It
was
pathetic
and
horrible
experience.
Big
mistake
done
on
booking
the
room
in
this
hotel
and
moreover
through
Oyo.
The
rooms
were
too
dirty.
The
toilet
was
unbearable.
Before
giving
the
rooms,
they
never
get
the
toilet
cleaned.
Gave
the
excuse
that
the
person
will
come
at
3:00PM
and
their
check
in
time
is
12:00PM.
You
dont
have
the
option
but
to
go
ahead
with
it
as
you
have
already
paid
the
amount.
I
have
been
moved
to
3
different
rooms
after
raising
the
voice.
At
last
have
to
compromise
with
one
room
which
is
better
than
other.
Have
added
the
photos
of
that
room.
They
advertise
that
they
have
wifi,
TV,
good
food
and
so
on.
They
have
TV
which
is
not
operational.
The
rooms
which
has
operational
TV,
was
of
no
use
as
they
give
the
free
channels
only.
I
booked
the
big
room
for
3
members
but
they
have
given
that
room
to
someone
else
which
they
gave
me
after
3
days
when
that
customer
checked
out.
Rat
can
be
also
seen
in
the
room.
They
never
do
the
maintenance
of
the
rooms.
Have
attached
the
photos
of
the
room.
The
switchboard
was
hanging
out
which
was
not
safe
for
anybody
but
who
cares
as
they
are
getting
business
by
Oyo
who
is
fooling
the
people.
After
complaint,
no
action
was
taken.
Have
reported
the
same
to
Oyo.
Their
service
was
also
the
same
as
I
made
the
mistake
of
paying
the
entire
amount
before
moving
to
the
hotel.
Food
was
also
not
good.
Have
paid
the
amount
for
breakfast
and
dinner
but
again
I
have
made
big
mistake
their
also.
They
dont
give
any
option
and
moreover
while
booking
they
never
said
that
it
will
be
veg
only.
They
shows
veg/non
veg
in
the
site.
My
son
and
wife
got
stomach
infection
and
had
to
go
out
for
food
after
3
days
of
having
food
in
the
hotel.
Now
talking
about
the
Oyo.
Would
suggest
not
to
go
with
them
as
they
are
very
active
till
you
book
the
room.
As
soon
as
room
is
booked,
they
dont
care
after
that.
Even
the
support
person
dont
know
how
to
talk
to
the
customer.
There
is
one
person
name
Sandeep.
He
should
be
sent
for
training
to
learn
how
to
talk
to
customer.
In
future,
I
am
not
going
to
use
Oyo
and
have
already
uninstall
the
application
from
my
mobile.
Will
make
sure
that
my
friends
and
family
should
not
use
any
Oyo
rooms
and
service.
They
cheat
the
customer
and
provide
pathetic
service.
Only
cons
I
have
seen
of
this
hotel
:

In
the
center
of
the
City
(no
parking
space).
Very
near
to
station
>>
Manager
was
bit
polite.
Hotel
Gurukrupa
is
not
a
hotel.
It
is
a
lodge.
Would
suggest
not
to
book
if
you
are
going
with
family.
