We
ordered
a
Flat
White,
Latte,
and
a
classic
tiramisu.
According
to
my
wife,
people
have
been
praising
their
tiramisu.
The
coffee
was
good,
and
did
not
disappoint
at
all.
It
wasn’t
exceptional
however,
and
maybe
it
leans
to
the
lighter
side
of
the
body,
but
you
can
see
how
much
care
they
put
into
it,
especially
in
the
preparation
of
the
milk.
The
froth
was
silky
and
thick,
and
it
complements
the
espresso
very
well.
The
size
of
their
drink
is
bigger
than
most
coffee
places,
it’s
like
a
starbucks
tall
cup;
though
it
comes
with
a
single
shot.
So
that
was
a
great
beginning.
When
we
tried
the
tiramisu,
I
was
amazed.
It
was
indeed
one
of
the
best
you
can
try
anywhere.
Once
again,
I’m
no
tiramisu
expert,
but
when
I
deconstruct
my
experience
in
each
part
of
the
dessert,
I
can
see
what
makes
it
great.
The
chocolate
was
sweet
naturally,
not
like
most
of
the
sugar
bombs
out
there.
The
cream
was
like
a
cloud
that
blended
well
with
the
rest
of
the
ingredients,
and
did
not
have
that
greasy
heavy
taste
that
you’d
find
in
many
cake
products
in
the
market.
I
hate
cream
by
the
way,
but
that
one
is
made
to
a
different
level
of
quality,
so
I
ate
it
with
a
smile
on
my
face.
The
espresso
taste
was
there
but
not
in
an
obvious
way
that
makes
you
feel
like
you’re
going
to
get
the
jitters.
Finally,
the
cake
and
biscuit
layers
were
light
and
fluffy
and
absorbed
just
the
right
amount
of
liquids
from
the
dessert.
However,
the
biscuits
were
not
obvious
in
the
taste,
and
that
might
be
the
right
way
to
do
it
but
I’m
not
sure
and
I
was
enjoying
it
anyway.
This
tiramisu
was
a
winner,
and
even
though
the
price
is
high,
I
can
easily
return
for
it.
At
3.5
KD
however,
I’d
still
argue
that
the
price
is
a
bit
too
high
and
could
use
some
fair
adjustment.
The
place
was
comfortable
and
stylish
at
the
same
time,
with
the
seatings
allowing
you
to
be
there
for
a
while
without
torturing
your
body.
The
ambience
is
bright,
uplifting,
and
the
place
is
designed
to
get
so
much
natural
light.
This
is
a
good
spot
for
couples
to
visit
in
the
morning,
and
I
definitely
recommend
it
when
you’re
at
the
Avenues.
