They also have a section for "as is" furniture. There is also a large variety of accessories for living rooms, bed rooms, and kitchen.

The worst experience, a customer can have is Safat home. Having bought articles from them since Dec 2022, they are yet to deliver the products. While I have been rigorously following up with their call center agents, which claim they have sent emails to the customer care department which will be getting in touch with me. But I wasn't surprised, as expected they was no know from the customer care to get back to me for over a month now. Which leaves me to again waste my time to visit the store and beg their staff to deliver what I have paid for. Its a total disgrace and mockery for customer service.

Worst experience ever!!! Safat home delivered our bedroom set over a year ago. The installation guy forgot some material so he said he would come back and fix the bedside drawer. It’s been a year and Safat refuses to fix it! During the year we have called them many times. They sent someone to have a look At other damages and when we called back again the guy at call center said no one reported anything!

Decent place .Free Parking in the basement , however you'll be wondering if you are at right place since Chevrolet is at the same place. But don't worry you are at the right place.

Their lamps require bulbs that can only be found at their showrooms, in hopes of forcing you to shop with them again. This is the kind of shady business tactic that makes me boycott.

Safat home is one of the best places in Kuwait for furniture and home decor and accessories. They have a wide range of inside and outside furniture like living rooms, bedrooms, dining tables, outside seating sets, tables, curtains, tiles, wallpaper, and home decor accessories (kitchen, bathroom, living room...). There is also a branch of Xcite where you can get all electronics needed for the house.

Plus This place has many options compared to other safat showrooms in kuwait. Nice home furnishings and also xcite electronics is also available. Kids can play video games while parents are shopping. Parking is free and plenty available. Minus Need to improve on click and collect during offers as 2 times we didnt get the item even after item shown in stock and payment were also made.

They have too many costumer assistants, however when I was asking for a printer they kept referring me to other colleagues, about 5 times !. Eventually the 2nd person I asked showed me what I was looking for! They could've done it from the beginning!

Love this place. Sells almost everything from home appliances to cars (Honda, Chevrolet and Cadillac)! Opens 24/7. Probably the biggest Xcite/Alghanim store so if you don’t find what you’re looking for, you probably won’t find it in another branch!

The worst service I have ever seen, they brought the bedroom and the bed was broken before installing it, then you begin to suffer how to replace it or return it nobody care to you, which makes you hate this company and its products.

In 2019 December /January I purchased some beautiful ans exquisite, kitchen cutlery crockery and other vintage style items.. The collection was absolutely amazing. One place in Kuwait that actually had vintage and farmhouse kitchen and homeware collections, for very reasonable prices too.. I went there last month and was very disappointed with their recent collections. Very ordinary products from china. And even their decor items were of lesser range I hope the purchasing officer reads this review and changes there product line and brings back better classy products

Worst after sales services in Kuwait. I have purchased cilek bunk bed from safat home in August 2021. Lately it got broken and I made a complaint on 10th April through customer care services. The bed is still broken and no one from after maintenance department had visited my place to fix it. Keep in mind it's a kids bed and I am suffering for the last 10 days, waiting for maintenance guys to come and fix it. I hope my message will reach to the senior management and they will take a serious action about maintenance department. We consider Safat one of the best company in Kuwait. I wonder what SOPs they follow to meet the customer requirements. Best of luck to new customers !!!!
