Hotel Chandra is fraud. Don't book this hotel via online. They didn't allow you to enter and will ask for extra charge to stay around 750 per day. They didn't accept online booking confirmed status and give you excuses like electricity problem, room maintenance etc. Customer service is very bad. Don't get fool to book on Hotel Chandra on seeing low price and offers. Recently I have suffered so I warn others.

I booked the hotel 10 days in advance after confirming from hotel if they accept online booking. Received call from hotel that too on the very day before the check-in date that they don't accept online booking. I moved to cancel the stay but suddenly they said "you can come". So I did. After that they said they can't let me see the room before paying balance amount saying "Online book karne walo ko Room ni dikhate". Somehow I paid the amount and got into room. They had power cut for 3hrs + and they didn't had power backup. Lots of mosquitoes. So much chaos. So unprofessional and rude behavior of hotel staff. Had worst experience there. Would never suggest to book this hotel online.

It was a nightmare staying at Hotel Chandra. 1.) Firstly they didn't provided the room we asked for in first place. 2.) Secondly they denied when we asked for plates. 3.) Thirdly it was explicitly mentioned in the description that breakfast is included but they didn't gave us that too 4.) At last they gave us an opened bottle that has been recently used for keeping phenyl and they were totally cool about it when we asked about it. They have been serving poison in the name of packaged drinking water. It has been a terrible experience. I would request everyone to not visit that place.

Very congested rooms. Toilet are very dirty. Non AC rooms have no sealing fans. Whole room is sealed by plastics. Rats are playing on the upper side of sealing. Very dangerous to stay. I will rate -5/5

Room is Average But The Bathroom is Very Bad as Hell.. yes.. Check the Every Room that You get, Before Use.. And Warning: DONT USE OYO APP, For that, they dont Accept oyo booking asking For Extra money..

This hotel is not a bad option as a budget stay for one or two nights but not more. There was no WiFi for single occupancy non AC room. Cleaniness is just manageable. There are few more options available around the same area which offers slightly better service for more or less same price point. Hotel is situated nearby Raipur station at walkable distance. Location marker on Google Maps is correct but due to some technical glitch map stopped showing the route before 200-300 meters. One has to carefully navigate through​ streets using blue dot on map and reach to the destination or asking locals would also be suffice. Staff at hotel is very helpful and polite which is why I am rating it 3 instead of 2.

It's near the raipur railway station , but the hotel is not quite good . I had to wait for 1 hour for check in , on the morning , the room were not clean and very dirty and they didn't provide any soap or fash wash as it common on the other OYO's

Economy budget hotel. Not of many facilities. Employees are good behaviour and well mannered. This is just few walking steps from Raipur Railway station nearly maximum 100 Mtrs. In the late besides Guru Dwara. Single accommodation rooms are very small means it just end when you enter in the room. Don't order food inside the hotel you can eat good from outside if you can walk then go to Rajasthani thali where you can eat well amount under the justified budget.

Best Hotel for budget stay. 24 hour check out. Got room at @398 Best one

Avoid booking this hotel , photos in website are just amazing but when you will visit this hotel it's pathetic , everything is broken, dirty room , dirty bathroom, ac not working, there is no fan, no room amenities, bedsheet are smelling like hell, .. please never ever book this hotel you can have better hotel at this rate..

No fire safety . Room are like hole. No ventilation. No lift. Hotel is a disaster.

Good hotel if you want a cheap place to stay.Not good if you want comfort.The bathroom have some issue and water problem exist.

The room service was pathetic. Cockroaches were there in the room and they didn't even asked for water. Most of the time electricity was also not there. I left my charger in the room, when i asked them they said they will help me to get my charger back but then they stopped responding and didn't return my charger.

Don't go here on online booking they cancel your rooms without any notification. We were reached there on 11 pm about and they said that we can't provide u any room Worst experience

Pros: 1. Near to Raipur Railway Station 2. Good Staff and Very attentive 3. Food there is very good 4. Affordable 5. Good for few hours stay Cons: 1. No AC, only old cooler is there. 2. No wifi access to many parts of hotel. 3. Interior is not that good. 4. Not so clean and tidy

I found one on the reception which says if they will find a spot in bed sheet they will fine you 350 rs when I saw the bed sheets for of my room I realised that hotel must have received so much fine just from the spots.
