This is a very good center for yoga. In class they try to give individual attention to beginners and even though I have been going there for just over a month , I can feel positive changes both physically and mentally in myself. Teachers are good. Highly Recommended for everyone who wants to do yoga.

Beautiful experience, stress relieving. The trainers are very helpful, took care of all the correct postures and techniques. Good way to kick start your morning with.

The place is spacious, smells fantastic and has the perfect sunlight, the birds are usually chirping in the morning while we practice our asanas.The yog instructors are knowledgeable, experienced and friendly.. It's a happy community of people ☺️ A great and a positive way to start the day.

I had a wonderful yoga experience. The instructor was knowledgeable and created a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The class was well-structured, incorporating a good balance of stretching, strengthening, and relaxation.

Instructors at vedic yoga Kendra are very knowledgeable, supportive, friendly and happy people. They make difficult asanas very simple and achievable, even a beginner may find it easy to do.

never in my life i thought that I will go to this beautiful and blessed place *kedarnath*.....so much of stories and history behind this place that just mesmerized me.....it was not an easy journey up i would say....as it was full of mixed emotions, physically and mentally drained yet it was all worth it once we reached kedarnath....and i witnessed many amazing things....all the hardship we faced throughout the journey just got erased from our minds once we stepped the blessed land.... forever grateful for this trip and the people who was with me ❤️....
