I booked the room on booking.in were it showed a cost of 548 but ontime they didn't not give us room saying that the cost is too low for Oyo tariff. They asked us to pay 1000 minimum for room. The room was not clean and services were pathetic. Do not recommend the hotel. Request all booking site to give proper price.

Don't book from Oyo in any Hotel, When you booked room, Oyo shows to you Deluxe or Suite Room, after that when you check in Hotel manager shows third class room and said that from oyo booking we don't have any confirmation regarding room class category. if you want Deluxe or Suite room then you have to pay more or difference amount. See the photos I booked Deluxe Suite rrom and Hotel Manager offers me third class room which photos i have already uploaded for ready reference.

Worst hotel I have ever experienced. Check in was very pathetic. They charge extra money for the room. Room was not clean. Washroom was in very poor condition. Real problem start at night around 11pm. As that was a rainy day water start dropping from roof and bed got wait in a corner position. Window AC outer part start singing as direct rain drop came to it... Really a worst night that was... Only good thing is hotel is at market area... Not recommended at all

It was pathetic and horrible experience. Big mistake done on booking the room in this hotel and moreover through Oyo. The rooms were too dirty. The toilet was unbearable. Before giving the rooms, they never get the toilet cleaned. Gave the excuse that the person will come at 3:00PM and their check in time is 12:00PM. You dont have the option but to go ahead with it as you have already paid the amount. I have been moved to 3 different rooms after raising the voice. At last have to compromise with one room which is better than other. Have added the photos of that room. They advertise that they have wifi, TV, good food and so on. They have TV which is not operational. The rooms which has operational TV, was of no use as they give the free channels only. I booked the big room for 3 members but they have given that room to someone else which they gave me after 3 days when that customer checked out. Rat can be also seen in the room. They never do the maintenance of the rooms. Have attached the photos of the room. The switchboard was hanging out which was not safe for anybody but who cares as they are getting business by Oyo who is fooling the people. After complaint, no action was taken. Have reported the same to Oyo. Their service was also the same as I made the mistake of paying the entire amount before moving to the hotel. Food was also not good. Have paid the amount for breakfast and dinner but again I have made big mistake their also. They dont give any option and moreover while booking they never said that it will be veg only. They shows veg/non veg in the site. My son and wife got stomach infection and had to go out for food after 3 days of having food in the hotel. Now talking about the Oyo. Would suggest not to go with them as they are very active till you book the room. As soon as room is booked, they dont care after that. Even the support person dont know how to talk to the customer. There is one person name Sandeep. He should be sent for training to learn how to talk to customer. In future, I am not going to use Oyo and have already uninstall the application from my mobile. Will make sure that my friends and family should not use any Oyo rooms and service. They cheat the customer and provide pathetic service. Only cons I have seen of this hotel : >> In the center of the City (no parking space). Very near to station >> Manager was bit polite. Hotel Gurukrupa is not a hotel. It is a lodge. Would suggest not to book if you are going with family.

Okay so I book this hotel from agoda and I got it in price of 400 for solo. And luckily they let me check in. But I didn't get AC room and free breakfast as mantion in website while booking. Although they don't allow Oyo online booking as I read so many complaints in Google maps review. Non AC room was suffocating. It was beat of a struggle i didn't sleep at night at all because of 🥵🥵.and also bathroom wasn't clean at all. if you get this hotel in this price then it's good but they will charge 1000 for AC for sure and non AC for 800 if you book offline

Worst hotel ever had worst experience...I booked room from oyo here and paid through oyo but after I reached there they demanded more money saying how would oyo know our room rent...i mean seriously 😒..I even agreed to that bcz I was in hurry but after that they said room will be available after 4 hrs .. they weren't cooperative at all... 😡

They don't deserve even a star also. We had booked our room through oyo from Odisha for our examination the day when we went for check in they denied showing excuse of no room even they didn't allow us to enter to reception also in 4 AM early morning as we had traveled from Odisha..but the real mischievous intention is as we had booked the room & got discount through oyo via coupons they didn't allow for check in even if oyo authorities had discussed with them several times for full payment. I must request everyone to never visit the hotel again.

Well maintained room , experienced and cooperative manager . But I suggest you not to book this hotel from any online booking sites they won't allow you to check-in unless you convince them to do so . This is a common problem in almost every hotel in raipur.

Hotel refused to offer room based on my booking in YATRA. I was charged more than what I paid through YATRA website. The room ambience was poor, some dust i the room. No hot water in bathroom.

Hare staff behavior is very bad. my expression, I book here room through oyo application and when I call the counter then I ask how much room rent here counter say 1200₹ again I say,but sir I book here only 600₹, then his say I can't accept oyo application room rent. If you need then you pay otherwise go to anywhere, I don't care. I said ok.

They show online different room and avail different room. I reached hotel after confirming with Hotel Manager that I booked online and if 2hrs early checkin is possible. He asked me to come to the hotel. Then offered totally different room from online booking. Even 2 other guests were disrespected in front of me who were already staying there and 1 was female who get disrespected. Reason for providing me different room by the hotel manager is, "If we remove our listing from booking sites, who will come to our hotel. We showed pictures but when person reach here, we offer them room with additional charges. This is business, we are here to earn money not for FREE SEWA." No doubt reception was good but it is service industry and facing such behavior at hotel is just.....

Its only good for hourly rental by boys and girls. Not even healthy to stay there. Bedsheets have many stains of lipsticks etc. Floor is sticky. Washroom is smelly and dirty. No hot water. I do not recommend to stay there if you want a pleasant stay.

I stayed with Gurukripa for 14 days during my quarantine period, the staff is very friendly and helpful. All the rooms are equipped with AC and WIFI. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided on time and are tasty. The staff concentrates on cleanliness and there is regular cleaning of rooms and toilets..

Recent review (December 2020) May be 1 or 2 years back hotel is fine but now situation is as here . Such a worst experience i face about this hotel. By seeing pics even i thought it was very nice hotel at initially ...but once i reached hotel to check in i checked each floor to gind a well clean and hygene room but not find any .as i dnt had any option that late night i check in. Oh my god i asked hotel people to give me a odonil and room fresher ad i didnt fell comfort with the room hygene .. Guys it will take pages if i continue to say about it . Hope you understand what i ment to say people looking for hygene and decent stay. I suggest not to opt this bloody hotel 🏨

It's a budget hotel on KK Road. Double bedroom with AC tariff is 800/- per night. All rooms here is equipped with AC. Non AC rooms not available here. 24 hours check out is available if you book directly from the hotel. Very basic room with AC, LCD TV, small sofa, western toilet with shower available. But hot water system is not equipped in bathroom. Room, Bedsheet and toilet are little dirty. They have restaurant in the 3rd floor. You can order food from their restaurant, with is very tasty and price is also affordable.

Budget stay hotel at walking distance from Jaistam chowk. Hotel manager and staffs are good. There is no restaurant at hotel but you can get Food in front of RAVI BHAWAN.

Clining is not good but staffs are polite and helpful, Ac don't works, oyo bookings are not allowed, hotel prize is high as compared other to other hotels.
