I have been practicing yoga for many year using you tube but never regular, I got Kundan Sir contact from one of my friend and joined online class for 6 month, after that I realised the changes in my body, I was so happy. I must say amazing online yoga class. I still remember the day was I was not able to do 1 time Surya Namaskar but within a month I reached to 50 in one starch.
