The Hotel staff is not at all co-operative. Rooms are in very bad condition and stinking very much, the bedhseets are dirty and have apmle stains on it, inspite of asking the front desk to change it, it was not done. It took minimum 2 hours for them to serve the food order for in-room dining. Room floor was not even moped before my check-in.

Although you don't find a place for car parking never give your car on valet parking. They will return your cleaned car covered with mud. They won't even care to apologise (because its all on our risk) They should have floored parking atleast.

Ambience is good but service is average. They promise for complementary breakfast and dinner and charged for dinner, so please check the bill before payment.

Room was good, but one of the poorest service i ever received , me and my colleague stayed in two different rooms and our experience was same, Very very poor service, please avoid this hotel if you expect good service. If you only need room then you can choose, but again.....for service.....ZERO RATING

We checked in here while on a road trip from Puri to Mumbai. It was just for crashing for the night. The rooms are decent and it's bang on the highway so it's very convenient for road travellers. Breakfast spread was good and the restaurant appears to be doing okay. We only had breakfast so can't give more details on the food. Tip. There is late night food joint bang next to the hotel where localites were seen dropping in into the their cars with booz and having mid night dinner here. We didn't get chance to explore that but one should try.

Bhai Sahab!!! Kya food hai!!! Really good Indian food. I loved it. Rooms are nice and big, approx 160 sq foot. Decent bathrooms. Very good service. Good hygiene levels. Active valet parking. On the down side, the lift is too small, so on a busy day u will have to wait alot. Infrastructure wise alot of small damages here and there. Furniture and mattresses are reaching their ends though in good condition yet. Over all, good place to stay with family. My next party will be here only.

Horrible experience in the restraunt of this hotel. The manager Mr Barua is a very rude and arrogant person. Always interferes with guests. He is also a liar. Waiters are also poorly behaved . Do not visit this restraunt. Horrible hospitality.. Worst ever

I have just visited bar here. The service is good and complementaries are ample for your choice. Valet parking available and the staff were quick to park and get your car too.

Located in Ring Road near to Telibandha Chowk. Ambience is good. Rooms are spacious but no sound isolation. One can very easily hear sound from other adjacent room. Resturant is good with quality food. Overall good stay.

The experience was superb. It has all the amenities and the service was on time and the staff was always very helpful. I would recommend this hotel who wants to find a budget hotel with top notch facilities and world class hygiene. I am very impressed as you don't get all of it in such an attractive price. We were asked to vacate and shift to another table a few times,even after placing order. The staff was not as fast and accomodating as they should be. We had to ask for basic things such as tissues, spoons,glasses. After all such happenings,we were not quite pleased with the food. Chicken rara was okayish,the richness which was expected from such dish was missing. Butter naan was missing butter. My experience with the service was real bad.

Hotel kingsway is a 3 star property Located near ring road no 1, Telibandha Raipur. Good quality rooms, food and service

One of the best hotel in Raipur. 1 location is its key point, very good 2 service is very responsive and quick 3 Rooms are spacious and clean. 4 Well behaved staff. I would definitely recommend every one to stay here . Only downside what I found is restaurant is expensive as compared to the quantity they serve. And elevator is bit small and slow. Other than that there is no complain. But these issues can be ignored. Stay here and you will not regret.

The staff is very polite and courteous. Reception staff are helping in nature. Food was ok but service at the party was quick and thoroughly planned. Seating arrangement made at the party was good and spacious hall with a capacity of around 50people.

Awesome experience with Kingsway, Raipur. The check-in time was 12pm but however the rooms were available and we got it at 11am but they didn't charge extra for that. Very kind of them. The rooms and washroom were very clean. Room service is awesome. Food is good a bit pricy but good overall. Aloo Paratha served in the buffet breakfast was amazing.

U have to improve your service during rush time all over nice place to eat and drink. Must visit place if u searching for good food bar and stay.

Restaurant is serving good food, but sitting arrangement is less comfortable. Good place for food. Try fishfry. Hotel look from outside is Average. Mix veg has more salad items than veg. Nothing entertaining for small children.
