regards to the footwear we plainly explained to them that the streets were flooded and the most logical choice would be to wear slippers and they said they understood but we would still not be let inside. To the latter statement however I felt wronged like I have never felt before. To think that in my own city, I would be called out as if I were a second class citizen who does not "look right" is something one never wants to feel. Considering we were clearly bringing business to the place and that there were only two customers at one table inside, it was plainly discriminatory of them. Lastly, they said that we would be allowed to sit in the corner of a separate room out of view. I asked them why they would segregate us and they said to to take it or get out. I must advise people against visiting such a place. If you do, it would speak volumes about your own character and how you look at the world. Think about that every time you consider this place. #BOYCOTT5MADMEN #COLONIALHANGOVER

Food quality is really good. Staffs are very friendly. Particularly environmental was nice. Location is also very nice. It is in sectors five area. Place was not so crowded and you can have really good time. Price was not so high and not too low as well. We ordered around 1.5K. But the quality is too good. Try the drinks and it’s really nice. Please go and visit during happy hours and you can have really good discounts. The drink was only 135 rs. Recommend 👍🏻

One of the best Restaurants in the town. Ambience to Food, all are top top quality. You can spend time with your loved one or with friends without any worries. Some of the menu is not available due to COVID and all. You can also get to the bar, and there is a separate smoking zone as well. Also surprisingly the price is reasonable for food and beverages.
