I
bought
a
sofa
and
an
arm
chair
from
home
center
and
was
delivered
a
few
days
ago.
I
was
not
happy
on
so
many
levels
but
i
will
explain
just
one.
first
the
Sofa
looked
fine
but
the
arm
chair
was
broken
so
the
delivery
man
said
they
would
replace
it,
but
just
after
they
left,
we
tried
to
sit
on
the
Sofa
but
it
kept
on
tipping
forward
every
time.
It
was
fine
on
the
left
side
but
the
right
side
was
very
unstable
and
I
called
the
avenues
branch
and
explained
right
after
they
left
and
they
promised
to
take
care
of
the
issue
and
replace
it
when
they
bring
my
new
arm
chair.
The
next
day
the
delivery
man
came
with
my
arm
chair
but
not
the
Sofa,
i
explained
to
him
that
the
Sofa
seemed
to
be
broken
from
the
inside
and
that
it
should
have
been
replaced
along
with
the
arm
chair
but
he
insisted
it
wasn't
his
job
and
he
knew
nothing
about
it.
I
called
again
to
ask
for
a
replacement
and
i
wrote
down
on
the
delivery
note
on
the
second
day
that
the
Sofa
needs
to
be
replaced.
Nobody
has
contacted
me
and
i
am
stuck
with
a
new
looking
Sofa
that
keeps
on
tipping
forward
when
someone
sits
on
it.
I
am
really
disappointed
with
the
management
of
Home
Center.
They
ask
you
to
pay
the
full
amount
of
money
before
delivery
but
when
you
have
a
problem
they
just
ignore.
As
a
customer,
i
deserve
an
explanation
and
a
compensation
for
this.
