Hotel Vennington Court in Thailand is a beautiful and modern hotel with excellent amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. Overall experience was really good. There was some wiring issue in our room. They immediately changed our room and room service was swift as a whistle. Kudos to the management team!! 👍

A 3 star rating hotel with all amenities. Good place to reach city center and very nearer to Raipur junction. Nice place one can stay with family also. Complementry Breakfast is awesome.

Room floor was dusty,, .all equipment in the gym are out of order & broken,, No one really cares for this.. Breakfast spread was Ok.

Dirty shabby rooms, Ac's out of order in almost all rooms. Bathrooms clogged.This place should not exist as a hotel more of a motel thing on highway. Food okayish. Morning brunch good. Keep it a last option if on a day's trip to Raipur.

Pathetic Service... Untidy Hotel No Cleanliness at all, Locks were broken, Flush not working, Cigarette Smell in the room , Lazy Staff, Towel provide after multiple requests and the hotel staff (Uncle at the reception) was rude and sarcastic. He should learn manners how to speak to the customers.

The most unhappy stay in this Hotel. It's location is good. I booked this hotel for my stay with family during visit to Raipur. But believe me, it's not for suitable for family staying. They provided me rooms without cleaning and said staffs are not available to clean and they will clean next morning. As it was night without having alternative, I stayed there that night only and next day morning, I left. Horrible situation, I can never forget that situation I faced that night. I regret my stay there with family.

Natraj hotel is situated in the heart of raipur city, it's a Oyo hotel near to jaystambh chowk. It's a budget hotel to stay with family. So if you have work or function to attend nearby then it's good place to stay. Rooms are clean and service is ok.

Hotel is located at 700m away from railway station. Nice parking facility and staff's were are nice. Interior and terrace area are great.

Rooftop bar was found absolutely out of stock with just one beer brand. Not economical. Hardly found guests there. Buffet - veg, was good. But was surprised to see staff not topping up bowls on counter rather coming to table with dishes. Good supporting staff

I stayed here atleast 10 times, but in 2023 it was my first stay. The rooms are getting old and no Renovation. Bad smells from the wooden carpet and everywhere you will see 🪳 insects . Food and breakfast is really good and this is the only thing is good.

Once they committed mistake and the manager requested us and guaranteed us the best they could offer and the best was so horrible and terrible. One of the worst experience we have gathered from this Hotel,we did a corporate booking and stay was approximately for 30 days, unfortunately after 2 -3 days behaviour of the staff specially reception was changed dramatically , sewage in the bathroom was under quality, several leakage from different equipment in the wash room , specially gesture of reception team was most uncultural and behaviour was too bad, they specially dont have manner how to talk to a guest. Most horrible was, we four people took MAP plan and initially this was agreed to provide either buffet or fixed food, some days later ther quantity and quality changed and same was conveyed suddenly after a week. I specially recommend it may be look very nice but because of behaviour of all four we left and recommended all our colleagues not to choose the hotel for further stay.

Quality of this large hotel getting deteriorated gradually. Had pathetic experience this time . Poor hygiene and untrained staff specially receptionist was rude not worth money seeing 3600 per night

I have gone for a first 🎂 birthday celebration of my bhatiji and enjoyed very much because the space and decoration was aasum. The starters and dinner was very much good taste and very healthy.

Very nice rooms and services. Just one suggestion to change all three lifts as this are very small and contain low weight . Guests have to wait for 7 t0 10 min just to go om ground floor !!

Went there for dinner. Very very poor service. Food items written in menu is just for showcasing.. when you place order for these food they will either say that particular food cannot be prepared or required vegetables are not there.. we finally ordered something which they said can be prepared. Taste was also not that good… then comes the billing time, when asked for card payment, they said paperroll just got over.. it was totally bad experience for us..

Went for lunch. Stale food served. Returned with fresh foods upon complaint. Food served with extra salt admitted by manager returned immediately but still it was billed to us. Upon complaining was informed to order something else since the bill could not be modified. Asked for a complaint book was provided with apologies and additional dish for which i paid and did not receive. Pathetic customer service. Very bad experience on an anniversary lunch !! :( Visit at your risk !

Today I have been to this hotel for dinner with family, and foods were fabulous 👌 particularly Cheese Tikka (chicken) and fish finger were excellent at it's height 😋

The Hotel is situated is good location, rooms are spacious and very clean, food is also delicious, breakfast spread is good. Swimming pool is not functional and gym is there but in very poor state, there is ac, gym space is less and no maintaining of gym currently happening. Overall value for money. But I strongly recommend not to go in this hotel because staffs are very very rude. They treat you like begger. They are very rude and unprofessional. There is one guy named Firoz, he is not only rude and unprofessional but highly toxic as well. He does not deserve to work in pan shop also let alone a hotel. I booked the hotel for one day through app and during check in, I asked the person that if I want to extend my stay can it be done directly in same amount? The reception person said yes by asking her senior. So I did not booked the hotel again on app Next day morning when I wanted to confirm the same in reception, Mr. Firoz very rudely said that they will charge much more for direct booking and when I said about earlier confirmation during check in, he straight away called me liar! This is the worst behavior I have seen in my 15 years of corporate work and extensive travelling all over the country. If this hotel wants to do any business, they should fire such rude unprofessional first. Never book here.

Extermly bad experience, in night I have ordered masla kichdi and got including kichdi and makhi , after this activity, I have complained but not got any apologies call from hotel management's. Extermly bad and no one care . What's is problem in room.
