Hospitality not upto the Mark. When i entered washroom it was not properly cleaned and it was wet and Staff behavior is Also not Appreciable.

The Team Ajna for upgrading my room and for all the services. There is one aspect that I believe could be improved is the addition of double curtains

One of the best hotel i ever visited. The staff is good, rooms are always clean no outside disturbance. Full privacy. And best thing is quantity and quality of breakfast.

This is my 2nd stay.....though a business trip this time. Be it with family, frnds or business trip , one and only hotel that caters to your requirement. Conference hall ideal for business meetings, to host webinars or product display..... Comfort rooms to relax you after a long working hours.... Totally recommended.....

Committed early morning breakfast. But it was not ready. Had to leave without breakfast. No driver was available to take out car from parking...had to shift other cars myself to take out my car. This hotel displays proudly their ratings at their reception, but service is zero. Over that, service guy tell, kya hua aapne gaadi nikaal di toh.

In terms of those travelling by road through NH19, the location is on the dot. However, if someone wants a quiet place also outside the city, this place and location is excellent with well maintained garden, pool, and amidst green.

Rooms are poorly maintained. Needs white wash. Bathroom tap leaking 24 x 7. Bathroom fittings needs maintanence. Two lights were not functioning. Ours was a corporate booking, and instructions were clear. Still they told our guests for checkout. Food was good (Breakfast).

Rooms are fine but not the bathroom. The room that they should me, they had tv on the window. Rooms too small, bathroom was untidy. Location is nice. It's on the main road. But they don't have parking. U can just park ur car, in front of the hotel

just be sure that any 1 of the emeinities they are providing will not work in the room..if you have complimentry breakfast and you have paid..they will simply say no to offer you a breakfast parcel if you have early chekout for airport..they do not care about you and babies..inhuman behavior..after requesting they have given the breakfast..so choose the place accordingly..

Shall forever be thankful to Hotel Punjab Palace. Indebted to Mr. Sahu the manager. While checking out, we had forgotten jewellery worth almost Rs. 8 Lacs. Anyone would hesitate to even call. Thanks to the whole staff.

It's a very budgeted hotel so don't think of luxury. The bedsheets may be washed or sometimes you will find the used ones. Furniture has gone old, washrooms have water leakage. It's an old property but I booked from goibibo and got a price of 1200 which is worth it. Definitely not recommended for family, if you are traveling solo or you have your male friend then it's good for you.you will also face issue of parking facility.

Such a bad experience. The mandatory complimentary breakfast has an insect in it, which was ignored by the staff, who were not polite and tried to escape the blame. Totally incompetent behaviour was shown by the hotel’s staff
