The food is excellent. We particularly love Lahmeh and shrimps. The only trivial thing I'd like them to improve on is their menu. There's no paper menu and they don't provide iPads or tablets so we have to use our cell phones. The menu on their webpage uses a tiny font. It's hard to read on a cell phone. While each dish is fully described in Arabic (judging by the length of the sentence), there're only a few words in English. Also, for some reason Google Map doesn't show the restaurant in English so it's not easy to find it in the mall, unless you can read Arabic. No wonder why when we were there, there were about 20 to 30 diners but we were probably the only ones not speaking Arabic.

Ordered sparkling liela for 1.85 gave me sparkling water and told me its the same thing even though sparkling water is 1.85. Tried to convince me it's the same thing. Then admitted it was different and made it seem like it was my fault. And tried to convince me that the sparkling water is more expensive than what the menu is saying. A bit scammy. Good food though
