Worst place and worst behaviour to ever visit. We have order drinks which were good but the soda they provided us was out of date and also it was tasting bitter and weird. We complained them about the same but they said us that they can't cancel the order and we have to drink the same alcohol which was worth Rs.1000 plus gst ... Is it good for health to eat or drink out of dated products.. such health saftery they are providing us ? Mr.Prasanath the manager of this club said us to drink that forcefully and they aren't changing the same in any case. If i get any health issues i blame OTT-Raipur for the same because we as a middle class customer have value of our money

Great ambience and food.

It's a great rooftop restaurant with beautiful ambience and views.. Can go with family also.. Live music was going on, not so nice but was okay.. Was nicely crowded.. We had a Veg pizza which tasted amazingly delicious with all different veggies other than regular ones. The manager was repeatedly saying ki humara Menu bht alag hai samjh ni ayga.. 😂To Bhai kyu banaye ho aisa Menu🤣 Price is moderatly high but is worthy.. We sat outside and it was kinda humid night..But they had a cooler atleast .. Staff is very less and service is also ok ok ..Wait patiently for someone to come when they are free to come and hear you out.. A green chutney was served which was delicious.. They served us (Wet) peanuts, we asked to change it twice but it came the same.. At last they replaced it with some fryums.. I think somebody made them taste it and then only they believed..I have written the feedback for them..Our female attendent was polite.. But can visit there again, I hope they better give a nice service next time..

It's located on rooftop of Hotel Ariena. Both inside and outside sitting is available. Ambience is very nice. But Food quality is very bad and overpriced. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy dining. Service is snail paced. If you want to enjoy rooftop view of the city and if you like lights and good interiors, this is the place to go. But keep your expectations for food taste low.

This place is not good at all , booking time they say something else then some time else, it was my friend birthday , no song they played there and the singer there very useless and bad i really recommend to all of you don't go to OTT

One of the best rooftop café's in raipur. The hospitality offered by the staff was above my expectations. The place was very crowded and they hardly had any seats available in the outdoor area, but the staff still managed to accommodate us. The service was quite fast. The food tasted fabulous and was completely worth the price we paid. Special mention to chef Sarda who served us food according to our demands.

My opinion is that if you guys want to celebrate your birthday then never go OTT even by mistake. Third class service is provided here. As soon as 12 strikes, all the lights are switched off. It doesn't matter to any staff whether you eat food or not. As soon as 12 o'clock strikes, everyone is in a hurry to go home. Especially the managers there don't have the manners to talk and the nonsense singer there doesn't have the manners to talk. When asked to sing a song of his choice, his answer was that I am a singer. Not the DJ one. If you cannot provide service properly then you would have informed me in advance so that I would not have spoiled my birthday.😡😡😡😡😡😡

Wonderful experience at OTT like to visit again...they must increase the variety of cocktails also if we want to order cocktail mixing by our choice they refuse to do why is it so?? Otherwise very relaxing atmosphere.
