Hospitality is good,had performed all work assigned very well. Parking for middle level celebration is enuff to accommodate cars

Well the food was good, the service was somewhere lacking . Little delay in serving food and the valet were not taking the car they just said park there

Had been for a lounge seen with my girl gang, the food is quite good and service is super fast, well behaved staff and clean & hygienic washrooms. The lounge is a nice area to chill. Overall experience was really good. Will definitely visit again for sure.

Hotel IVY: Well maintained sitting with the family members or friends and colleagues the place is being really designed with grid infrastructure and well dedicated staff members along-with menu to facilitate your events and celebrations. You can easily walk in to the hotel an enjoy it's peaceful environment. Also there is sitting space available on the top floor where you can see the on-going roads and also have a sip of tea with your loved ones. There is also a Cafe at 2nd Floor, nicely presented with eating arrangements and tables laid down. Just take care while parking your vehicles outside Hotel premises, though there is security guard arrangement at the entrance. Hope this will give you an idea of this Luxury place. Lifts are working properly and hygiene facilities are also upto mark.

No doubt hotel is good, its location seems perfect. nice to see girls power, be it reception, housekeeping, room service or restaurant they're performing great and seems giving tough competition as well as great support to guys working there. About food - be it buffet or a la carte, the attendant and also the chef, seems master of understanding the guest and customising food as per demand. Overall service experience- Happy to see their happy faces always, all the staff really is performing great 👍🏻 One star short due to paint peeling off, few buffet breakfast option and open naali just outside right of hotel (that is breeding mosquitos, although its govt agency work to cover, but its also small cost for hotel for benefits of its guests )

We had dinner at the Restaurant..The ambience is good..Staff is cooperative..Food is good but very spicy..We had tomato soup..Mushroom was good but a bit bland..Pizza is based on a different type of Bread..the taste was good but again it was quite spicy..You should inform the waiter to reduce the spices..

I only visit there to eat food, rest I've been living at Raipur therefore no need to stay. Food quality and taste is really amazing.. if you live in Raipur and plan to eat out different then do visit

Worst hotel experience in my life, room AC is not working whole night after many complaints they offering to change the room at 4 O clock at morning, complimentry breakfast buffet is pathetic, bathroom lighting is not working properly, staff is arrogant and uncooperative, total waste of money, personal suggestions to not to spoil ur trip to raipur in this property.

Service and taste was disaster. I visited in IVY's restaurant with family and ordered platter, it was just below average and price is not justified. Service was slow. We cook better at home.

The space is massive- and super clean. Well maintained. Great ambience. The hall downstairs here is perfect for an average gathering of 50-100. Decor is beautiful. The grandeur and beauty can be felt upon entering IVY.

Never seen charges for packing the LEFT OVER FOOD. THEY CHARGED 20/- No air flow , not even fans. The Restaurant staff is very harsh and unapologetic. FOOD has deteriorated and service is poor.

A beautiful budget hotel for any kind of party with friends and family too. Interior is quite well according to the pricing and the food quality is also nice. Banquet is large enough for farewell and batch parties. One of the priority hotel in Raipur since it is value for money and also not too far from the center of the city. Staff service is also very good. A big thumbs up to this hotel.

Great hospitalit, food and service. Very reliable and pleasant staff. We had nice dinner and drinks. I had forgotten my laptop at the hotel which was securely kept by the staff and returned to me. I highly recommend this place. .
