Behatareen / EXCELLENT , Ordered for a furniture from West side catalog. Hemlata the store staff not just persuaded my order with their logistics department but communicated on each & every development and finally she managed to get it available to me. It is exceptional experience because normally store staff say that this article is not available and they are very small to get it managed from big business house. So , finally thanks to Hemlata and thanks to Team West Side Raipur.

The staff is very rude. I was really interested in buying a dress and wanted it to be altered a bit. When I asked about it, their were almost 5 staff ladies present in front of trial room and one replied "We don't alter dresses". As if. Keep your dress losers. Will not go there ever again.

Nice collection for all types of people..reasonable price and it’s not very busy..located in magneto mall makes it more feasible

Amazing & it has re constructed the interiors now it's more beautiful and spacious.. best store for both male and female clothing .. ethinc for female is there but for men I didn't saw much ethnic stuff . Other than that everything there is just amazing yeah .. but a bit pricey . And girls Westside have their own cosmetic line as well which has all amazing quality cosmetics. Really love the store for clothes and cosmetics.

Staff is kinda rude.. But the quality of clothes and the collection is pretty nice.
